Luffy should use Gear 3 on his legs, turn his legs into springs, bounce off of Bird Cage using Bellamy's Spring Hopper (to build up speed), and then finish Doffy with Grizzly Magnum :D

As lame as it might sound, I think Gear 4 is going to be a tribute to Bellamy's spring attacks…

Ivankov is referring to CoC when he's talking about luffy's dormant power. When Ivankov says "but no wonder he attracts people", he's referring to CoC's ability to attract people. Attracting people is virtually making allies, which luffy ends up doing later in the chapter when luffy attracts all of the WB commanders…

Doesn't CoC attract people? If so, it would be useful because it would make it easier to make allies…

Is Law still a shichibukai? I can't remember if he is, but if he's still a shichibukai, then wouldn't he technically be allied with the marines? Personally, I think Law choose Usopp and Robin to come with him because they aren't as well know as Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji. If Law runs into the marines, he should be able to get away without a fight using his shichibukai title. If Luffy was part of Law's group, then Law's title probably wouldn't be able to prevent a fight because the marines would come after Luffy for sure + Luffy wanted to destroy the factory lol. Anyways, that's my opinion.
