@No:
it made him look demented and crazy, something leagues above Kubo's usual half closed eyelid and shit eating grin bullshit. And so of course he forgets the one interest design choice he's made in years, while somehow forgetting Opie only had one muscled arm and wasn't just a big bruiser.
I dunno, Opie's demented teeth reminded me of a Hollow for some reason…..
So we finally jump back to Ichigo vs. Opie (which, by this chapter, has seriously become drawn-out). Opie can't seem to keep up with Bankai Ichigo's speed, which is odd, because the last time his speed truly turned the tide was his battle with Byakuya in SS. He also can't steal Ichigo's Bankai.....now this puzzles me. Of course Ichigo would be immune, given he's the main character and has the one unusual Bankai (smaller attacking weapon), but what exactly is the technical reason?
Then Urahara recieves the call from Akon and finishes Opie, instructing Ichigo to head to SS.
…..You know, the thing that bothered me in this chapter was that Orihime and Chad were no were to be seen, and Urahara issued the command to only Ichigo, not "Kurosaki-san, go with your friends and jump into the Senkaimon."
Please Kubo, don't repeat yourself again. Make those two important this arc.
