Hey guys, the man who replaced Luffy in the Coloseum is Sabo!
We should not jump to conclusions, we need more proof, we need to see his face first.

love the slowpoke jokes
Uronge the 10th BB captain.
The real reason that Doflamingo doesnt go to sea is because every one of his crew mate has a damn devil fruit. If someone is drowning then they're gonners.

LOL this made laugh as the image of Doffy swearing as he uses his strings to pull yet another crewmate out of the ocean. Worse is when members keeps causing their fellow crewmates to fall in.
Trébol keeps getting into people's faces and they recoil yelling "Too Close!" … the problem is that they recoil so much they fall in the waters. Baby 5 keeps trying to attack Doffy but he knocks her back ... and into the waters

Lol. It just never ends. Its basically survival of the least recoiled.

Uronge the 10th BB captain.
I am with you on this one, his character design looks as weird as the rest of the crew.

I could actually see this. Blackbeard's crew seems to be largely affably evil, and Urouge definitely seems affable enough, from what little we've seen of him. And I've wanted to see more of him, anyhow. Could be interesting if this turns out to be the case.
Urouge as a BB Pirate is definitely a possibility.
Urouge as a BB Pirate is definitely a possibility.
Urouge will kill Teach and become the REAL Blackbeard
Sugar gave Cavendish orders, but not Hakuba. My theory is that Cavendish will fall asleep as a toy, emerge as Hakuba and go on a rampage and succeed where Usopp has/will fail(ed). I'm 100% that not everything will go according to Operation S.O.P and Usopp will fail miserably to scare Sugar who seems to have a very serious and apathetic demeanor.

Only problem with that is it seems that toys do not sleep. When they have to 'report to the toy house' at night, its for them to go underground and work all through the night. So seems that as toys they do not sleep.
However that doesn't mean that there is a small bit of chance that Cavendish could use some artificial means -like hypnosis or drug- to bring out Habuka. It makes sense that IF Cavendish is aware of Habuka (which we do not know if he does) then he could create another means to bring him out.
Frankly I don't think Cavendish is aware and we will not see Habuka attack Sugar. And do not brush off Usopp just yet, he succeded in past against opponents that seemed too strong for him.
In Arabastra arc, Chopper was stronger than Usopp but was getting his ass handed to him by the Mr 4/Miss Merry Christmas team. It was Usopp's plan and setup that took them out
In Thriller Bark none of the Monster Trio could take out Perona, Usopp defeated her by himself.
I'm not saying "Oh I'm 100% sure Usopp will win!" I remember that Trébol is there. But do not brush Usopp off so lightly, he does have redeeming qualities. Just as there is a Trébol & Sugar team, then Usopp is allowed an ally (or a dozen really small ones ) to help even out the odds and he can take care of Sugar.
Hmmm… not being able to sleep is so exhausting mentally.
Maybe they don't need to sleep rather than not being able to.
Imagine that when a devil fruit's user dies, his fruit is reincarnated into the closest fruit. Punk Hazard is a dead island with no vegetation and Shino Kuni has certainly destroyed the remaining fruits in the carriage that contained smiley's fruit. Thus Monet's fruit could only reappears in Nami's orchard. And guess who is using weather to fight but never launched a snow-related technique !
I did not read the previous pages so if someone has already called it, here is a bonus pic to make the theory more consistent…or not!

Big mom and kaido are kings thus have the kings haki.

This is One Piece. The odds of Monet being dead are pretty slim.
Also there were probably fruits in the lab.

Now I actually wish Monet were dead. Rip Yukionna Fanclub.
I read this tgeory in a different forum:
"What if it's possible to eat one logia, one paramecia and one zoan fruit, you only die if you eat 2 of the same kind of fruit, and Blackbeard is just the only one to have figured this out =D" (constar90,reddit)
What do you guys think?

This seems unlikely to me. In order for it to be pretty much universally known that two devil fruits kill someone it must have happened a fair few times over the years. The odds of nobody trying two different types, even by accident, is vanishingly small IMO.
Would be cool if Dellinger had an extend extend no mi that's sorta like Goku's staff or the Monkey King's. Could work with his heels and make him the reason bellamy is always looked down on since he beats him up and have similar fruits.
I could see it, I think I dreamt it. His fruit would be kinda similar to Luffy's.
Only problem with that is it seems that toys do not sleep. When they have to 'report to the toy house' at night, its for them to go underground and work all through the night. So seems that as toys they do not sleep.
While toys don't sleep, they do seem to faint. Could be a valid trigger.

well, isnt it just like toy soldier said, to bodies aren't as strong as human bodies. even if he became hakuba, what could he do as a toy?
also i think ussop will end up saving the day on this one. The plan will fail, everyones captures except for ussop because he bolts, he finds the super tobasco star, shoots it into sugars mouth, everyone toy turns back into humans, cavendish, the king punch guy , and the funk brothers take out trebol, the country is plunged into chaos because of all the people who get their memories back, they blame doflamingo, doflamingo's f*cked.

