I need some time for this chapter to sink in, but there is one thing that stands out in this chapter. The page spread with Big Mom and the Vinsmoke family was really well done, and really gives you just how big and menacing big mom is in person. Also, the entire thing with the food talking to them was hilarious that I was laughing for a while.
Overall a good chapter, but I feel that some people aren't too fond of the turn of events we got here.

I am not expecting a marriage,of course Sanji will flee and we will get a runaway groom(instead of bride:happy:);but i am getting the vibe that Sanji and Pudding are going for a lasting relationship.Sanji will come back after the adventure ends.
But i am bit surprised that Oda has yet to show that 3rd eye on Pudding,can't understand the purpose of hiding it in front of Sanji…. -
Man, the Charlotte Family is all sorts of craziness. And Judge is being a two faced son of a biscuit eater by saying he cares about his children's happiness. Then again by the way how Big Mom treats her children as pawns, I say she's not that good of a healthy parent either.

So with this chapter I'm guessing we should be getting the Fishmen Pirates to come help out in some capacity and Jinbe will be relevant. With so many opponents against a almost unconscious Luffy and Nami, they don't stand a chance and need time to rest and gather some forces. Hopefully with some down time on Luffy's end we can get some more time to focus on Chopper and Brook's situations and see them get some lime light.
Before this I wasn't too fond of Pudding, but if she is indeed being legitimate and not trying to play with Sanji and do a face turn later on, I can say this made me like her character.

Still mixed about how the story's being handled, but the little details like the talking food and Luffy refusing to drink the rain were nice. Overall good chapter.
Oh, and this is this first time since Marineford where I genuinely have no idea how Luffy's going to get out of this. Probably someone coming to help, but who?

And I thought Doflamingo and his crew were insane, the Charlotte clan just not only shows that the Yonkou's outrank Warlord's in strength but also insanity as well.

No, I liked the chapter, unlike the rest of the complainers (I see their point, but I like Oda's execution of the events so far, so it doesn't bother me). I just want to see Sanji being bad ass during the finale and whatnot.

Oh man! What in the world is all this building up too?!?! Unless Capone tries to eF ship up I can't really imagine how half the crew is going to get out of this and leave with both Jinbe and Sanji as well as a copy or the actual Poneglyph! It's so exciting!
Poor Sanji, poor Pudding, they are so sweet to each other. I could very well see the relationship between them as something that is supposed to last until their deaths. Maybe after the adventure Sanji returns to her and they get married officially later.

Looking at the army it looks like a lot of those characters have closer relations than others. Either the same father or husband and wife.
You know what I think Nami has an actual chance of completely destroying Zues and Prometheus. Could you imagine the shocked faces among Big Mom's crew? Would be wonderful! That could entice Capone to jump start his plan and take advantage of what would seem to be a major loss on Big Mom's end.

There's also a ton of Big Mom pirates. Gonna be like the WB pirates where there is just this huge menagerie that could likely only get minimal screen time. Though it makes more sense when considering they are Yonkou that not even the WG can dislodge
I don't think a marriage is going to happen now that I've read the chapter, since it does seem to indicate "the end of the road" for Sanji as a Straw Hat but this does offer a strong possibility that he has actually found true love–in stark contrast to the sillier infatuation with Violet, where even the serious bits were more tongue in cheek.
Also don't know why this is compared more with Robin. Feels an awful more like Ace's execution in many ways, given that the situation seems more major in scope, the focus on father figures, alliances vs alliances, the likelihood that Big Mom, like the WG, will reneg on their promise to leave their original crew alone. Heck, Big Mom and the Vinsmokes haven't even agreed to spare the SHs.
Although here's once comparison that I don't here mentioned enough....that the Zeus and Prometheus ability is actually kinda similar to the Buster Call. Though really, most arcs have some sort of big cataclysmic ability or protocol in them. Whole Cakes' is Z&P.
Though even with the similarities, it's still not clear how this is going to play out, other than Sanji ultimately reuniting with the crew and the Road Poneglyph being copied one way or another. Though I would expect the Vinsmokes to be destroyed in this arc due to the lingering threat on Zeff's life. Even if Sanji's rescued, they could just kill Zeff out of revenge. Less clear if Luffy is even able to engage the Big Mom pirates in a decisive manner, let alone Capone's boys. Looks more likely they are going to have to cut and run, leaving the BM pirates merely humiliated.

Actually where is Jinbe now that I think about.It doesn't mean Oda won't set him up in a position to pull some stratagems when the time comes. Yes, I realize his situation is currently hopeless, but that doesn't mean circumstances won't allow for the long awaited return of bad ass Sanji (Its the year of Sanji after all), something we haven't truly seen since Saobaody.

Actually where is Jinbe now that I think about.Well, Oda did state this (almost finished) year as the Year of Sanji, not to mention this is an arc that's centered around him. It's understandable why people want some Mr. Prince moments to remember.
Personally, I wish this was the Year of Jinbei.:ninja:

Oh, and I can't tell you how much I love that last panel. It really drives home the despair of the situation, Luffy taking on Big Mom's army all his own (not to mention his beaten up state), and Sanji accepting his fate and embracing Pudding. Good stuff!!!

When is Pudding gonna move her bangs over and show off her third eye? I thought for sure we'd get that revelation at the end of this chapter, but nope..
