This seems like a fair assumption. So a small contingency of rebel toys are working with the dwarves to bring down the factory that is presumably staffed by dwarves and/or toys, against their will. To this end, the dwarves have been focusing on stealing weapons recently (Kabu taking the Marine's weapons, Leo's "rule" while searching Robin, Wicca taking Zoro's sword, mystery dwarf on the Sunny-go rustling around in the men's quarters…) so that they can perform their violent rebellion.
Wicca being excited about the DD family heading for the Sunny-go might be because the DD family is usually guarding the factory, but now they've left their posts.
Aren't they lucky the Strawhats have the same focus… Unfortunately I see this all going according to DD's plan.

I thought that was the case when everyone wasn't reacting in panic, however there was a newspaper article on it and a WG discussion, which made me think it wasn't possible. The newspapers probably weren't printed in Dressrosa or something. I guess Donflamingo talked to his insider at the WG (CP0?) and told them he could give them Straw Hat and Law if they cooporated (which is a deal the WG would jump on considering the effort they put to try and capture Luffy at the war). After all it is the role of a Shichibukai to capture pirates for the WG whenever there's a chance.
I'm sure Oda will clear it up within the next 2 or 3 chapters. So much going on... I'm hoping for the return of Sogeking (who will look even better now than 2 years ago).

I believe that something actually happened back when she was a child (No, not that way !). It's only a baseless assumption so far, but judging from how Rebecca looked at the little girl who was playing with the toy monkey, and her own nearly child-like speech to the soldier, it's not impossible to think that she was kidnapped as a child, and that she met the toy soldier during that time. I'm not jumping to conclusions of course, but I don't think it's an unlikely possibility.

It's highly unlikely that Smoker told them the whole story, probably only that the Strawhats and Law were headed to Dressrosa/Green Bit. Sakazuki doesn't say a word about Doflamingo, his focus is the Strawhats and Law. Smoker probably let on juuuuust enough so that he wasn't breaking his promise to Law but gave the Marines enough direction to work with in order to eventually figure it out themselves.
The problem is that he DID! He received the report from smoker and the journal talking about Doflamingo resignation was deliver in the entire New World or even World, but he still a Shichibukai. And the Akainu even sent Fujitora to deal with Law and Strawhat.
Now the question is how could Doflamingo achieve all that? I bet that have something to do with DD Past, as said by Vergo.
We don't know yet about Smoker told Akainu about DD = Joker or not. And Akainu sent Fujitora to "check the situation" if I'm not wrong, but of course "check the situation" can be different in what he actually told Fujitora to do. I'm thinking Doflamingo truly does have a puppet puppet fruit, which not only allows him to cut/slice things with (puppet) wire and take control of things like they are puppets/toys, but, allows him to actually turn people into puppet/toys as well.

Apparently one of the dwarfs has a DF ability to stitch things, the Nui Nui no mi. Didn't realize that. He calls it a magic spell tho, and since they're dwarfs, I thought magic was just a thing that they could do. Guess not…:/

Is POSSIBLE, but Joker is one of the major Brokers in the New World. He have business with at least 2 emperors and a lot of other powerful people in the New World. Why would they let a big fish out to catch other small fishes? They can be using the strategy of saying OK to Dofla, but later betray him and so they catch all the fishes. But Shouldn't Dofla be smart enough to know that he his more important than Law and Luffy so a clean exchange will not be possible?

Doflamingo is the head of CP0 in deep cover as the shadow broker in order to control the black market and to sell off the ultimately somehow fatally flawed artificial devil fruits (they rely on SAD, of course nothing Ceasar does actually works as intended) to Kaido (and others) in order to lull him into a false sense of security and strength, which further entices him into a brazen war with the Marines while heavily relying on that fatally flawed army of Zoans.

The thing is Donflamingo isn't causing as much trouble as Luffy and Law. If you look at real life the US gov't and many others cooporate with major drug dealers (on the low)… they need someone on their side from the criminal underworld and also it generates profits (and maintains a balance). Whether the WG know about the deal between DD and Kaido, I don't know, but in general Luffy is a bigger threat to them and the war proved it. He's a D. connected to a powerful family who has a strong chance of finding One Piece.
The WG might be playing DD, but I'm sure he's smart enough to anticipate that and form a plan. But think of how difficult it would be to try and catch Luffy, Law and DD (with their crews). It'd be easier to catch Law and Luffy, with DD's help, and then maybe deal with him another time.
Oh and you were right they did publish the paper in Dressrosa, I forget things.

