Well I did read the spoilers earlier this is what I will say
1. I hate the entire clone thing as I personally find it cheap for many reasons (mostly about how it was done - the sweating and what not…)
2. The entire bird cage looks like an omage to Battle Royal the movie :P
3. Otherwise I have no problem with it. Also people who had a problem with Luffy being hit. They guy is
a) perfectly fine
b) was only hit because he had to dodge the clone and got hit by a haki fist as a result
4. Doflamingo is fucked no matter what with making the enemy of the entire island in fact the only one who might be ok with this is Jesus Burgess he after all likes fighting for fun, so he might go and take that "offer" and try to kill people he ll name, but I am hoping he ll instead just try to beat the shit out of DF

Given this latest turn of events, I'm most interested in how Oda deals with Fuji. He's a top-tier fighter and should be able to deal effectively with Doflamingo. obviously this wont happen though.

Sabo probably asked Robin to not tell Luffy he was alive so that he could explain everything, face to face, when they finally met again.
Since Robin's first question to Sabo was whether he'd met Luffy yet, we can assume he talked about meeting Luffy with Robin and that it was one of his top priorities.
Anyway, so yeah, Doflamingo is really starting to reinstate his credibility as an evil genius after a bit of a freefall for a while there.

Fujitora said his opinion but that doesn't mean he will implement it. He is still under orders from the WG to not do anything to Doflamingo since he is getting his title back. He might take things to his own hands depending on the actions done by Doflamingo but that we are yet to see.
Doflamingo's ancestry is related to a World Noble hence the reason his title was given back to him within a few hours etc etc… Not much to explain here.
Kaidou on the other hand doesn't report to anyone or give a shit about him being related to a World Noble. He just wants his DFs which makes him obviously a greater threat than an Admiral.

If I understand correctly Jump numbers their issues so that there's one for every week of the year. Double issues are numbered like #11-12 so that when Jump returns after break they technically haven't skipped a calendar week, for instance this chapter has to serve for two weeks.

We don't know for sure.
What we do know for sure is that she knows Luffy is Dragon's son, so she could have been merely been asking if the #2 of the Revolutionaries if he met his boss' son yet.
Or she could have told the Rebels stories of Luffy, son of Dragon and they go "Cool! I wanna meet him one day!" and Sabo not bring up that he grew up with Luffy. After all it would have to be Sabo to tell Robin about the relation to Luffy because she sure didn't know it before the timeskip.
YEs, There is a possibility that she did know, but I just want to point out its not a 100% certainty and there is always the possibility that Sabo asked her not to tell, that he wanted to.

Of course, but I was saying that Sabo maybe didn't tell her they're actually brothers, maybe he just said. "Hey, I know Luffy, we're friends" or something like that.
He probably didn't tell her about their history. Or even if he told her he simply asked her to keep it a secret for some reason. =)

Basically anyone and everyone who pisses him off. Clever ploy by Doflamingo to put out hits on specific people on the island. Good way to make a temporary, but powerful allies to help him regain control over the chaos. Could totally see neutral characters like Burgess and Ango who don't have any personal stake or investment in Dressrosa affairs being swayed to Doflamingo's side here.
I guess people already pointed out the many issues with this plan. I would've prefered if it stayed just as the cage + massive parasite. The Battle Royale/The Raid/The Dark Knight/etc. . . scenario doesn't work since we know people right now want to see Doflamingo dead above all else. Oda will still make people fall for it (this chapter we saw guys like Dagama and Jeet & Abdullah interested in what Dofla was saying, as little sense it makes), but as of now their grudge should me much much bigger than any economical profit they might be promised, plus trusting Dofla should be an issue in itself. . .
On the other hand, he's been trying to make some kind of comment in many situations throughout the arc that the masses are an unpredictable force, that people are inherently greedy, etc. . . so maybe he plans on playing with that for a while. That's good and everything, it just doesn't (or shouldn't) work after everything Dofla has done and after everyone on the island has one and only thought in mind, to kill Doflamingo.
Well, at least the very short fight was pretty sweet, and Pica is one overpowered motherfucker. He's shapeshifting the whole freaking island to his will. That's hard-fucking-core.

Aside from greedy idiots like the characters you mentioned I don't think the masses so much trust him as much as they realize that they have no way to escape, and if they do nothing then they are just waiting to be murdered by a parasite victim or become a puppet that's forced to fight/potentially be killed themselves.

Doflamingo may be confident that no one can beat him. I can see where he gets his confidence from. I don't think is abilities are that far out there either. If you look at all the great 'string masters' from other manga there are endless possibilities to how this could go. DD's abilities are like a combination of Legato Bluesummer's and Sasori's. I'd go even further to say that as a string man based on his devil fruit abilities, he could potentially make that puppet out of string, or make himself out of string. He isn't the big bad for nothing. Oda has been building up to this guy and his clash with the strawhats for some time now.
It looks like it's down to Zoro now to defeat Pica. No one else could do it aside from maybe Fujitora.
Really nice chapter… Love that DoFla clone and Pica's ability... DoFla really got some super villian points as well.
Koala and Robin meeting was very nice as well.
What will be interesting to see what Fujitora will do now... And I think Zoro will be the one who will give Luffy the opportunity to get back to DoFla once again... Seeing as he is still up there on the Plateu searching for pica

