Went to an English olympiad, got a haircut, watched Faster and now I'm bored as hell. What else to do…
Post how your day was… (NEW)

Ok, then here it comes from somebody whithout a penis. Make a yourself a hot cup of tea, grab a nice movie, find yourself a nice place on the couch and most importantly calm the fuck down and don't threaten to burn off people's bodyparts. Cause that's some nasty PMS'ing.
Tea done
Movie done (I watch Scrubs, I guess that counts)
Nive place done
Calming down done
And my reaction to him was a joke .o.curls together

(There were strangers in my house. I didn't want to be seen.)
LOL trapped! You crack me up!
But I admit… I've been there too. -
Good girl!
I raise it with this and hope it it helps.no.. no don't ;; These things make me throw up ;;
Just try to make the best out of this day. It will hopefully be over by tomorrow.
nah, unfortunatly it will go on for the next 3-5days .o. ….
-
LOL trapped! You crack me up!
But I admit… I've been there too. What was your experience like? It felt was like I was all wrapped up with nowhere to go. I felt warm, surrounded, and strangely secure. It was unnerving yet comforting at the same time.
-
…
You tell me to calm down?
YOU'RE A FUCKIN GUY YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TELL ME ANYTHING YOU FOOL!
Because you have not the slightest clue! I hope someone burns your penis apart!Unfortanatly for you, my penis is UNBURNABLE!!!! Muahahahaha!!
Btw, I know that reaction of yours is a joke, I am just playing along.
-
Unfortanatly for you, my penis is UNBURNABLE!!!! Muahahahaha!!
Best. Quote. Ever. I'd sig it if I had any room left.
-
Wow, I just slept for 16 hours. It could've been even longer if it wasn't for the fact that I had to go to the bathroom. It would've been awful to wake up and realize that it's like 11pm. Especially since I've been looking forward to tonight all week.
-
i'm very happy, i had a very successful trip into town today.
i got a new computer mouse and some "skull candy" earphones. awesomeness.
especially because the mouse has two little buttons on it that serve as "back" and "forward" on my internet browser. i wasn't expecting that! :DI also bought One Piece 56, Bleach 33, and the final volume of DBZ (26).
@Nami:no.. no don't ;; These things make me throw up ;;
damn, hot water bottles make you throw up? they're supposed to be nice =[
i've never heard of someone getting sick due to a water bottle before o.O -
I feel sick if I drink too much water at a time.
-
I feel sick if I drink water at night.
EDIT:
AH I forgot! Well it's too late for me but I guess it's all right for most of you.
Happy Tell A Fairy Tale Day!
-
no.. no don't ;; These things make me throw up ;;
nah, unfortunatly it will go on for the next 3-5days .o. ….Arrgh that's shitty, can't even use one against the backpains then…Only advice I can think of is medicin (even though I think it's better to stand it out without some). And go get some distraction. Talk to some friends on the phone, go take a walk and get some fresh air. As hard as it is to get up at first, you might feel better afterwards.
What was your experience like? It felt was like I was all wrapped up with nowhere to go. I felt warm, surrounded, and strangely secure. It was unnerving yet comforting at the same time.
I mainly just start reliving my day in my mind until I get sleepy. You make it sound like a really comfy cocoon…Need to try it out again. LOL
Oh and tell us a fairy tale, trapped! Tell us one before it's too late and the day is over! I wanna hear a story about a princess far far away that disappeared in her cocoon to hide from evil strangers...! And only prince arlongpark can save her.
-
I just had the best night's rest ever. Not only did I get seven hours of sleep, but I dreamed. I mean, REALLY dreamed. The kind that leaves you refreshed i the morning.
Expect to see 'ChinaTown' in TC sometime in the distant future.
@trappedolphin:Happy Tell A Fairy Tale Day!
I MUST TELL A STORY BEFORE THE DAY IS OVER!! -
My cousin is coming home today….kinda sucks. I was enjoying not being bitched at 24/7.
-
@MDL:
damn, hot water bottles make you throw up? they're supposed to be nice =[
i've never heard of someone getting sick due to a water bottle before o.OYou heard of me now. My mother always used to give these bottles to me when I had stomach ache. Result was always the same, I throwed up and cried. >,> <,<…
after the third time she wasn't allowed to do that to me anymore.Best thing that helps me when I have abdominal pain: Someone or me putting the hand exactly there where the pain is. This feels awesome and takes the pain away a bit.
Arrgh that's shitty, can't even use one against the backpains then…Only advice I can think of is medicin (even though I think it's better to stand it out without some). And go get some distraction. Talk to some friends on the phone, go take a walk and get some fresh air. As hard as it is to get up at first, you might feel better afterwards.
yeah, that's what I always try. Sometimes it's harder, sometimes easier. And I don't have medicine here, tho. Or perhaps I have but I'm much too lazy to search :P
Napping helps, too. Only for the first half hour after you wake up again but whatever…
It's worse when the pain doesn't allow you to eat. You eat something and the pain just gets WORSE. ugh. Hate that. Especially when u have so much appetite.
-
My day has been below average, as of yet. Full of contradictions, as usual.
-
i decided to remove the shell i put on myself in this forum. it feels good.
-
Seeing the Yu-Gi-Oh movie with friends tomorrow.
Should be interesting.
-
Ugh. A huge depression wave is going to hit me soon.
I was able to prevent it for the last few weeks but I have a feeling I can't do that anymore.
I should probably just go to bed and hope for a better morning… -

