@Razh:
I don't comment that often. I got used to reading 3-5 chapters in one sitting for some reason.
Another thing I've been wondering about is how Nakaba plans to close the gap in power levels. Especially when demons restore their full mojo. Don't think we'll see a training arc or a time skip here. We know at least that Meliodas was a lot stronger than he is now. Some kind of awakening? Not sure about the others. Might have forgot.
I don't know, everything regarding PL in this manga ends up feeling weird to me.
I remember the first arc where King appeared, where he basically schooled everyone and was like "c'mon guys". I felt he was so overpowered. It turned out the difference between having your sacred weapon and not having it is massive. . .But now that almost everyone has his/her weapon and some have even unlocked their hidden, ultra, secret, never-before-mentioned technique (like King), they're still barely able to defeat an Albion. And SW wielding Diane and King didn't look much better than Ban or Meliodas during the Liones Invasion arc, honestly.
So, yeah. . .no idea. 26K while having the Power meter at 0 means even Galan, let's supposes one of the weaker Commandments by the rules of shonen logic, will skyrocket, what, beyond the 30K once his power comes back? What will the sins add to their arsenal now that we know King + Sacred Weapon + Shonen Determination to Save his Comrades Power Up Activated (we know by Gowther's analysis that emotions act as power ups in the SDS universe) + using his Desperation Super Combo Finisher can barely kill a less than 5K mindless golem? More secret techniques? Another "you had your powers sealed by your conflicted emotions" unlocking achievement? One of Merlin's cheap ass medicines/artifacts/training regimes?
The only one I see still having a massive energy resource is Meliodas because genetics, even though his portrayal as a fighter has been incredibly uneven from arc to arc. We know Escanor at Noon will be super powerful, but what about Diane? She still has a secret technique left, ok, but will that bring her that far above what King just did? I doubt it. What about Gowther? What about Ban? What about Merlin?
