If anything, without interference, this arc will grant Dragon so many advantages:
- Dressrosa being liberated.
- Not having to deal anymore with an old-time pirate with a grudge against his father.
- Dragon's protegé receiving one of the strongest devil fruits.
His popcorn will taste great this time around.

I think there is something strange about Momo, Kin'emon, Kanjuro and the other samurai…
I mean, the 4 were heading to Zou (Why?) but ends up shipwrecked and drifted to Dressrosa (Ok, no problem with that, that place should be safe for them, but why not?).
Once there, they were chased by Dressrosa's guards (Why?). Kanjuro chose to be apprehended to cover Kin'emon (Where is the other samurai?) allowing him to escape and pursue Momonosuke on a ship that was headed toward Punk Hazard (Why again? Ok Momo is a kid good for experiments... Why is he more important of other kids? Maybe for the df he ate on PH? Maybe for other reasons? Maybe they were chased on dressrosa cause of Momo? Can't be cause of experiments).The fact that dressrosa guards chased them is strange, the whole story of three samurai + the son of one of them going to another island for unknown reason is just strange.
I mean if they drifted all to dressrosa why one of them is already at zou and how do they know that? I think they were heading to zou to reach this third samurai but drifted.
So no doubt they are lying about something. -
Sabo's beard is real and identical to Luffy's false one. End of discussion.

It didn't. I just think that's a funny way of explaining the beard conundrum that really isn't significant enough to be discussed to the extent that it has in the first place.

Doflamingo was awfully quiet when Fujitora told him about his intentions. So I'm really curious as to what was going through his mind and what his plans are for later on. When Sabo messed up on Bartolomeo's name, I couldn't help but think of Luffy. That's so cute they have that in common. Oh, I almost forgot! Senor Pink was pretty hard-boiled in this chapter. Even Franky thought so. By the way I'm happy Franky got his time to shine in this chapter. Oh my god, I'm ruined now! "Hard-boiled" has now been added to the list of phrases I use.

Kaido being a legendary creature would be epic. I can think of a Dragon, Baku, Kirin, Chimera among others. There are just too many to count.
I also have a feeling that the samurais and Kaido are closer than what it seems what its unclear is if they are friends or foes..

I would say that Wano is somehow under attacks or occupation of Kaidos crew. Samurais are said to be strong enough to make Marines not go to country of Wa. Maybe it holds more importance somehow and Kaido wants it. Judging by description of Pirates that Momo gave Luffy first time they met already some of Kaido crew(or Momo was decscribing Dofla but I dont think so)

So given that Doflamingo and Kaido are business partners I do think that Doflamingo wants to offer Momo to Kaido. Maybe he would be a hostage to Kaido so Wano would stop opposing Kaidos attacks or something like that. It would make sense but those are mostly assumptions of mine. -

So no doubt they are lying about something.Don't remember he said one of them was at Zou, just that they were heading there (would be grateful for confirmation, though). 3 of them got to Dressrosa, one was lost at sea. If Kaido is after Momonosuke then it stands to reason he would notify his associates to keep an eye out. Dofla would have even more reason to catch him now that PH operation is fucked up. To reduce Kaido's anger, I mean.
About Zou, a while ago I had an idea it's some kind of a sanctuary island, or maybe under Whitebeard pirates. If you're trying to find protection from a Yonkou, there aren't many people who can help out.
It's also possible it's an island with Ace and Whitebeard's graves. Would be great if Luffy and Sabo got to visit it after this arc. -

Yeah that's my only gripe against him having it. Although, him getting the patch could be the result of an injury of when he had a cannonball shot at him in near point blank range back when he set out as a pirate initially. I wouldn't mind if he got it from that event.

My bad I somehow deleted my other comment Khamolen. The gist of it was that I don't think Oda would waste such a true pirate accessory on Sugar, it would have to be a significant character, like Sabo or someone we are not privy to right now.

I don't think Sabo should have any kind of big scar. After all, Ivankov was on Dragon's ship. Healing or regeneration hormons should have helped in complete recovery. Unless he didn't have his devil fruit at that point yet, which I doubt.

We'll just have to wait 'n see. I don't know why Oda has hidden his face yet not his body, the only reason in my mind that comes up is a badass reveal of his face with an eye-patch. Also, Sabo was a kid when he got hit with that cannonball, him getting injected with hormones at such a young age, doesn't sit right with me. If anything, I hope he was given anesthesia and then being operated on.

I wouldn't be surprised if, after Sabo's face with full set of teeth was shown, someone found a picture of kid Sabo and claimed how Oda made a mistake.

Kaido has a mythological zoan fruit (like Sengoku). Typhon!
Wikipedia description of Typhon:

This would explain Kaido name (100 beasts), the reaction of Kin'emon to both Kaido name and the hate for dragons.

Both Typhon and Chimera are old predictions.
I read somehwere that his nickname of "100 beasts" means something more like "all kinds of beasts". If it's true, it might work more in favor of some mythical zoan, Chimera, Typhon or something else.
Bonus fact, Chimera was a child of Typhon and Echidna. Echidna was half woman half snake, so she wouldn't fit in here.

Someone said in OP (actually i do not remember who) that Kaido is called of 100 beasts but actually his army has more then 100 zoan df users, maybe he got his epithet before all this smile and fake-fruits thing. Actually this could simply be his pirate epithet from way long ago.

I always thought that 100 beasts nick shouldn't be based on his zoans, since he had them for no more than a year or two and it's not a general knowledge in OP world.

Could be. But it's not much of a stretch to assume that his crew has always been zoan heavy.
And that he had maybe a hundred original zoans, and that his crew has since then been bulked up by Doffy's fakes.

Just a brain fart… but what if Kaidou eat something similar as Mr 2 just for animals... Making him 100 beasts in one, if he touched them all... just with the difference the he honored his DF skills that much, that he is able to use his fighting style even while transformed (Compared to Mr 2)

That's a good idea. Kinda seems too plain, though. There would be no hybrid forms, just plain animals. Granted, there are some pretty messed up animals in OP, but still. The devil fruit wouldn't be as important as Kaido's actual skill. And it's hard to see how an animal form would give more advantages than a human form, with Haki and all. Unless for flying attacks or dodging, stuff like that.