Assuming Toy Cavendish is 0.5 Cavendish of strength, then Toy Hakuba would logically be 1 Cavendish of strength, which could be enough to defeat Trebòl.
Sorry if this has been posted before.
I've been wondering if Franky might be able to remove his new enormous arms (like Usopp suggested he do before the underground invasion). Perhaps this was Franky's idea during the time skip to overcome his one weakness: a vulnerable back.
While marooned on Vegapunk's home island, I think that Franky made himself two new suits of armor.
Currently, we're pretty familiar with Franky Shogun, Battle Franky 38.
But I think that his current set of enormous shoulders and arms are also just a suit of armor that he wears, Battle Franky 37. I imagine that he can undo the stitches on the front of his abdomen and shed that upper body like a jacket. Underneath, he probably looks a lot more like the old Franky.
The very best situation, in my opinion, is if Franky has an autopilot mode for Shogun and his ARMor (haha, get it?). That way, he could assemble BF-38, remove BF-37, and basically operate as a 3 man team, all by himself.
Anyway, what do you all think?

while thats an AWESOME idea, i would be pretty unlikely. considering he didnt take his arms off to join in the underground invasion. Of course its also very possible that he attacked the front just to draw attention away from the underground invasion, which would make sense.
i miss the old world franky design, he just doesnt look human enough now.
The tenth BB pirate (obviously not counting the horse) will be Gin. His design fits in very well, he will be the smallest of the BB pirates though. This is probably just wishful thinking.

You based an idea entirely around a character's design.
And you think MAYBE this is wishful thinking?

Your avatar (paramyte I think) gave me really hardtime when I was a child. And some nightmare too. Anyway I think Urouge is a better candidate.

As a Gin fanboy: No. No basis in any sort of allusion or hint.
Gin said he was going to the grand line.
The BB's are in the grand line.
This is literally all we have to substantiate Gin as a BB.
Yeah. Wishful thinking.

An old theory about one of the Impel Down prisoners I found on NF, seems interesting
Roche Brasiliano aka Roche Tomson
Who is Roche?
Everybody has seen the prisoners-list with the names Ivankov, George Black and even Pandaman. There was another name written on the the list. The name Roche Tomson.Spoiler:
What's so special about Roche Tomson you say? Well, knowing Oda and his obsession for real pirates, Roche is probably the One Piece Version of the real Pirate, Roche Brasiliano (Rock the Brazilian, Le Rock).
Spoiler:
Nice looking guy ain't he
Tell me more about the real life Pirate, Roche Brasiliano?
Roche Brasiliano was a Dutch pirate, born in the town (now city) of Groningen. As you can see, i'm from Groningen myself…so you know why i'm so interested in this guy... But were here to talk about Roche. So here's some information
Quote:
| About Roche, his life and personality:
Roche Braziliano was a notoriously cruel buccaneer who operated out of [__af_placement_id–[AFF-PLACEMENT-ID].html"]Port Royal](http://www.bizrate.com/port-royal/index__af_assettype_id--4__af_creative_id--3__af_id--AFF-ID), Jamaica. He was a privateer in Bahia, Brazil, before moving to [__af_placement_id–[AFF-PLACEMENT-ID].html"]Port Royal in 1654. He led a mutiny and adopted the life of a buccaneer. On his first adventure he captured a ship of immense value and brought it back safely to Jamaica. Once he came off the coast of Campeche in a storm, his ship was wrecked. Thirty men were in a canoe to shore with only some weapons and gunpowder. They were chased by 100 Spaniards on horseback, but leaded by their leader, the pirates knew to defeat the enemy. Along the way they captured a boat from Campeche and some canoes so they could continue with their piracies.Another time in Campeche, he eventually got caught and was sent to Spain. They were thrown in the dungeon, and would certainly be hanged if Rock the Brazilian had not invented a ruse. He wrote a letter to the governor that he had delivered using a slave.
The governor thought that this letter was from another pirate and that if Roche wasn't be set free, the city would be attacked by fellow pirates. The ruse succeeded, the governor allowed the pirates to go, but only on the condition that Roche and his crew would quit piracy. They did not, and they left to Jamaica, where they continued to rob.
Rock the Brazilian was cruel, impulsive and had a total lack of self control. Men who disobeyed were punished relentlessly. They treated him with a mixture of fear and admiration. There has never been a mutiny aboard one of his ships. He roasted alive two Spanish farmers on wooden spits after they refused to hand over their pigs. He treated his Spanish prisoners barbarously, typically cutting off their limbs or roasting them alive over a fire
After he had squandered his booty in the taverns of the city, he drifted through the streets drunk, waving his cutlass, which he attacked passers. But sometimes he bought a barrel of wine or beer, put it on the street with his gun and forced the people to drink with him.
After 1671, Braziliano was never seen or heard from again. Even to this date, nobody knows what became of the Dutch pirate. Whether he (and his vessel and men) were lost at sea in a brutal storm, was secretly captured, or possibly retired and lived the rest of his life in anonymity is a matter of debate. |
An interesting story indeed.
And the reason for this topic is…?
I would love too see Roch Tomson appearing in One Piece. The chances that he escaped Impel Down back are very high and knowing Oda, we know he can deliver a character with the same personality as the real Roche. Especially in the [__af_placement_id–[AFF-PLACEMENT-ID].html"]New World](http://www.bizrate.com/new-world/index__af_assettype_id--4__af_creative_id--3__af_id--[AFF-ID), a character like him would be logical. So do you guys think that this guy, Roche, will appear in the New World (Maybe as part of someones crew or even as captain) and do you want him to act as the real Roche. We all know the [__af_placement_id–[AFF-PLACEMENT-ID].html"]New World](http://www.bizrate.com/new-world/index__af_assettype_id--4__af_creative_id--3__af_id--[AFF-ID) is going to be darker.
That sounds pretty interesting.
From the sounds of his personality and his status as a big reveal, he could even be the 7th Shichibukai.

