So, no, she doesn't have a DF power. Just like characters can do exaggerated normally possible things (like swinging a sword can cause a wave of air, but in one piece, characters can send 'cuts' flying through the air, etc.), she can influence people more radically, especially if they're as simple as Luffy.

One thing for sure, they need the alliance to survive in the NW. Taking down one of yonkou is an entirely different thing though, since even among themselves the yonkou seem to have a stalemate.

I actually admire late adopters, cause when you're jumping into One piece, you've got a lot of catching up to do. That takes determination ;)
I appreciate the admiration. ;) I often times feel like people who have been fans, or at least bigger fans, a lot longer would look down on the ones who only in recent years became full-fledged fans. You know, because they may think that reading each chapter week by week rather than all in one shot makes them understand the chapters more, because they have more time to re-read, discuss, and ponder the things they had just read. It may in fact be true, I don't really know, but I guess I'm just saying that this is a comforting comment.

The fanbase on this particular website definitely doesn't look down on new people who jump in. Now sometimes join dates are criticized when a poster is bad, but that's kinda stopped recently. Reading the chapters week-to-week definitely expands your understanding and allows you to breath them in more, so I'd say it's true. But nah most communities don't look down on "new fledglings", some of the more elite will want to show them the ropes usually (similar to hazing rituals), but I'd say a very large majority of people are happy to have new people adding their unique opinion on the series.

If you read in the last few pages Aohige said that the spoiler provider is getting Jump on his way home from work. Since he lives in Japan (one hour behind my timezone) and assuming he has a normal 9-5 job, he should be finishing work around now, so soon my friend.
