Plot twist, Dragon had the Dragon zoan all along. It's a dragon that can manipulate weather. Not first time a character has same name as his fruit, smoker, cracker, smoothie, katakuri.

About the total amount of chapters, there is this colorspread at ch. 775, where a road shield has route 325 on it. 775+325 should be 1100. Though I know this is nonsense, it is a nice coincidence. I believe OP is gonna have around 1200 chapters in the end.

Hancock walked around Impel Down in her cuffs with no difficulty (as did Robin in Enies Lobby). Luffy's just weird like that. Well, if seatone works like water, it's only natural that it'll be more effective the more it touches your body, so I wouldn't bother with Hancock walking around in kairouseki handcuffs, since it was only touching her wrists. Of course, a lot of the visual treatment in this matter changes according to what the scene asks for, like the tip of Smoker's weapon being enough to make you sluggish, otherwise the weapon would be useless, while it's uncomfortable/unnecessary to have Hancock crawling in the ground because of handcuffs. Then when Luffy merely touches a kairouseki cage, Oda overrepresents Luffy's reaction just to visually show us that he becomes weak.
The important thing is that we know what's the effect of seastone… that is, the same as water, making you a hammer. If the devil fruit user needs to activate his powers (like Logias and some Paramecia), handcuffs make you weak enough to be unable to use your powers willingly even though you can still move around. That's different from Luffy, whose body is permanently rubbery, therefore he stretches and becomes a squid when exposed too much to it.

I think Sanji gonna wear the raid suit twice. The 1st time will be when the Vinsmokes are in trouble, and Judge is defeated. Sanji was there helping and Judge wants him to wear the raid suit so that the Vinsmokes honor is preserved.
Then Reiju reveal that Judge actually loves Sanji. He's in conflict with himself. He is angry that Sanji is not the perfectly engineered son he planned, and yet, Sanji is Sora's fav son. When he locked Sanji up, he sent Reiju to take care of him. He arrange for a ship to come so that Sanji can leave n live the life he craves. He even get Reiju to help him with it.
So Sanji dons the raid suit and saves the day. In the final war, Sanji will use it again in 1 of his fight.

New bounties, in the official translation, Sanji's says his bounty only increased due to Germa's infamy. I am still expecting the rest of the Straw Hats to have an increase, at least the ones in WCI.
