A hero walks in - Soge King and manages to stop the lil toy maker (similar to stopping Perona style). I don't think Ussop can shed soge king persona just yet (as sokgeking should represent what his dream/goal is).

Sogeking is no showing up dude and Usopp is no running away either, If Sogeking have a chance to appear it will be during the Elbaf arc.

Logier doesn't always guarantee a win. I thought it's clear that Robin's DF is a counter to Trebol's.

Then I must be pretty dumb, since I don't get how an ability that allows you to sprout your limbs and create a copy of yourself wherever you want can be considered a counter to a person who is a mass of intangible glue. Even if he isn't a logia, it's still dubious, since his glue can restrain the movements of her limbs.

Robin can't defeat him on his own. If Trebol is defeated here, it's going to be through combined effort and cunning.

We are only 2 days from new chapter.. Feels cool. We will have to see some sort of continuation of last weeks chapter but sure would be great to see some of Zoro vs Pica and Franky vs Senor Pink and Machvice.

Hope Oda wont torture us with not showing more than just team Sanji action.. Its better than it was during war and it gotten better than Colosseum fight but its still a bit behind when it comes to pace to what we had during ennies lobby for example. So for now this feels for me like "second stage" of this arc. Second out of three not two.

Robin isn't a powerhouse. Brute strength isn't one of her advantages. And she can create as many giant hands as she wants, but if she can can't use Armaments and Trebol is a logia, it's all for nothing.

People have a startling habit of forgetting that logias aren't invincible just because their opponent's don't have CoA at their disposal.

I don't know if Robin will be the one to fight Trebol, but she shouldn't be automatically ruled out just because she can't use CoA.

Robin, as probably the smartest SH, is the most likely non-haki member of the crew to be able to defeat a logia by working out their natural weakness, or a similar effective manner of fighting them.

didn't u observe luffy setting fire in the water ? one piece has it's crazy rules but u have to accept em anyway
sanji surviving this change of pressure is a credit to his stamina , same goes with robin and her strength

if u noticed most of robin's new attacks post TS are based on brute strength
i guess she can't win all her fights in the new world by just breaking opponents necks or slapping them to death

if trebol is a logia that's another discussion , am just comparing the two scenes

Saying that Trebol is logia like its a fact is still a bit bold statement Razh.

I disagree for what has been shown till now from him and still go for Pica being logia as more likely than Trebol being one.
As for Robin thing- she might have been shown as capable of attacks on pretty big scale but she was also a bit terrified of Trebol combat abilities even before he thrown a ship like its nothing.
She has tricky ability and can make some big attacks but Trebol is pointed to be around as strong as monster trio so its a no no for Robin even being capable of anything else of survival(not for long) or buying time.
Also Trebol was hinted to be capable of using CoA

I wonder what the situation in the tower currently is. Throwing a ship there isn't the first thing I would do after finding out i was duped, but I doubt Trebol would purposely injure Sugar.

As much as I like both Robin and Usopp, I have the feeling that Cavendish will end up being the key to bring down the factory. I mean, the one Sugar made a contract with was Cavendish, so that leaves Hakuba free to wreack havoc once Cavendish falls asleep.

And I guess Usopp could resort to using the super spicy bullet to knock out Trebol. It's not like Robin couldn't just clutch Sugar afterwards.

Robin is the smartest member of the Straw Hats, and I remain (semi-)confident that she'll put that intelligence to good use in taking Trebol out. I fully agree that it won't be easy, and that Trebol won't go down in a chapter, but the stage is set for outsmarting and tactical maneuvers. Hence the clone thing this chapter and the general team-up of Robin and Usopp.

Who fought Yama?
Who fought Perona?

All of the above characters had a similar position and were still taken down. And no, Doflamingo's family is not different because "olol New World". While they are obviously much more powerful compared to previous villains, the subjective gap between the Straw Hats and them is still comparable.

We don't know how everything will play out, personally I still believe that Robin will be the one who gets to shine against Trebol (she already did in this chapter), but the argument that she can't do shit because of a title is ridiculous.

I meant how the situation is different for Robin, since she's not separated from everyone. I really don't see her fighting Trebol one or one. Trebol doesn't seem like a brightest kid in a class, but even he isn't stupid enough to be hoarded around by Robin while he's supposed to be protecting Sugar. In fact, even though he went overboard with the whole ship thing, that fast reaction threw a wrench into any advanatage they made while getting him away from Executive Tower.

And it's not just Usopp and Robin, there are dwarves, one of them having a pretty nifty devil fruit.

Well I disagree with this cuz all of the 3 seats are potrayed way above the other members of the DoFlas as they are potrayed right now… And even named in one sentence with Vergo... You could clearly see the diffetence with Baby 5, Jora and Buffalo... And it was nicely done with the chart showing that this 3 are commanding everyone else and all the hype they got by others saying that this 3 alone were able to overthrow an army.

It is similar to CP9 douriki, where it was shown clear as hell that the top 3 are way above the others... And even in Mr1 and Mr 2 case.

So either Trebol will be clearly below the other 2 seats + Vergo or he is an absolute idiot ala Chew and will go down cuz of his stupidity.

But well that is the monster trio debate we had in 2011 again... So i think we won't find common ground in this debate and will let it be with the post (+ your response)