I knew this was all going way too smoothly. Law really underestimated Joker. He probably has a contingency plan. He can teleport with his "room", provided that he actually prepared. This could get hairy.

This was one of the best chapter I read this WHOLE year. I love the gnomes, I love that Oda creates these funny looking toys that have an actual story and that it's a serious one. I love how everything comes together, how every single piece of the puzzle Oda created is a perfect fit.
This guy is so good at storytelling that it's just scary. It was a GREAT chapter and I don't mind the break at all - Oda can take as many breaks as he wants, as often as he wants, if this is the quality content he creates!

I loved this chapter, first of all because we actually focus a bit on Robin, who, in my opinion, hadn't had as many "highlights" as the rest of the Mugiwara team since the timeskip, and I was really starting to worry about it. It was great to see her faces and her reactions. Also, I can't describe how much I want to see captain Ussop with the dwarves :)
Nice love? history between the gladiator and the toy, many surprises to come, and it seems many mugiwaras will reunite, while Luffy is still fighting at the Corrida coliseum.
Plus, I really loved the interaction between Zoro and the "fairy" and I loved even more that Sanji gives Law the news, he is a genius, although it's too late for Law i'm afraid.
My theory is that Doflamingo has alerted the Marines himself, with his Shichibukai status, telling them he will help them to catch the Mugiwara crew plus Law who is his ally. Also, the dwarves will obviously be a great help in the incoming battle 
So DD made a bargain with the WG, Law and Luffy plus as many pirates and criminals they can arrest from the tournament, in exchange for a free pass, and maybe he even gets to keep Ceasar, and he can get a fake resignation posted on the newspaper to put his plan in motion… Which would mean that the tournament is just to wear out the pirates and criminals competing, and make it easier for the marines to arrest them, they could even already be arresting the injured ones behind the scenes...

While rereading this Chapter:
What when this "We can be together!" from Rebecca to the Toy Soldier dont have anything to do with Couple-Stuff. I could imagine that this "together" could have something to do with the Dwarfes and Human thing. Dwarves dont want to be seen by Humans. And I think now that it is pretty obvious that DoFla got a Pupeteer-Fruit because of his Strings and the Toys living in his Country. But maybe the Toys arent Human, which are transformed by him to Toys. Maybe these Toys are the Dwarfes. When Rebecca (In her Imagine) gets the Fruit and take down DoFla, the Toys will be transformed back. Maybe some Dwarfes want to life side by side with Humans and find a deal with Dofla to do so, while they got transformed by him into Toys. So the Toysoldier on Frankys back would be a Dwarfwarrior.. A I think to much lol The Dwarfes have some huge Power, we could see it. DoFla use it somehow to his advantages and Wicca said already that their is a Secret between them and DoFla. I just cant wait for the next Chapters.

I disagree with you there. An admiral is still beyond Law and Luffy, and seemingly Doflamingo as well.
Doflamingo BADLY NEEDED to take care of Smoker. If he had any hope of beating Aokiji, he would have went for it. His whole 'i've no interest in this fight' play was a hugely transparent farce.
And, uh, sorry but LOL at the idea that Fujitora being blind in any sort of factor at all. I mean - among many, many other issues - you do know he's based off of a blind movie character that was by far the ultimate badass, yes?

What a superb chapter.
First of all, I´m happy that Robin got so many pages this time, watching her is delightful. The body inspection part made me smile, so did "gimme weapon or we´ll strip ya". These little guys are fast, strong and gullible. Very likeable. Good job Oda, as always.
Then we get a Toy & human lovestory in the middle of the well prepared Doflamingo trap. If a person puts a gun to your head, there´s more than one option. So basically Dofla faked the newspaper story. That´s why noone on the island is worried. Judging by the Sakazuki meeting, Dofla is not working with the marines on this although it would have made sense (Dofla contacting the government to cooperate in a feint to take down Law and SH).
I´m looking forward to reading how the story unfolds, but so far it goes according to Dofla´s plan (even the Luffy tournament thing) not Law´s one, that was so seemingly carefully planned but is falling apart. Hmm, seeing as the toy soldier talked about the factory and goes to the flower fields with Franky, it´s safe to assume the factory is there.
Good luck Law, even with your brokeness, you´re going to need it alone in front of Dofla and Fujitora, with Robin and Usopp not covering his back. I guess Law will have to be saved in this arc, just like people have predicted.
