Well, in my defense he did say everything is still going according to plan, not specifically in Doflamingo's head. Doffy seems to have a blatant disregard for certain factors and is too confident that all will work out according to his plans while the Sh's are close to the factory they are planning to destroy, have a good chance of not letting Burgess get the fruit and are closing in on stomping Doflamingo. What Doffy wants is Mononosuke but he isn't even close in that regard, sitting on his ass waiting until everything magically works out, underestimating the SH's power. he should've better stayed at the factory himself although that might have been a bit problematic with Fujitora there and all but he did ask Fujitora to come with him so maybe Fuji would've done something entirely different than coming with him if he hadn't asked…
Oh, and I did get it (don't tell me what I get or don't get. I think I'm a better judge at that than you are). It just doesn't make sense seeing Doffy only knows the whereabouts of about half of the SH's (of which only Frankys is right but he doesn't know that) and isn't including Law's crew. How could he ever think he has enough info to know everything is going well? Also, if Bellamy knows there's a way out of the Colosseum than Doffy should know as well that there is a real possibility of Luffy getting out...

Dofla successfully overthrew a kingdom, is running the underground world, I think I see him going to level 6 even if being a Celestial Dragon.

I love how Doflamingo is wrong about….pretty much everything lol. Such a high degree of underestimating everyone in the Strawhat crew.
He also implied that franky would have a hard time. Franky's last one on one was Fukurou, right? Oda's characters really shine when they look outclassed against their enemy, he's so bulky now that it's hard to see him struggle and then win. If señor pink's power is swimming, then he may be tough for him since you can't fire a projectile at someone underground though. He needs to catch him when he's above ground

What I mean is that the ship that will be taking him to Impel Down will be hijacked. Doflamingo is way to big to disappear just like that, he will lose like any other pirate who went against the Strawhats but he will still be a powerful foe to be reckon, he have knowledge about a lot of stuff and you cannot brush him off just by sending him to Impel Down.
I'm telling you it can be both but until we see one of those fighters talking about what happened it is a face or surprise and irritation.
Well I personally don't see a surprised face on him or anyone in there but everyone have their own interpretation of the scene.

When it comes to planning and not underestimating his opponents I consider Crocodile to be way better than Doflamingo.
I don't agree.
DD clearly knew the power of SH's. He said earlier that Luffy could be even stronger than Law. When Crocodile saw Luffy first time, he was piece of shit to him. Of course SH's were nobodys when they faced Crocodile and that's the reason why he understimated them more.

I'm new hi everybody, i was lurking for weeks and decided to write some random thoughts
I think that If Rebecca will fight against doflamingo's mates she will also fight and not only defend herself, after all she will probably be the next queen and she (storywise) must regain popularity between dressrosers and also readers.
That would immediately happen once sugar is done and all the toys turn back to their original form, the riot start etc..
I also think that former admiral aokiji is the new warlord and will arrive before the end to change some balance and some way will keep fujitora out.
DD probably will end up going back to marjorie.
Still don't have any idea how luffy will beat him, i guess another power up is going to show, but i guess this time he will ne ed something from law too.
The only think DD is missing is the diversion of franky, why would he attack alone while all of Its crewmates no.
I really disliked the major part of ph arc, im likin this tho!

The thing about Rebeca fighting those guys is that they are above her level by miles, Sabo and Diamante seems like fast fighter, so her speed will be useless against them and Burgess will just squish her, I don't know about Barto because he has only showed defense and haven't done nothing flashy yet

I thought about this, we know that Rebeca is all about dodging and we know that If is free for all those four guys will fight each other to dead, the only thing rebeca has to do is no get involved in the mess and stay on a corner watching the fight just like the citizens

