Akainu is in charge of the Marines, who make up the majority of the World Government's fighting force, barring all the kingdoms that exist inside of it (many of whom will probably avoid war, or end up on the other side of things).

And Blackbeard feels more like a rival to Luffy than a villain at the moment. Like… a really bastardly rival, but still. Luffy has some hate for him, but it's one-sided. Blackbeard always sees Luffy and is all, "Hey buddy! How's it been? Check it out, we got the same goal and except for getting your brother killed, we're both doing pretty good, huh? Prison breaks rule! Nice haki so far! Maybe I'll kill ya later, haha!"

But I don't think Blackbeard will kill Shanks. Unless he has another Fruit he's looking for (everyone expects a Zoan) I don't see why he's been waiting to take on the other Yonko. Blackbeard's objective has always been One Piece. He just has a loose outline on how to get there, and part of that was comboing Darkness and Quake Fruits.

You have to remember that Akainu is the face of the marines now, so he setting out to sea just fight the SHs is not going to happen, Luffy will most likely fight Akainu at the war, is certainly that the SHs are going to fight the BB parites first because they can bump into each other any time now but that will never apply to Akainu since he doesn't move from HQ

But Shanks is definitely going to pick a fight with Blackbeard. The way I see it Blackbeard won't personally set out to kill Shanks but he is going to do something that will make Shanks move to oppose him(for example Blackbeard will kill one of Shanks' allies or crewmembers in his gotta catch em all quest) and since we know how personally Shanks takes that kind of thing well that's what I think will happen

Crocodile needs to keep touching/holding an object as it slowly sucks out all the moisture, same with this one- he needs keep holding or making contact with that object as the object slowly disappears(which means anyone has plenty of time/chances to counterattack)..

Yeah please direct me to the right thread but till then let me clear things- The character isn't overpowered compared to Kuzan, Kuzan can freeze the sea, he can turn you to ice just by touching you then proceeds to smash you easily, he can use soru, he probably has 2 types of haki, he can creat a giant bird and crush you with it, if call my character overpowered then Kuzan should be considered as overpower himself.. Luffy was 17 when he defeated 2 shichibukia and got a bounty of 300-400million, Luffy was 7, Ace & Sabo 10 but they were beating up grown ups and even beat a pirate crew.. I considered all this before I made that character ..

I believe he understands, just is laughing at the stupidity due to the sea being the generic weakness of all devil fruits, with one exception being Kuzan so far.

Your idea may work if he does what Kuzan did on the island Tonjit was on. But If he was to be thrown into the water or fall into water and still be able to "end" the sea it would just put a massive plot hole into the idea of the sea being the generic weakness.

So what's the deal with Urouge? He's one the Supernova I'm most interested in. Look at the following picture:

Yeah, I'm sure most of you already know this. So why does he look Skypiean as a child and Birkan as an adult? Did Oda make a mistake? No, this is Oda we're talking about. He may make some small mistakes, but not ones like this. The wings I could understand, but Urouge even has Skypiean clothes and hairstyle. So why?

Then there's also this thing:

Before the timeskip he was trying to land on Raijin island. A Birkan trying to land on an island that's bombarded by lightning? It immediately makes me think of Enel. Does Urouge have some sort of connection with him?

Well Eneru destroyed Bilkan Island, which is why there are no more Jet Dials, iirc. So the sight of an island being struck repeatedly by lightning would be shocking to him if that were his island of origin.

It's possible that the wings of the Moon-folk aren't actually limbs with bone structure, and so they can be groomed like hair into different styles, which might explain why he looks like a Skypiean as a child and the Bilkan as an adult.* Eneru's Bilkan forces basically took over Sky Island, so him adopting some of their behavior wouldn't be too unusual. Plus he was confirmed as a Devil Fruit User (well, in a stat book), so his bodily rearrangement powers might be why his wing shape changed (if they do have bones, muscle, veins, etc. in them)

I don't think the wings are like hair. Maybe you can change their shape for a while, but they'll go back to normal soon. Since all Skypieans have the same wings and all Birkans have the same wings. That Devil Fruit thing…unlikely. Seems he just has some kind of karma fruit.

Enel I think just ripped off his wings. He thought he was a god and that he should be special. Then he inserted that drum thing in their place (Oda should draw him as a child so we can get that cleared up). Don't know about Gan Fall, though.

Actually, I came up with a theory just now. Urouge was fascinated with "vearth". You can see in the picture he's holding a rock. But the only place in the sky where you can find it is the Upper Yard. So he used to diguise himself as a Skypiean to get there (his wings in the pic look kinda like they've been bent up). Eventually he came down to the Blue Sea and not long after that (maybe even as he was leaving), Enel destroyed Birkan island.

Hopefully we'll get an Urouge/Enel flashback in the future.

The Jet Dial blows out air that can be used to propel people or objects. Gedatsu uses them in his shoes; it's how he doesn't sink in his own swamp (although he did go under when he landed in face-first and tried to use them to get out XD).

And yeah, they went extinct and were replaced with Breath Dials.

On Skypeia Ganfor talked about Enel defeating another strong Kami and then destroying his island. Seems likely this is connected to Urouge, probably how he became a pirate. I have no guesses how he's going to come into contact with the SH but think he's going to be happy with Luffy for beating Enel and may provide some important info on the history between the moon people and the surface world.

But yea, Urouge's wings are definitely weird, and Urouge wasn't smiling when looking at the lightings it probably reminded him the destruction of Bilca by Enel. We are talking about the guy that smiles infront of an admiral after all.
