I took me a full minute to realize that was a shoe on the last page.
This manga needs more Skeletor.

@The:
The Qiunzis SS invasion was really just a diversion from their kidnapping of Ishida, and the goons that got into fights weren't the goons. Now Ichigo must infiltrate a barren wasteland with a solitary building, fight the proper goons, drag every named character along with him for one on ones, and get a truckload of inexplicable plot twists dumped in his face. Throws in Ishida flashback and TBTP 2 that have nothing to do with anything in there somewhere, and with Kubos newfound fondness of full-page spreads, that should be 5 years right there.
With Fritz new winged form It's a shame the anime ended, since I would have quite liked to hear and see Flight of the Quinzi Valkyries.
A race of Nazi monsterkillers clad in pristine white uniforms soar through the sky on papery wings and wage war on feudal japans Spirit Police using their Spirit Bows, shouting "WIE MUSSEN DIE TOTEN SAMURAIEN AUSRADIEREN SAURKRAUT STERN WURST GOTT SCHMETTERLING"!
… are we sure this isn't a gag series?
I'm pretty sure it isn't a gag manga.

Sounds about right.
Oh man, after reading Bleach, I only pray Ishida won't use the Gustapo-Captain's wing attack in the future. It looked ridiculous on Aizen, and now it looks more ridiculous here. And the shoe at the end…..like I said, it's probably the Vandereich members officially stepping in SS to invade.
To me this arc is moving too fast.
How is bleach supposed to end in 5~ years at this pace?
i think he said 10 not five years also the soul society fights will still be going on till next year then a training arc then they go save Ishida then back to soul society because Aizen got out then kings realm then back to soul society/human world should be more than 10 years for kubo lol.
http://www.mangareader.net/bleach/490/8 It's not a "complex" name Ichigo you stupid sack of shit, it's a word from a language that isn't japanese.
Acknowledge it.
Dude, it's the first drivable angel! Finally!

I worked as a translator of german and I have no idea what the fuck that's supposed to be.
Kubo is just so adorable. Dondonchakka was saved off screen and even without showing his face. This is light speed by Kubo standard measure. And that's also the goal of this trip to Hueco Mundo already accomplished.
Wait wait, that was him on the page when Urahara was talking to Pesche? The hell?
According to Fritz and contradictory to every fight he participated in, Ishida ia apparently very strong.
…He is some hidden jugendquinzi prinz. Is that it?

Probably, intended to be "Last Stand" or close to it. But then engrish happened. No, not engrish but… how do you call deutsch influenced by japanese?
This Bleach chapter made me remember Devil May Cry 4.

He's so strong he tactfully phased himself out of existence during Ichigo's fight with Ginjo in order to not make the fight anticlimactic.

I also speak german and I have no idea what they mean with this (and the mangastream version translated the same sh*t). Well Bleach is a special case. I remember the time when it was good (soul society saga) now it's a piece of crap and trolls.
What are the kanji behind the word in question? I'll be able to tell you what Kubo's trying to say.
Okay, there's a lot of German in this chapter. I'll try to make out stuff.
Heilig Pfeil is holy arrow. Grammatically it's supposed to be heiliges Pfeil.
letzt stil should be grammatically letzter Stil, which means "final style".
"Stern Ritters" is actually correct, it means Star Knights. "Vollständig" means "Complete", that is also correct.

Just two little corrections. It's "heiliger Pfeil" and "Sternritter". Otherwise your translation is perfectly fine.
You know, what's the point of the wings if he already can fight in the air.

Oh, thank you. At the very least you can say that the German isn't complete gibberish. I've seen worse.
You know, what's the point of the wings if he already can fight in the air.
So Kubo can draw panels 20 % bigger because of his wingspan, thus having to draw even less per page.

I eventualy thought Kubo just fucked up the word stille, as in silence, given how pretentiously he names stuff, it wouldn't have surprised me.
Does anyone know if Kubo can actually speak German/Spanish and other languages?

Depends. Does using Google translate count as being able to speak a language?
@!Volpe:

He is as good with German and Spanish as he is with Engrish.

Kubo doesn't need to know, only needs to research correctly, something he never does.
In all fairness, even Oda just slaps together words he thinks sound cool, grammar is secondary.
I'm waiting for Kubo to state that german is an "evil sounding language" though.

The only reason Mayuri led the Quinzi purge was because he feared the coming of the Bespectacled One
The Demon of Sewing
I enjoyed the Naruto chapter much more than I thought I would by the spoilers… Though I don't understand how Kabuto was able to return to the village.
lol
"Ishida? Might you be referring to Ishida Uryuu?"
"So you even know a lot about Ishida."
Yep, he knows his name, he clearly knows everything.
Kind of cool that the quincys have angel like bankais, and looks like Kabuto put Orochimaru's bodily fluids inside himself…creepy

Is there any mangaka out there that actually bothers researching about foreign grammar when using foreign language?
So, is this new quincy bankai supposed to be that thing that Uryu did a while back? The thing that made him stronger then a captain but took his power? If so…that might be a nice use of an old plot device. I feel like I must be forgetting something that makes this really stupid, but it gives a great excuse as to why the quincy have the power to overtake Soul Society.

