That's how it worked. damage was said to be reflected back, but if you just touched something the damage would be negligible or nonexistent.

Anyways, fuck Pucci man. He had the dopest ability ever. True to the tradition of JoJo final villains being unfairly uber, but he took it many, many steps further.
And his accomplishments just put every other villain to shame. . .
! The way he mercilessly killed everyone was heartbreaking, but being defeated by Emporio using Weather's stand in the most broken way possible was awesome.

! They wouldn't at that time but the idea was the same things that happened in stone ocean would happen to these new versions, and the cycle would repeat infinitley. The only thing that's different is that pucci already has his stand but according to him the universe will still find a way to get them all at that bay every time. It's shown when emporio tries to run down the hall instead of the stairs but ends up down the stairs anyway. Although the method was different the outcome was the same

[Bites the Dust] is first implanted into a person who knows Kira's identity.
In this case, Hayato.
If, anyone were to discover Kira's identity directly through Hayato (whether Hayato himself consciously does this is irrelevant), [Bites the Dust] activates and kills the person who uncovered it.
Then, time is reset (the amount of time reset is not specified but I assume it's to the start of the same day).
All events that have occurred before will occur again, and the person who discovered Kira's identity before will now die through natural causes.
When another person discovers Kira's identity through Hayato, the cycle repeats.
The only person aware of the multiple timelines is Hayato.
Not even Kira experiences the reset time (though since he understands his own abilities, he is able to deduce when a reset has happened).
If you're only up to Part IV then the number of arrows may be a bit spoilery:
Revealed in Part IV: 2 arrows (One was owned by Nijimura Keicho, taken away by RHCP, then sent to the Speedwagon Foundation. The other was used by Yoshihiro to awaken Bites the Dust.)
! Part III: Enya had an arrow.
Part V: Black Sabbath had an arrow (current whereabouts unknown), and so did Polnareff (later used to awaken Silver Chariot Requiem and Gold Experience Requiem)
Part VI: Jotaro gave Jolyne a locket that contained a shard of an arrow. We don't know where this came from.
If Jolyne's arrow shard is considered part of a separate arrow, then there are 6 arrows altogether.

It's kept ambiguous in the story, but supplementary material suggests that he isn't. Araki once said something along the lines of "Jojo is a human story. I wouldn't want to involve aliens in it." Of course, he might have just forgotten about Mikitaka at the time…

Stands can talk, indeed. They can either speak what their users want them to speak or, on rare ocassions, have a consciousness separate from their user. And I don't know what you mean by repeating. Maybe just a slight mistranslation?

Hm, it just struck me that Diavolo might very well be Araki's ugliest design to date. Definitely a runner-up anyway.

part 5 had a lot of ugly-ass designs. Like Fugo. suit full of holes, why the fuck. but Diavolo takes the cake for me. looks NOTHING like a mafia boss at all, and a big let-down when he gets revealed.
Diavolo would be a much better character if he looked like a completely normal mob boss in a fedora and pressed suit
