I think Tashigi is gonna go through an important character development.Smoker left her back to watch her subordinates but her subordinates sacrificed themselves to save her, then her superior betrayed and slaughtered rest of her subordinates.And she was helpless while all these were happening.She was in and out of the story since the early one piece, but at the moment she is underpowered to be much of an influance.So i think these incidents will trigger her to go through some hell of a training and become strong enough to have some effect on how things work out later on the story.She will never be one of the strongest (i wouldnt want her to be anyway), but she will be a bit more than a fodder at least.
I like her a lot so i would definitely love to see her go through some development.
Epic Sanji is back again.Tashigi should fall for him after that badass "I heard the sounds of a lady's tears falling" entrance. :wub:
Vergo was introduced as a strong VA, so Sanji wont be overpowering him but i dont think Sanji will be beaten.I would hate to see Sanji lose when he had a good chance to shine after so long.It's definitely gonna be a tough fight.I believe we will see an epic and even fight, then at some point their fight will be interrupted somehow and this duel will be left for another day.
Smoker will probably see whats going on on the screen and run back to fight Vergo.We will see how it works out in a few chapters.
Ceaser should have a few more tricks up his sleave but Luffy still will finish this rather quickly.
Chopper is probably going to where the children are and might meet Brownbeardbus.
I am still waiting for franky's "epic robo entrance" moment.I miss those shining eyes of chooper's.
I think dragon wont attack SHs but keep helping them.He was on sedatives so he couldnt fly or outrun the smoke and SH group saved him.He seemed friendly to them up till now. We know sedatives doesnt turn him into a harmless pet, he was aggresive against marines.So it is possible that he will be still friendly with SHs.If not, then he is up for some beating and taming.
I still hope to see it as their pet.

Yes, that is why I'm a little disappointed. I mean, getting punched by a monster like Vergo isn't that unexpected, but oh god, that cry for help.
I honestly can't imagine Oda making a male Captain ask for help like that. Which is saddening.
She is not begging for herself but for her subordinates.

I don't know why people think Sanji is going to beat Vergo. I think it's obvious he's going to lose. He'll put up a good fight no doubt, but do you really think Sanji is going to beat the guy who beat Law pretty easily and is Smoker's boss? Maybe if someone else helps him out, definitely not by himself.
Vergo is not Smoker's boss.They are same rank.Vergo is just in the G-5 for longer.
He defeated Law using his heart, that was not a fight in any way.
