Like the idea, but it still sounds too long. I edited clips of Enies Lobby and gutted the video, then readded dialogue and music.

My attempt isn't clean, but you can probably fix pointless fights that way. I'd really like to do a "One Piece Kai" sort of project, whittle One Piece down to ultraencapsulated arcs.

I would, but at my current residence I have horrible horrible internet connection.
I can't do torrents for the life of me, thats why I bumped the thread requesting for them to be upped some where else.

Condensed version od impel down is in progress. No need to condense anything before TB, because pacing was OK in those arcs(at least i think that way, but i didnt read manga, so i have no comparison)

I've never been able to fully understand how seeding works, but I have it downloaded and am leaving Bittorrent open to do it's thing for a while. Hopefully that helps some of you.

The way Utorrent works is as follows. You Download a file, once it hits 100% you leave it open, it automatically begins seeding, it will seed until you removed the file from your harddrive.

Just out of curiosity how did you make this, which video editor did you use?
Would you also happen to have the timings recorded or did you just do it straight off the video editor?
This is pretty nice but it's annoying to have to achieve Yibis's 720p version as well as this cut version, so it would be neat to have this a chapter file that could be muxed with Yibis's releases.

Maybe with future releases, it might be easier to do singular chapters.. I don't think many people would mind too much about having the length perfect and you could focus on getting the chapter represented perfectly as it was meant to be seen.

Hello- would it be possible for anyone to reupload to freakshare episodes 6, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15. Those links are dead and I am unable to download them. A torrent would be simpler, as it'd be possible to seed. I am quite impressed with the work you've put into this- well done. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi guys. I have a question for you(hope someone is still following this thread…)

So, as you know, im making condensed version of ID arc too. And I've been thinking about 'form' of episodes. So just tell me which option you prefer:

1 - classic 2 chapter ep, around 25 min (just like marineford)
2 - 12 min ep with only one chapter covered (someone mentioned it above, but i would prefer not, it could be troublesome with episodes that aren't covering whole 1 chapter byt less or more)
3 - THREE around 2 hour long episodes covering multiple chapters - first episode would cover everything form the start to ending of magellan vs luffy, around 11 chapters in around 2 hours. Second one would cover luffys recovery and end the moment, when ID badass team is assembled (iva/luffy/croco/jinbe) or one chapter after that (around 1 - 1.5 hour), and finale in around 2 hours

Those 2 hour eps are good for many reasons. First of all, they're shorter tham sum of corrensponding episodes. Around 5 mins. Its thanks to that I can edit cliffhangers and beginnigs of next episodes and make them into one scene. Besides with episode so long i can change order of some scenes(of course im paying attention to timeline, so no worries), so the transitions are better done in some places.
And you can get episode as soon as i finish it, with "classic 2 chaps" episodes you wont see it until im totally done with all of them.
But its all up to you/