I'm late to the over/underestimated who debate but I think Doflamingo has good strategies in place for most of the ongoing situations(Strawhats' locations, broken alliance, entrances/exits guarded or blocked, etc…).
Doflamingo underestimated two things.
-One is the impact of the ruse of stepping down as a Warlord. I'm sure he knows the dwarves are upset about the current situation and were bound to revolt. There should have been at least a contingency plan for whenever that day unknown happened. He could perhaps have it(threated to kill Manshelly?) but to not think two enemy factions wouldn't work together is underestimating how much pain he has inflicted on the dwarves.
-Two is what type of people would be attracted to the Mera Mera no Mi. Since it was Ace's fruit, enemies and allies of Ace would more than likely want the fruit. So we have an old Ace enemy in Yonko commader Jesus Burgess and unknown old ally with Sabo. Then there is Bartolomeo who is an unknown fan of the Luffy. So an ally of an ally of Ace. Doflamingo put too much focus on Ace's fruit attracting Luffy and not enough about others who cared about Ace. If it would have been a different fruit, then perhaps there would be no Bartolomeo or Sabo to deal with. Luffy was still going to Dressrosa. He may have competed in the tournament to test himself...but it would have been less likely. Maybe offer some delicious rare meat instead.

This is a rumor that reached the revolutionaries and the marines, I'm pretty sure that it reached a lot of Pirates too since according to Bastille this sort of attack happens every time Cavendish visits a town and Cavendish have been in the New World for quite some time now, so is pretty understandable that those guys heard about this rumors and seen Cavendish acting weird they just took their chances before something happen, which was the confirmation to their worries also If it wasn't as I said, there were no reasons at all for Oda show the faces of Orlumbus and Suleiman worry as fuck as If their lifes were in danger.

The rumor is that Hakuba follows everywhere Cavendish is.People mostly been wondering if Hanuka is pursuing Caven, is a member of his crew or is Caven by some strange logic Caven himself. When Cavendish turned evil face and started slicing them they understood. The "but" said by Sabo after talking about the rumor proved he lacked details and that what happened wasn't obvious from the rumor.
Suleiman has that weird because he gone crazy from being chased from his country.

Well if we have to be fair Luffy was a piece of shit to him. By any and all accounts Crocodile should have crushed Luffy easily but at least moment Crocodile suddenly became and idiot,crippled himself and basically fell over. I assume he won't get to take it down into the toy pit with him, so will somebody else take it from him then suddenly start believing it's their sword once Cavendish gets toyed?

Doffy got one of the trump cards of sh-law alliance. HOW CAN YOU SAY IT IS UNDERESTIMATION. And his plan with luffy being in the coliseum is successful. HOW CAN YOU SAY IT IS UNDERESTIMATION.
Doffy expected to win because of his plan which is now shown to us as a mess.The fact that he witnessed the whitebeard war and saw how luff, against all odds managed to surprise every one is more than enough reason to consider the possibility of his plans failing.

The sword isn't a body part of Cavendish and has his own history, so it would be recognize. The dude wouldn't believe the sword is his but that someone must have abandonned it here. Lire finding a couch on the road.

A better question (no offense) is what happens to newspapers and bounty posters? The answer we already know because a statue about Kyros still exists, so knowledge of Durandal should still exist on paper, people would just forget the details of it. But like I said in my edit note, I doubt anyone else will be turned in to a toy because very soon Trebol will be engaged with the Usolanders. Without Trebol Sugar has nobody to turn into a toy.
Haha, another interesting thought is that even Doflamingo has no idea who he has had turned in to a toy, so who knows (Oda, nobody) how many powerful people are going to suddenly be normal again… and pissed at Doflamingo.

Maybe there is no reason to worry about that as Cavendish remains unscathed. There is no reason for him to receive medical treatment, so it's more likely he will not become a toy.
Btw, I wonder if releasing the toys will have some big impact in the world. Like a real big name was turned into a toy and that will change things as we know. Or maybe even something related to one of the SH (what about Luffy suddenly remembering his mother?).

