I think that Zoro gave that scar to himself so he had to rely on his COO more than his sight, as it may have hindered him during his training. We've already seen that he's not beyond cutting his feet off in order to survive (and hence become stronger), so I think this is more than possible.

cnet posted his trans of 639-640. From what I remember, in 639 he didn't explicitly translate Hody admitting the Straw hats are too much for them, instead just called them troublesome and that they're the first priority to be defeated.
and in this chapter it seems that Fukaboshi was doing something (maybe with/for Neptune) before meeting with Luffy? Wasn't sure if he meant that or just wanting to help Luffy out in the pinch.

We didn't really have reasons for fights in other arcs either, like the CP9 members, most of them just ran into each other so they fought each other, same with most of Baroque Works, the priests.

I kinda wanted Franky to fight Daruma for a stupid reason too, I wanted him to hammer him to the floor since he is a little and all, so smashing that little shit would be fun to watch…matchups are matchups since Oda didn't really gave us an estimate of who is stronger between those pirates besides Hyouzou who the hell cares?
They are all weak and probably getting beaten the crap out of them in the next chapters just to use the drugs and still get owned like Hody.

Two possibilities for why Robin didn't move is either because she was a clone or because she knew someone would interfere i.e. Zoro. Brook saving Nami was an obvious gag joke and Zoro's was not. Beyond the fact that they saved the two women, I really don't see a parallel.

When Oda makes cultural references to Japan that aren't really stated in the chapter, or other things that may be obscure to some people, then he can go ahead and post that particular part from the wiki, in quotes, with the wiki cited. Otherwise, this is plagiarism.

Book uses a sword as his primary fighting style which makes him a swordsman(he truly becomes a musician out of battle), the wikia states that he is a swordsman. therefore your argument on that point is invalid.
hyouzou happend to be charging at Robin, seeing at how robin was not fazed by this one bit im pretty sure she was ready to defend herself and did'nt need help. Zoro just jumped in there with the intention to test his skills before the new world and not save her or anything. so whether she was ready to defend herself or not he did save her without the intention to, which makes it an accident. Brook asking nami to see her panties and ikaros was charging at her at the sametime, brook just got infront of her before her and took teh spear to the back without meaning to, or maybe even knowing.
