@Md-Martin:
Read's history
2017: Read retweets multiple post praising Biden's work with celebrities like Lady Gaga about responsibility of preventing violence against women. Also reposting various tweets condemning Russia for meddling in the 2016 election.
Which is consistent with her refusal to go to the press in 1993 due to her respect for Biden as a feminist.
@Md-Martin:
2018: Does a complete 180, posts ridiculous article praising Putin, claiming she lied in 2009 when she said she left DC because her husband received a job offer, and now it was because she hated "American imperialism". At this time she she goes back and deletes many of the tweets from the previous year critical of Russia.
Her political views on Russia are unfortunate but that doesn't contradict her rape accusation.
@Md-Martin:
2019: cites this incident with Biden of wrongful touching, but not sexual assault. Specifically talking about him "touching her neck" in a meeting.
It's common for rape victims to only tell part of their story and share more over time.
Not a contradiction.
@Md-Martin:
2020: Deletes her pro Russia articles and retweets, now claims that Biden actually pushed her against a wall and penetrated her with his fingers.
So, no actual contradictions of her rape story then.
@Md-Martin:
You might be screaming "Haha dumb russian conspiracy" Robo, but here is the one common denominator: Her position on Russia keeps changing as much as her position on Biden does.
The fact is that she has multiple stories, a history of going back and deleting posts she's shared AND articles SHE wrote every time she comes up with a new allegation against Biden.
She's not credible. And it's not credible to point to some video from years back with an "incident" being mentioned, with no evidence of it being the rape she's now describing. Not to mention her, again, sharing posts from people claiming false things like "CNN removes Larry King interview from their website" as they post it on their front fucking page.
I don't know what to tell you, because your argument basically boils down to a misunderstanding of how many victims come forward and a bunch of other statements with the common theme of "rape victims with shitty views don't deserve to be believed."
I know you're going to yell at me for saying that, but I would be a coward if I didn't.
Please try to put aside her shitty, contradictory political views and consider the evidence on its own.
@Md-Martin:
Even if you believe she was raped, right now she's actively sharing and encouraging ABSOLUTELY false claims against organizations are removing videos she's citing as evidence. And again, that video does nothing to prove her case.
The video proves that she told her mother about a deeply disturbing incident involving a prominent senator who she worked for and greatly respected, so much so that she refused to go to the press despite being deeply hurt by it.
There's very little reason to doubt that it was Biden, because we know she worked for him and he fits that description perfectly. How many other prominent senators who were feminist heroes in the early 90s did she work for?
Her former neighbor just came forward to say that she was told about the sexual assault in the mid-90s, and a former colleage is now saying she was told about Biden's sexual harassment of Reade around the same time.
That brings the total to at least five so far.
