How can you say they're stripped mountains for sure, when, you can only see the top? You can't see half of the structure, and, circus tents have similar 'tops' as these "stripped mountains". Heck… It sounds more and more like a circus tent considering what was said this chapter about Kaido(u), despite it being...well, not much to begin with; Kaidou is the "King of Beasts" "of the 100 Beasts" etc. etc. He's like a Beastmaster/Ringmaster of a Circus.

I like the circus tent theory. It's just subtle enough ("Pfft those are just striped mountains") to be something Oda would do. But with the info from this chapter, it fits.
You should ask yourself why would someone build MOUNTAINS when the guy is King of Hundred Beasts (also I quoted CCC just to point it).

No Shanks did not give the fruit to Luffy.
Shanks crew got the fruit from en enemy ship and was going to sell it …untill Luffy grabbed it when they weren't looking and ate it. Shanks was upset that Luffy ate it ...not because his crew wouldn't be able to sell it but because Luffy would never be able to swim. Shankd put more value on the ability to swimt han any possible advantage of the df.
However, Shanks is not against someone with a DF being on his crew. He did ask Marco to join his crew when he went to meet Whitebeard.

Same exact words used for the hundred beasts, making it likely that Kaidou's title comes from the reference to a lion.

So? It could be redone better, because, it being done perfectly wasn't really the case in my opinion. And…like...there's more than a single circus in 'the real world'.
Buggy's circus is like one of those ghetto ones you find in the backwaters of Russia or Mongolia. Kaido(o) could be like Cirque du Soleil. (Though... I guess Cirque du Soleil being an actual circus is debatable).

Sometimes when you see something going wrong in front of you, you try to rationalize everything so that it isn't so jarring–like, "oh, that guy is just drunk, that's why" or "must have been a long day at work". Mangapanda loves to give you panels where that isn't possible. It's like watching a dude wipe his ass with the hand that has no toilet paper in it.

I'm not saying for sure that it is a circus tent, but, it isn't impossible by any means.

I read the raws so I don't really get up in the air about it, but they don't get a pass for being fast. It looks like Mike D'Antoni coaches them through their translation jobs, and while I'm sure everyone appreciates a quick release, it's still more often than not a shitshow.
As for the chapter itself, I was really pleased. I find Oda is at his best when showing the charm in simple things, like Kinemon and Momonosuke devouring their food as if its the most precious thing to them. Reminded me of crew member flashback chapters and bits of Z.
I am really hoping for Robot-Zoans, cause normal Zoan-fighters would totally be a copy of the CP9.
The same goes for that idea with the "circus"-tent. We already have the "BigTop".
Commander Gaburu, sounds interesting. They are mistaking Caribou for him.
That striped mountain could be anything. Maybe we'll find out in the next cover chapters…

Of course I have seen those, but the mountain looks far too jagged to be a tent. Plus, when X Drake first landed on the island, they were constructing the mountain out of planks and/or metal bars and it looked nothing like the framework for a tent. Not to mention that most of the mountain's painted texture was already in place at the time, so unless it's some silkworm or spider made cloth, it probably isn't a tent.
Now that we know that Kaido is the guy with hundreds of goons Moria's zombie army revenge plan makes a whole lot more sense

And incomprehensible crying talk almost always retains the same vowels, usually only changing the consonant sounds...

I don't understand why some people call shinokuni a failure. In my opinion, it's still a terrific weapon even if there is a way to survive.
While it's not the most lethal poison, it's still able to paralyze every people in a very large area.
In a war, I can't see the side that have this weapon losing.
Law didn't break Kinemon–Brook dropped Kinemon and, like with Luffy when he was fighting Caeser, the poison ash just cracked and fell off.
I don't think it's that easy.
I believe Kinemon surrounded himself with a static field with his devil fruit ability and simply wasn't hit by the poison ash. Like Mr. 3 did back then in the crocodile cage in Alabasta.
I always enjoy these end of the arc party chapters, they are always fun.
And looks like its kaido who is the emperor with the smile army. Maybe caribo plays a big part in it by telling Kaido that shirahoshi is poseidon. Getting very excited for the new arc.

Didn't like how the lethal gas was just a hardened coat to anyone it hit. I guess it is lethal because it can take out a whole island, and if someone used it right they could just destroy the "statues" easily. Seems like it took Brooke to crack Kinemon for him to be able to come back. But how did he breathe? I really don't like how sometimes things go unexplained in OP, especially when it was a major part of the arc. Oh yeah and then all of a sudden Momo randomly turns back to normal… what a great coincidence in line with Kinemon's return. Oda threw a little hint of the two of them maybe having a dark past (is there a formiddable ruler of Wano? That's my guess).
I liked Nami and Usopp's talk.
Party time always fun to see and reminds us of the kind of pirate Luffy is... or how pirates should be, free. That's why Law said "I wonder who is using who", because Luffy is doing his own thing and Law is helping him with it because of his own goal. So the Yonkou is Kaidou, the one I've been most interested in, especially since he attacked Whitebeard on his way to the war. Luffy apparently says "as long as it's not Shanks first", and for him to say he wants to wipe them all out just shows his ambition to be Pirate King. Law thinks of taking one Yonkou down, Luffy thinks of nothing but defeating the any famous/ strong pirate to become PK.
Why dont you kill characters Oda?
You should find a way to save kinemon but kill the rest..Really we need some deaths.
