You just ignored what I said. They will become relevant again somehow. BTW, why do you say Kuro and Arlong are supposed to be dead? Luffy knocked both of them out. Arlong went to jail while Kuro set out to sea again. Gin is somehow going to make a reappearance. He did say he'll meet Sanji again in the Grandline. There was an explanation for Dorry. Their weapons became dull over time thus the slash not killing him. They'll make a reappearance once we get to the Land of Giants arc. Now with Igaram. Vivi's dad is sick. Vivi is most likely going to have to represent her country in the "Meetig of the Kings". Igaram was like the assistant to king Cobra. It's only natural he'd go with Vivi along with Pell as her bodyguard since he's the strongest warrior in the kingdom. IIRC, Pagaya said he fell to the White Sea.

There is ZERO need to see Kuro again. Oda might decide to make use of him, either for something semi-important, or just to make a cameo for fun. Or he might not at all. There is ZERO need for him.

From what it looked like at the end there, I think that Doflamingo hatched a plan and he gave the Government a heads up about the Straw Hats and Law coming. That's just way too much of a coincidence to say otherwise, if he's not left the Shichibukai. The interactions between Robin and the Dwarves this time around was priceless. We finally got a sort of comical reaction from Robin that we've never seen before, this series is taking some turn or what? And she almost got stripped, priceless :)

On a positive, you know what Law adds to the crew that was impossible beforehand? Strategy. Law and Donflamingo are playing a game of chess, and Don's seemingly won with this chapter. This drama wouldn't be possible with Luffy, heck the guys clearly fallen for a trap himself. I'm curious to see how these events work out. Will Luffy stay and fight in the tournament knowing his crew is under attack, or did Donflamingo time things so Luffy will be mid-fight by the time he finds out? Suddenly the crew seems really overwhelmed.
By the way, where did this Kaidou as a dwarf thing start? Is it a rumor just cause its funny or did something else happen?

We didn't see what happened to him. My guess is that he's in Marine custody (he lost his leg so he couldn't have gone far).

An ending is like destiny. What happens in between is fate. If your fate were to change wouldn't destiny(end) be changed? If Oda were to add something , he'd have to make it fit to get the ending he wants. Have you ever played games like mass Effect? It's like that. Depending on what you do, the endin could change.
Yeah actually storytelling is a tough process of bridging pieces together to make a whole, and choosing important pieces that need to fit in to make structural sense, and leaving some weird shit hanging off to the side for fun, or sometimes because you're committing basic human errors, or have strange hangups that might make for a less attractive structure but you want to stay to some bizarre principle. Lots of the stuff that goes in is there as scenery and style, and not actually for structurally important reasons.
One Piece is a building. Things like Whitebeard dying are important central pillars. Things like Pagaya surviving are the potted plan in room 567.
The way you're talking? Someone removing that potted plant will cause the building to fall down.

I remember him saying that in the SBS. He said a family member passed away. He also said something about his grandma telling him not to use "kill" alot because its bad.

O: Ahh, good question. First of all, Morgan is still alive. He's being held in prison now by his former subordinates. So why didn't Luffy kill him? In this era, people put their lives on their beliefs and convictions, and fight. When he goes into battle, Luffy is destroying others' beliefs. And when these enemies' beliefs are shattered and defeated, they feel a pain equal to death. I think that for these pirates, killing or not killing is secondary to winning or losing.

Its because someone pointed out their relationship is based on "The Steadfast Tin Soldier". They both end up dying in a fire. Coincidentally, the tournament prize is the Mera Mera no mi. The death was beautiful. The tin soldier Melted into a heart. If the death is going to be beautiful, Oda should do it.
That wouldn't be beautiful at all.
A human and a toy melting into a heart would be the most disturbing, nightmarish thing to happen in the manga.
Dying in fire is also a really awful way to go.
