I agree on this, hehe
I like the word goiter. I mean, I don't LIKE goiters but just the word feels kinda nice and rolls off the tongue.
On the other hand I hate SLICE. It just sounds like action itself to me and reminds me of papercuts or someone using a scalpel on flesh and ughghalsghk

No one's really going to be able to tell the difference between "nihl" and "uh".
