After the cp9 saga we know that the luffy bounty was 300,000,000 of berry.

I suppose that after he kick the tenryuubito's ass, the WG and the marine had to increase his bounty.

That bounty must be more increased after impel down infiltration/evasion and the marine ford battle.
Anyway luffy is the powerless of the ppl in that battle. But he is also dragon son. and the WG could not ignore that question no more.
So i suppose his bounty will be doubled. Maybe his new bounty will be
600,000,000

BTW the total sum of the SHs' bounties has already surpassed the 700mio-mark!

The most sensible options to me aren't even on this thing, lol. I know a lot of people think it'll wind up in the 500 range, but 1 billion makes the most sense to me (followed by 900 mil).

Why didn't you just put ranges, anyway?

I don't think they will have time dealing with giving out bounties. I would even think that there won't be much left of the marines after this ark.

They'll probably be licking their wounds. I mean, even the confrence room where they give out bounties has been gura guraed pretty well…
I wouldn't be suprised if the 'Era' really changes dramatically in terms of power balance and the 'two great powers' which are controlled by the WG will get dissolved or at least reorganised.
Losing at least three shichibukai and all of Marine HQ will be a major set back for WG

so my guess is, it will stay the same or will be phased out completly.

Hmm…I've been thinking about this since the beginning of the war. Considering how they've treated Luffy's bounties so far, I wouldn't be surprised at a huge jump.

They haven't upped his bounty since EL. Since then, he's beaten Moria, hit a tenryuubito and made a general mess on SA, got into ID, wreaked havoc, and then got back out with 200 some odd prisoners (including 2 shichibukai and 2 of the revolutionary army) and was involved in the war.

If we assume the WG will go by the same previous numbers for beating Croc, beating Moria at least merits another 70 mil.

Since just touching a tenryuubito is such a big deal, Luffy's gotta get at least a good 200 mil for that punch.

Considering how much they threw on after EL, I expect Luffy infiltrating ID to at least be worth double that, probably a good 400 mil.

They makes it at least almost 1 billion and that's not even counting his involvement in the war.

Course, I doubt that will seriously happen. BB might get a billion though.

Let's see… Since Enies Lobby, he has done the following:

-Defeated the Warlord, Moria (covered up by World Government)
-Punched a Celestial Dragon
-Infiltrated Impel Down
-Set many prisoners in ID free
-Fought, defeated and lost some battles in Impel Down with some higher-ups
-Successfully broke out of Impel Down after being captured (was also responsible for the rest of the prisoners breaking out too)
-Participated in the war at Marineford
-Freed Ace

He's going to get a HUGE increase, but it'd be weird if it was higher than anyone else's bounty that we've ever seen... I guess it just depends on what the WG would want to cover up, like the events at Thriller Bark.

For the world to know that the place that was supposed to be impossible to get in or out of was broken into by one pirate, who also led a mass breakout, is a huge disgrace.

Catching Luffy is the equivalent of catching Ace, which means you just get a title if your a pirate such as Shickubaki or if you are a marine a huge promotion, or if your a bounty hunter a boatload of cash. I honestly don't think their is going to be another bounty increase for Luffy just "Wanted: Dead or Alive", which is what the top tier pirates such as Shanks, Kidou, Marco, Jozu, etc. have

I don't think they can keep that a secret since Everyone's seen the escapees led by Buggy, Emporio Ivankov, Inazuma and BB's new crew mates.

I think that each SH will see a bounty increase after the Sabaody incident, but only once they've reunited (now they're just seen as MIA because of Kuma). Luffy, though, has done the most damage to the WG since that incident, though. With the Impel Down incident under his belt and his blood relation to the world's biggest criminal made known, he'll be seeing a sharp increase in bounty. On the other hand, I doubt it will hit a billion yet, because that's quite a break from the supernovas. I could see his new bounty in the 600-700 million range.

My guess: Bounties will become obsolate as the WG crumbles. We probably won't see new bounties until after a little bit of restoration has happened (i.e. after the next Arc with all the Strawhats) - but even then, I can hardly imagine how WG intends to recover from basically being taken over by BB…

In all logic, Luffy should have the second higher bounty, because he is the pirate who made the most damages vs WG. If Oda fuck it, Luffy will have a high bounty, but not at the top, what will be illogical.

I used to think Luffy would have a cool 900 mill or possible 1 bill bounty, but after BB's magic show I think all the Straw hat's will have lower bounties than expected due to Blackbeard receiving a hefty bounty himself, and possibly seeing his crew members get an increase in their own bounties.

