It was suggested that Vergo was/is Doflamingos right hand man/first mate.
The way Doflamingo said his goodbye to Vergo, as he called him partner and said that he was his companion for longest kind of makes me think of Roger-Rayleigh and Luffy-Zoro kind of relation might be here also present.
As for Doflamingos crew after Joker left in hands of Trebol both Mera Mera fruit(quite a treasure) and Sugar(one of most valued people for Doflamingo, if not THE MOST valued person), things like putting Trebol in center on panels with all 3 seats being present- those things for me seems to be indicating Trebols position as third in overal ranking of crew. After Vergo.
I get that Diamante is boss of Fighters unit and Pica is head of Commando but Trebol can end up as next strongest after Doflamingo and Vergo.Also I feel trolled by Oda- I really awaited some of Sanji showing in this chapter and all I gotten is Sanji on first page -.- God Oda.. Show us Sanji already!

If Fujitora wants to disband the shichibukai, what purpose does the seventh shichi have, who we never found out who he was?

Im guessing he will be shown sooner or later, so it was a way to hype this character even if he won't be shichibukai anymore. Also it would be weird not to have 7… schichibukai... cause that's in the name you know. So someone had to be appointed.

It seems I'll have to utterly surrender at the jump cut pacing and off-panneled fights. As feared, Franky vs. Pink has been half off-screened, we now see even Mach Vice joined the fray and we saw very little of what came of it, and now Bastille enters too and it will probably lead to the fight being either totally interrupted or, worse, a super interesting 3 way fight between Pink + Vice vs. Franky vs. Bastille and his second in comand (Nolus or some Marine fan, please find his second in command in earlier chapters/super marine spread! I know he exists!), that will happen. . .mostly off panel.
Oda, please pretty please, focus, at the very least, during the last climactic fights. Now that you're refering Alabasta, re-read that arc and give us 2 chapter fights like those you gave us back then. Please.

Well even if that is what Oda is going for that, Lava and Fire are two different things(Lava is hot rock in liquid form, Fire is the chemical process of combustion), Ice and Snow are two different thing(Ice is cold water in solid form, Snow is small particles of ice in form of flakes), while Ton and Kilo are interchangeable(both are weight unit of measure and a Ton is ~1000 Kilos).
I would say that Machvise killed Mr. Valentine and know have her power :ninja:
Math, Science, Physics. These are all things Oda has not mastered.

Ice and snow are the same thing. As you say, snow flakes are tiny crystals of ice. It means Aokiji should be able to to anything Monet can do.
They aren't the same thing! In a natural stand point they are pretty different and the condition for their creation is very different. Just like you can make a house with wood, but you can't say that house his the same as wood(Wood->Ice, House->Snow).
In supernatural genre is simple to believe that the Ice user have such a fine control over his ice being even able to create Snow with it, but in One Piece we never seen Aokiji doing something similar. -
Out on Mangastream! Good chapter! So Senor's Pink's thing IS basically that he gives no shits. Okay. The scar drawn on Sabo's chest made me smile, plus the Goa parallel is brought up again is cool, too. Most importantly, Fujitora's continues to be one of the best marines. He thinks of the citizens of the country and wants to remove the Schichibukai system. The teasing for Reverie really makes me look forward to it. I like that Doflamingo is "controlled" most of all. He's confident, but not too overconfident(like Ceasar was), similarly to last chapter. More reason for me to think it's not gonna be that simple and he's gonna adjust his plans once he finds out about the stuff he doesn't know.

I think Dellinger and Lao G will both have devil fruits that give them an edge in the colloseum. In that same manner, Machvise's fruit allows him to avoid falling into the water and Senor Pink can simply dive into the ring (and thus avoid being knocked out).

One of the first thing he has done on dressrosa is to let one of his subordinates make a list with all the people who live here. I think Oda was foreshadowing that he knows about the missing people. And while his dream to abandone the schishibukai system is now revealed, I think this chapter made very clear that he is in fact in line with akainu when it comes to "justice".

Fujitora is boss. Seems likely at this point that somebody is going to get Fuji'd from the palace to the factory given the way they're set up. Maybe it'll be Kinemon if Kanjuro is somewhere below rather than in the palace itself.

There's been a worldwide draft, which yielded atleast two admirals, and there has been major improvements in the pacifsta lines. So maybe they are approaching a stage where they could afford to stand alone. It's too soon to tell.

Great chapter !I like the idea of destroying the system of the shichibukai. Kinda fits Fujitoras character, in the end shichibukai are still pirates, and are a threat for the civillians. And loved that the Reverie ,that was mentioned a while ago, was brought up again. Surely something big will happen there. And lol at Sabos Pipe ! (not to mention him drawing a fake scar on his chest ) I was wondering what kind of weapon he would use, …he better be freaking badass with it

Oh that's what you meant. Well yeah, it was never really confirmed who was a direct heir. I just kinda assumed Scarlet was older, since she already had a kid.
Still, I don't think it's that clear, since Rebecca's mother and father weren't a queen and a king so Violet could be the heir as well. That would left Rebecca joining SH option possible, even though that's the last thing I want to see.

how do you reckon this? Sugar's fruit is supposed to make everyone forget the missing people ever existed. We even got a hint of it when the marines were reading the names of the colosseum participants and they couldn't recognize some names.

Doflamingo is actively undermining the world government through his underground operations, Mihawk doesn't give two shits about anything. Law used it to get on Punk Hazard and blackmailed one of the others to defect from the system, essentially poking holes in that very system. Hancock hates everyone and won't hesitate to attack indiscriminately when they request anything of her. Buggy is probably off somewhere hunting for treasure with Alvida. The only straightforward useful guy they have is Kuma and they made a shit ton of clones of him. It's not like anything is stopping the marines now but removing the system would change nothing for them. The disadvantages fall towards the few shichibukai who actually need the position for safe havens (this mainly applies to Hancock and Buggy). The Marines don't lose an ounce of strength on their side, and with the conscription, any possibility of them facing a severe shortage of fighting force while dealing with the Yonko or the Revolutionaries is probably negated. Also none of these fuckers would help the Marines anyway.

Legally speaking his hands are tied on that one, as far as the people of the nation are concerned King Riku betrayed them, stole from them and tried to murder them, and they were saved by Doffy who they choose as their new king.
I mean sure he's probably got his suspicions about how it all went down, but i wouldn't say that he knows any specifics.

He is going to propose it at the reverie most likely. I am not sure the Gorosei would disaggree too strongly with Fuji's judgement of the shichibukai seeing as how destructive they have been. Mihawk literally just wouldn't care. His title seems to just be a means of keeping the marines off of his back.
