@Kareem:
Oh sorry, it's just they should take it's place now, since new chapters haven't been good, and it's the final battle.
And what, no love for Bakuman? Or have you not read that series, in which case I would recommend that you do, because it's pretty damn good on the whole. And Negima too, because once they get to about chapter 40 it starts to get good and it just keeps getting better and better, to the point that right now, new chapters almost always get me hyped.
Well ideally it SHOULD take Naruto's place now but I'm being somewhat realistic. In the power vacuum that'll ensue after Naruto ends, Gintama is probably the most likely contender to be alongside One Piece and Toriko as part of the big 3. Granted I haven't read any of Gintama yet but I plan to in the upcoming month and I've heard wonderful things abou it.
lol I'm posting in the Bakuman thread all the time. Almost as much as I attend the Toriko thread. You really haven't noticed me? I love Bakuman despite all of it's flaws but the big 3 tends to be more battle shonen. So by that logic I'd want Gintama or Beelzebub up there.
And I've yet to read Negima but I really don't have any plans to. It's a rather petty reason, but I find the premise is so dumb that I really don't want to get into it. I know that's a horrible reason. I admit it is. I seriously don't want anyone to start complaining about how I'm being unfair to it because I realize that already.
Now I have heard good things about Negima, in particular the art, but I really don't plan on reading it. Now before Thousand Lion Chan busts into the thread and starts demanding that everyone read Negima like he always does, I do want to say that I'm sure it actually is a good series and I likely am missing out on something good. I just have no real motivation to read it and probably never will.