He didnt do much in the war? Because of him, Jinbei, croco, Iva, and lot of characters participed in this war. Because of Luffy, this war was a lot harder for the marines. Blackbeard get into Impel down a lot easier because of Luffy. Luffy's acts always had a strong impact, now more than ever.

I don't see any bounties being raised except for BB. All of Luffy's exploits can be attributed to outside help. I just don't see a bounty raise for luffy. If Luffy were to get a bounty raise it would outshine every other known bounty which would be rediculous. Plus it would make the SH seem like a one man show. A bounty of over 400,000,000 may be common in the NW but they(the SH) will most likely remaine in the Grand line for some time now.

Shyriuu has been liberated to have some Back up in Impel down because of Luffy's chaos.
Without Shyriuu, there is no antidote! No antidote for BB and his crew.

Anyway, I think Luffy's new bounty will be greater then 1.5 Billion (THATS RIGHT). All he did at Enies Lobby was defeat a Leopard and declared war on WB and his bounty tripled. Now, he did enough to merit a 5 times increase...

luffy was always so proud of his bounty and also the marine wouldn`t do something which would help the pirates..

They can just raise the bounty officially, because it is now public, that Luffy is Dragon's son. That alone could cover up the rest Luffy did.

-Having the ability to become comrades with any one (Mihawk stated that this is the most dangerous ability out there)

We think thats ridiculously high, but we have yet to see what shanks bounty was, what whitebeards bounty was, kaidous bounty, blackbeards bounty, blackbeards crews bounty, shanks crews bounty, new world peoples bounty.

Im guessing 1 billion will be more of a medium-high bounty, i could see a lot of shanks' crew having crazy high bounties.

Luffy may not have done so much in the actual war once they got there but his presence alone has affected the outcome somewhat. Now ever since Thriller Bark he has been upsetting things to warrant an increase. He basicly got 70 million increase after he beat a Warlord. Who is to say he couldn't get another 70 for Moria? Yes the WG is hiding the fact that another War Lord lost to the Straw Hat gang, but thats what they did the last time as well and he still got the increase. I would say hitting a Celestial Dragon(sp?) and getting away could be worth another 50 million in itself.

The destruction of Enies Lobby and the defeat of Rob Lucci earned him another 200 million. Impel down can be looked at as a very similar act but there are only 2 main differences in why I think that alone will not get Luffy another 200 mill. First of all Luffy and Co did not completely defeat all of Impel Down's forces, and second the actual establishment was left standing after they left. I think those 2 points could make the difference between another outrageous bounty increase and something more plausible where Luffy wouldn't shine too heavily over everyone else. Along with Buggy and Black Beard sharing much of the blame I could see that granting him another 100 million.

Where these numbers come from? Who knows!? I just can't see 600 mill over yet, maybe 450 or 500 max. Basicly I just don't see Each bounty piling up one over another. Who knows what Oda has in mind though.

As for the rest of the crew Usopp could very well be recognized as the guy who fell on a Celestial Dragon. Robin could be seen as a bigger threat if she is seen with the Revolutionaries. Sanji could also be seen as someone who has connections with the Revolutionary army, though that one is less likely if the country itself was left alone after they took Ivan away. Maybe everyone comes back and did somethign to upset the WG, that would an easy way to fix things.

Luffy's bounty won't go up too much. It's already pretty big. I'm guessing around 450,000 if there is an increase. One of the biggest factor why Luffy's increase won't go up as much is because Blackbeard has overshadow him. Blackbeard clean out Impel Down and now invaded the War and spit on everyone's faces.

I'm more interested what Blackbeard's bounty would be.

What was the point of bounties, anyway? I've never seen anyone even TRY to cash them in… smoker's after pirates for justice, not money. And Blackbeard... did he get money for Ace, or just the position? idk.

And we've never even SEEN any bounty hunters, except for Zoro.

I think Luffy won't get his bounty increase just yet. Maybe it'll be due to the government being unstable and too busy worrying about the world balance or whatever excuse Oda comes up with, but Luffy getting a higher bounty right after being fucked up so badly just doesn't fit at all. Obviously when the update comes it will factor in everything he did at Sabaody, Impel Down, Marineford and whatnot, but it'll be after he does something amazing at Fishman Island, WITH his crew. I'd say beating Doflamingo, even if it's a bit early for such a cool guy, simply because his bounty is a bit low and Luffy fighting an opponent with a lower number than himself would just ruin the hype (like it did at Davy Back Fight), so Fishman Island is the absolute last chance for him to fight Dofla as a proper underdog.
