@wolfwoof:
Everything i say is possible to interpret as an invitation. This is the curse we charmers need to live with
Ah yes… I am well aware of The Curse... But it's a burden we must bear.
@wolfwoof:
Or y'know any other budding love story where one is filthy rich and the other is the streetwise scoundrel
It's scary how accurate this can feel sometimes.
Erik claims that he's not filthy rich.
I've been to his mancave.
He's filthy rich.
Yes TheCrystalShip the street thug. I'm totally not mentally laughing right now.
First of all, he called me a "streetwise scoundrel", not a street thug.
I can't imagine that you would disagree with him~
Second of all, if I remember correctly, you have referred to me as a "baller" on numerous occasions, and one of the Urban Dictionary definitions of the word "baller" is:
A thug that has "made it" to the big time.
Though I guess you probably meant this definition, huh?
One whose person has been fully and successfully established in numerous social circles (esp. one who is extremely popular with both the male and female members of any given social group)
@wolfwoof:
> No no a scoundrel like Inigo Montoya. Not a thug like ehm someone who's thuggish, and huge.
>
> Oh i'm kicking myself for not going with pretty woman there
>
> The rich corporate bastard with a heart of gold, the cynical and jaded streetwalker who brings it out in him.
>
> Cinematic gold right there
Wow, I actually brought up Pretty Woman to Erik while we were in the car. I've been feeling a lot like the girl from that movie as of late. Once again Cup-it, you're right on the money. You sly dog~