I was able to prevent it for the last few weeks but I have a feeling I can't do that anymore.
I should probably just go to bed and hope for a better morning…If it helps, not only will it be temporary, but talking it out with someone can really help a lot.
That's my personal experience, but I think it should work for you too. -
Blegh. Kenny-boy was talking about Asian stereotypes in IRC and he mentioned math, so I decided to prove how terrible I am at it by taking 5 sets of the ACT prep test, 60 questions in total. My brain is tired; it feels like so long since I've used a calculator. It was almost interesting at first to see how much I could remember. I found myself saying "I don't remember this!" and then writing down the answer. I guess the 39024893 drills and practices in school helped after all. I hate hate hate trig, though. And I lost motivation after the third mistake XD Think I made about five or six mistakes in total? Dunno.
Anyway, I have no idea what to do today. I'm running out of things to legitimately distract myself with so that I won't have to tackle this horrendous module I'm taking.
-
I just realized that 'Tell a Fairy Tale Day' was just and Old Wive's Tale made up by small, non-important sites on Google.
How could you Trapped? How could you? -

Does it matter? ENJOY IT, CUDDLES!
Enjoy life.

There's a party right out my door and I'm not there.
Time to get drunk.
-
My nigga.
-
I promise I will never be aroused again.
-
As I was saying on IRC, I've decided to make strawberry jello cheesecake. I'm not going to post a picture because the result will probably be a far cry from it and I'm not going to humiliate myself unnecessarily. It's no-bake and the recipe doesn't seem too complex so I hope it won't be an utter disaster.
Anyway, I have almost all the ingredients now (I gave my mom everything on the list except strawberries XD) but the one thing I can't find is strawberry jello powder. I don't even know what gelatine is and I have that, but I can't find jello powder? sadface.

Okay I did it . I am now a man.

@ Trapped–I'm a little confused about what your question ultimately is--so I'll try to take it in parts.
Part 1--Gelatin is a substance used mostly in things like jams and jellies--it is the ingredient that makes it "jell." e.g. get all jiggly and more or less solid, not liquid any more. It's made from something in the center of animal bones--sorry if that is TMI--but is generally tasteless. Naturally it is very useful in things like cheesecakes and strawberry pies that have some "jelling" to do, as well.
Part 2--just in case you don't have this where you live (at least not commonly) Jell-o is a brand name for flavored gelatin desert here in the U.S.--it comes in powder form, you add first boiling hot water, then ice cold water, let it set a few hours, and you're done. Here's a pic of the package:
It's used in a lot of recipes in just the powder form, since it packs a real flavor whallop. I tried searching for a homemade gelatin recipe, since many people want one that is vegan, but no luck. Maybe, if it's not widely available, you can try a specialty store to buy some?
-
Ooh I see. I wasn't really asking anything but thanks for the information anyway! That's actually really interesting (even the part about the bones) We tried several supermarkets and bakeries but to no avail. Hopefully we'll find it somewhere soon. Thanks again