Not bad. Having a Level 5 prisoner as a Warlord would certainly make more sense than a Level 6 one.
Though I still believe it's somebody we never heard of before.

I wouldn't be surprised if Oda had left a little easter egg for us when it come to the identity of the 7th Warlord, he loves that kind of stuff.

He's the smoothest skinned buccaneer you ever did see.
I am without a doubt, that Oda is using Shakespeare's Macbeth as a framework for Blackbeard's character.
No.
If you compare Macbeth and Blackbeard as characters and analyze their relationship to other individuals, you'll find so many similarity between the two its mouth dropping.
Blackbeard is evil Luffy. It's not really complicated.
The parallels I can already tell you're going to make are weak and meaningless.
Let me guess, Thatch is Banquo.
So Blackbeard and his friend Thatch killed someone for the Pirate King…and hear a prophecy that Blackbeard..will be the next Pirate King...and Thatch's kid's will ...be the next dynasty?? So Blackbeard thinks Thatch's kid's will be dangerous to him.
Um first Blackbeard and his...well he doesn't have a psychotic machavellian wife...and is not a nervous guilty wreck himself...uh...they invite the pirate king somewhere and kill him? But they frame it on someone, so everyone still likes Blackbeard and want him as the next Pirate King.
So Blackbeard is Pirate King, THEN kills Thatch with assassins..and uh...Thatch's son escapes.
And uh, everyone starts noticing he's crazy, and his wife also is crazy, and everyone turns on him.
Uh Luffy is Macduff, but then that means Luffy doesn't become the next Pirate King, Thatch's son does.
And uh the Thatch line of Pirate Kings rules Scotland and eventually England as well, until Oliver Cromwell cuts one of their heads off or something.
No.

Alvida will disagree though.

Alvida had to go all the way to a DF to get smooth skin.
You want baby smooth skin that the WG will take seriously?
Then you gotta go the Roche way.

I didn't even bother with taking the Macbeth thing seriously and really responding, but it's a joy to watch you work.
we also know he's a coward who begs for his life and a Devilfruit user.
When was this mentioned?
I would like to have more critique on this theory of mine.
As for the Roche guy, if he is not in Impel Down, then he is in Baggy's crew, so definitely not a schichibukai.
When was this mentioned?
Chapter Z.
It was given to people who went to see film Z and the timeline of Z's life indirectly told us who the new Shichibukai is but no face yet.
It make a lot more sense than you think. I'll have a dissertation on it later. The two are not exact parallels, but they are very, very similar.

You seem very sure about this which means one of two things. Either you're a bit mental or the thing your talking about when you say Macbeth is not Macbeth.