I was thinking about this yesterday and I got to the conclusion that Doflamingo is a smart dude, so I don't think that he doesn't posses a list of the people that he have turned into a toy even though he doesn't remember them he still have their information and knows what Sugar fruit actually does, this also let me to believe that Doflamingo has another plan in order to protect himself If the Toyfication blows up in his face

To be considered physically strong, yep. Gotta have muscles.
To be considered strong as a fighter, not so much. I'd agree with you on that, yeah.
However, people thinking characters have to be big and beefy to be strong isn't a sexist issue. It's just sheer stupidity. Obviously technique, speed, agility etc. can be just as effective as sheer physical strength, so get down off your high horse.
People don't dislike Rebecca because she's "different". They dislike her because she (at least until her block) was portrayed as the typical damsel in distress that wouldn't be able to do anything for herself, that Luffy would have to save. That would just ball up her little fists and cry after she lost her block, only to have her country saved by Luffy.
Now that she won her block, through her own skill by, doing something that no other person in the ring was capable of doing ie dodging Hakuba's attack, I think you'll see a shift in her detractors most likely.
I'm still not wild about her character but I at least don't regard her as cookie cutter anymore.

Sometimes all it takes to win is to not fall down when the other guy does. And I'm perfectly fine with that. She didn't win because of physical strength but because she had skill. Since when was finesse a bad thing? A lucky stab can still kill. As can an arrow. Is it because she's a girl? Because, frankly, I doubt we'd be seeing all this shit of some beefed up guy rose up and had blood glistening down his muscles. People would be saying 'Oh wow, he must be strong' or 'Look, he was fast enough not to get killed.'Fuck this noise. Women don't have to be physically strong. It's fucking sexist to think that. And yes, it is sexist. It's saying you have to be man-like to be considered strong, that being like a man is the better thing. There are different strengths. Hers isn't being muscles and grunting. Hers is getting the fuck out of the way and striking when the enemy over-extends themselves. Rebecca is, so far, my favourite fighter in this tournament because she is using her mind, biding her time, and thinking of survival above glory. That is her character - she wants to survive to bring back her kingdom, to prove that to-death battles shouldn't be entertainment, to show that she's not going to play by the Rules set before her. She uses those rules against her enemies and works hard at helping those who need her help.She is fighting to win against people's hearts. To her, the enemy isn't in the arena in front of her - it's in the hearts of her people. And she is waging a war on them and Doflamingo using a different kind of fighting. Defensive, not offensive. Because she refuses to let this battle - the one that matters most to her - become entertainment. Because she doesn't fight like others. Because she has a different motive to why and how. That's why people hate her and perceive her as weak - because she's different and feminine. Because, obviously having breasts is a bad thing.
She doesn't care about the people heart. She wants Toy soldier that'd all.The problem with her style is the whole I won't hurt anybody and maybe not being touched. Not sure for the second part.

I really liked the fact that rebecca was able to dodge Hakuba's attacks.This means that she's actually pretty good at fighting (or dodging w/e).I actually think that she'll be the one to eat **mera mera no mi and after that luffy will make her join the crew.**WHY? Well the answer is simple.1. **Mera mera is a logia type fruit. which makes it really rare and unique.**2. **Blackbeard is going after rare fruit users.**3. means that if rebecca eats the fruit, **Blackbeard might go after her.**4. I know I know, Sabo must be stronger than rebecca/Jesus/Bart. But i don't want him to have that fruit.5. Why? well he's a revolutionary, after eating that fruit, **he'll still go on revolutionary missions, so he won't have much time panel/screen-time with SH's.**6. yeah,it makes sense,but it is not confirmed,and also it's not actually what we saw in this chapter,she is seeing him with her eyes,observation haki is something that make you "hear" the voice of people,you can use it with your eyes closed if you want (actually sandersonia used it with her eyes closed)
She seems to notice Hakuba behind her. I would say say it is CoO but I don't even think it matters.

Granted that's getting into the realm of fan-fiction, and I don't particularly think anything of the sort would be in the story, but it is an interesting thought. I do think something worth bearing in mind about the whole situation, as well – even if this too will never really come into play -- is that to Doflamingo, and presumably most of his group, the people turned into toys are known unknowns, as opposed to the unknown unknowns that they are to the vast majority of people.

I would assume Sugar would be the person who keeps more or less track about the people turned into toys. (when they need the person again for whatever reason)
Some bigger names have to be among the toys, or else the reputation of really strong fighters the DD family members earned, would be kind of taken from nothing.
Still i don`t expect any real big name that might be important later in the story to show up after the oys get transformed back. -