…Araki ?
So, let me get this straight. After Root tries to kill Kabuto because he knows too much and making him an objective important enough to send Orochimaru after him he simply changes his name and infiltrates again in the Leaf village, same face and all, without anyone noticing?
This manga keeps getting better with every damn chapter, I swear.
I laughed when I saw the foot at the end of the bleach chapter.

Kubo's famous shoe cliffhanger.

I thought I was interpreting that dripping wrong since they showed the snake/dragon, but I still get that feeling. That's… Kishi for you.
Anyway, Bleach wasn't too bad. Minus the odd art of the transformation, I do like the way Kubo draws Fritz face. To me he actually looks a tad German, and like a stern kind of dude. Aside from that, lol about Ishida, Doddonchakka rescued off panel, and the foot (which I thought was a Hindenburg reference till coming here.)
As for Naruto... Kabuto's past is just... wow. How did that picture thing make sense? Seriously? In a manga where eye magic explains basically everything, he goes with a slightly changed nose in a picture angle? Haha. Kishi, mangaka of the sages.
lol so Kabuto really did suffer from identity theft. amusing.
Who are the remaining "5 Special War Potentials" Kirge spoke about? We know Ichigo is one of them.
Likely candidates:
Ishida
Isshin (Ichigo's dad)
Ryuuken (Ishida's dad)
Urahara
Yamamoto
Unohana
Chad
Orihime
Yachiru
Grimmjow
Neliel
… Aizen?
Sorry for trying to start a serious discussion in this thread. I'm so ashamed of myself.
You forgot Perona
Naruto: I'm so confused. The time lines and identity plots seem really wonky and super flimsy. The last several Naruto chapters have been extremely boring.
Bleach: I'm actually enjoying this series again. I think that's mostly due to there being Ishida plot stuff, he's such a know-it-all fussy person, but I can't help but like him. He's been my favorite for like, ever. I also liked that they had a legitimate ranged character in a series full of people using swords as a means to launch energy attacks…I do kinda hope that his release is a slightly more extreme version than what we saw during his fight with Mayuri in SS. It's kinda interesting that Kubo is even actually using him as someone that's known, and is supposed to be strong. Was Ishida only half trying? Will Kubo use the ever useful, "Oh he has something blocking his full powa", "He forgot his mission" (Goku Style) or "He's actually been faking it, he's the final boss" plot device lmao.
But damn Kubo seems to really be rushing. Don saved off screen with Uruhara? Was Chad in this chapter? Seriously why did he even go with them? I get that you take Orihime, cause you never go on a mission without a dedicated healer. But geeze.
And u forgot Shishigawara
Edit: damnit got cut off by cyclone
So bleach has become more interesting then naruto. The times they are a' changin'
Seriously though there's a whole war going on and kishi decides to dedicate whole chapters to kabuto. KABUTO.
I enjoyed the Naruto chapter much more than I thought I would by the spoilers… Though I don't understand how Kabuto was able to return to the village.
Maybe he returned and they just pretended to never try to kill him, because their plan failed. xD Like, "OK, Orochimaru didn't kill him, so we'll act like nothing happened, so we can continue using him until the best opportunity to kill him."
lol
"Ishida? Might you be referring to Ishida Uryuu?"
"So you even know a lot about Ishida."Yep, he knows his name, he clearly knows everything.
That made me laugh, too xD Typical Kubo conversation, really.

Hate to defend that, but he left when he was like 8 years old. People can change a lot from then and through puberty. The Konoha ninjas had been sending her pictures of someone else for years, so that image was burned into her mind as Kabuto.
Who are the remaining "5 Special War Potentials" Kirge spoke about?
Huh ?
16 characters of Noriaki-Kun

Oh, sorry. Kirge didn't mention the "5" part. That was just an unknown voice.

Yeah that sounded too well planned and foreshadow-y for Kubo.

Yeah, I can understand that, but still… it seems a bit odd. I just genuinely don't understand why he does something normal now when he's used ShariRinneGans at every other point. Not to mention they're original powers might actually make sense here.
Even worse... he showed us the pictures, and the only difference seems to be the nose. Probably just aesthetic purposes, but meh.
What if Izanami "decides fate" and changes Kabuto's past into a lovely happy one
This marks the eleventh consecutive week of me not being able to even tell what the hell's going on in Naruto.