Its nice to see that Luffy wasnt defeated in the first battle with boss of arc. Sure he got knocked around but now he learned a bit about his techniques and itd worth noticing he got out of that fight without a scratch. He also saved Kyros and then all the people falling. So hes not looking that bad :p Even if his attack got blocked effortesly…

this chapter was interesting in several ways.
1. the DD puppet was an exelent idia for the plot to continue, but the way it came to be… the way i see it it was used as plot armor, why would DD go around in his puppet if he dosent expect fighting. sure he could have sensed lufy and rebeca coming with haki but he didnt show any sign of doing that. so the doll dosent make any sense.
2. the robin - koala issue: i find it hard to belive that robin talked much about luffy during her stay with dragon, becouse we saw that dragon is trying very hard to seperate life from work. and beside if sabo didnt tell her that he was a brother to luffy i dont think she would have known (i dont remember luffy telling her)
3. pica: OMFG, this is just a bit overpowered? i mean fine DD can cover an entire island with strings that are harder than steel and as sharp as razors but the abillty to control the entire island itself??? i dont see any way of beating such a thing.
4. kinemon: it appears to me tha oda is dilibertly trying to "mask" his actions in order for him to be the underdog in the arc. the one who goes around unnoticed and than makes the big boom we expect from him.
5. the social expirement: we have seen DD refering to human nature befor (the coloseum) but in regards to the fact that the entire island now hates him i think his plan will backfire.
6. there is one thing i dont understand, why did pica lift the factory? its like he is asking them to destroy it. and to that matter: i dont think chinjao can brake it. its as hard as diamond, the handcuffs that law cut was indeed made of seestone, but he cut the chains not the cuffs themselvs. i predict that someone will just have the key (like kinemon or bellamy)

I guess next chapter Oda will show some people trying to hunt directly for Dofla's head only to be absolutely trounced by Pica or someone else, that will maybe be broadcasted, and everyone will be like "ok, who was it again we had to kill? Yeah, better get to it".
i dont understand who on the island is supposed to kill luffy and the others that dofla wants dead. why just not kill them by yourself?
this is a bad ass situation, IMO doflamingo is the worst person ever seen in One Piece …
We don't know if what Doffy asks to kill the intruders including Sabo but if they were to, even if the outsiders won't kill the citizens it will give Doffy the reason to explain chaos maybe?
But either way there is Fujitora and Bastille there. They're not that stupid. Sugaring them out is one way but it's too early to judge Doflamingo for his actions. We need to know more what his intentions are.

Pica's ability is hax by the way. When he lifted the Flower Hill town itself stretched with it. In theory destroying the whole island on the surface level not that far. But if he can stretch to that lengths why is that a problem for his opponent that wants to injure him? Just random cut it and when you see it stops go at that spot with full power. And a limb is gone.

Perhaps Doffy is trying to force Fujitora and the marines' hand - we've seen that Fujitora puts the protection of the citizens of Dressrosa above all else, so he might reason that the capture of Doffy's bounty list will be faster and easier to accomplish to save the most innocent lives than trying to take Doflamingo's head personally.
I reeeeeeeeeaally don't get the whole string clone thing. It talked, it sweat– it makes no sense that strings can do anything like that. Going a bit too far in the whole mastered-my-powers-to-levels-that-don't-even-make-sense-anymore direction. And where was Doflamingo while his string clone was talking? Why even make a string clone when he could've gotten out of Kyros's attack himself? F- for string clone plot device and all of its execution.
If it has to be there, I'd prefer it to be a string clone that has the limits it should, but was a giant version of himself or something.
I love that Dofla had this in his pocket the whole time. Presumably he discussed it with Pica (still silent!) at some point, but he went from learning that Sugar was down and the whole island wanted to kill him to being out of the cross-hairs and in a semblance of control in less than 10 minutes time in-universe.
Theories-
If we connect how affected Law is by the memory of this attack, how fervently Bellamy wants to be in the Dofla camp, and knowing that they both come from North Blue, then I think Bellamy must have been on the island where the last Birdcage took place. He must have done a reverse-Robin, idolizing the force behind a massive childhood incident instead of being traumatized. Would be cool if he has a cameo in Law's flashback, like Zoro in Sabo's story.
Rebecca could have a new Vivi-style role coming up (because no way is she fighting Diamante), using her speed to go around to safely disarm/KO various Parasite-affected fodder and being the citizens' savior.
I can't believe we used to think Oda would run out of match-ups to go around in Dressrosa; even if Franky gets a round 2, there'll be a surplus. Though speaking of Franky, I don't think we'll need his laser for the factory after all. Between Sabo's "everything has a core" and Needlehead Chinjao, there are enough alternatives.
Odd thought- If Senor Baby does any swimming during the survival game, is he inside Pika? That's hard boiled!
The only way I see for Dofla to force people to kill each other - even though they all know he is the responsible for all of it - is to make the birdcage slowly shrink…
Doflamingo's strings can do anything. It can slice, it can control people, it can build a realistic, talking, complete with facial expression clone. So it wouldn't be a surprise if it can also block radio waves or the likes.
Come to think of it it shapes up to be one of most op powers….

Looks like Oda has been watching The Raid. If people actually died in One Piece 
, that moment would have actually had some impact though it was still a very nice scene. Pretty nice chapter, nice reunion with Robin. If Doflamingo does this however, I don't see how Fujitora can be "neutral for now" with him. Dofla should now be his number one target. The head thing basically looked like something from Kill La Kill, didn't seem to be something you'd see in the wicked world of One Piece.

Diamante and Trebol were underground right outside the factory at the beginning… don't know now.
Zoro was still on the Castle. Literally standing outside on it, so he's still at castle or he fell off when it moved