Ugh….my age was brought up last night, and that was enough for me to have a gigantic mood swing where I hit rock bottom and despair over the time I've wasted, how I feel retarded compared to people my age (and even younger than me) and how I'll never recover from how I've fucked myself over.
And one poor friend of mine kept trying to make me feel better, but all I could do in return was counteract his positive messages by spewing my own kind of Glossy Black at him.
Now that I think about, I never have anything 'happy' to talk about one-on-one with people.
And now my mind is wondering why they even bother in the first place, if I have nothing good to say.
Ain't depression grand? -
I had a dream that I bought a PS3 at work and was trying to keep an eye on it throughout my shift so nobody would steal it. Why I didn't just wait until after my shift to buy it, I don't know.
-
My day was okay but am still in a bad mood.
-
It seems lots of people here are down pretty often. Sometimes you just have to remember to love this world, it's the only one that provides cream puffs, Sogeking and mornings on beaches. :)

Ain't depression grand?Maybe your friend can see past it all and can enjoy your company, no matter how bad it may seem to you? I'm sure your friend doesn't mind.
I know if it were me, I wouldn't.

I didn't get much sleep Friday night because I had to get up early Saturday morning to visit two friends of mine. While I was there, plans suddenly changed as I got a call, telling me to get to a few other friends asap at 8pm that day. Emergency, sort of.
I had already seen that one coming, but I didn't expect it to happen so soon. Of course I didn't get to drive home that night and stayed over. But her bed was far too small for three people. It didn't help that I drank and ate too much shit. In short I had two horrible and short (= less than three hours of sleep) nights in a row.
I couldn't sleep for very long today either cause I had to go to the bank (and have to work soon).I feel like I'm on drugs now.
-
i have a bad cold and i am going to feel like absolute shit by the end of today.
i'm still on my trial run at work so i'm reluctant to take a day off, which means that i'm going to have to pray that i don't get a headache or weak legs or some shit while working.
-
How was my morning so far?
-Wake up EXACTLY on the time in which I generally run out the door to get to class, making me six minutes late in leaving my house.
-For some reason, encounter every assholic driver who decides to merge into your lane without looking or putting on a blinker.
-Have two firetrucks, one police car, and one ambulence (all in place for some unknown reason) block the traffic of a one lane road, even though this is a country road and there is a bountiful amount of grass to park on.
-Speed like a maniac, with the constant fear that a cop seeing me, being the last day of the month and all.
-Drive into parking garage, have car in front of you slam her brakes in front of the incoming speed bump. Said speed bump, one I cross over every day of the week, has blades on them to prevent speeding and incoming traffic from going into the wrong lane. Girl in front of me has a panic attack thinking she's going to destroy her tires. Takes three minutes for me to talk to her by peeking my head out my car window, for her to move on ahead. Of course, she was fine.
-Rush to class, where I come in expecting to see the grade to my test last week. Fear of grade…
-Teacher decides to prolong releasing the test grade, prolonging my inner torment of fear for said grade.Fun morning. I don't really want to steal Taboo's joke but....
MONDAY MONDAY MONDAY
EDIT: Got my test back. I got a high 'C'. Class average was 52. PHEW! I mean, a thousand pardons to those who bombed the test, but I'm just relieved right now. I'm glad this class is actually working for me. Though, I want to get something higher than a 'C'. Better pick up the pace.
EDIT2: Going over the exam with professor. TA messed up on grading one that I got wrong, when I was actually right. I got my points back. Still have a C, but I'm happy on that. Although, if I get points for one more question, I get a 'B'. cross fingers We're on the fifth question, and he's giving back points for questions that the grader was a little too harsh on. Unfortunately, I got #5 right without this benefit. #2 gave me some points. :) Luck be a lady tonight! -
I'm running on two hours of sleep.
Maybe that's why Insider's user title is making me bawl with laughter.
-

It doesn't matter if you like ham, Kitsune.
I had four hours of sleep myself. Plus, I have a midterm in about three and a half hours that I need to study for, even if it IS open book.
-
just watched the movie grave of the fireflies for the first time ever..
my god i am speechless. Best Movie Ever -
The joke here is that my brother won't stop blaring that song on his computer (our rooms are right next to each other) and I'm always looking for ways to ridicule it.
Capital H-A-M takes the cake, though.
-
GYPSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSY!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU!!! YOU FOUND THE SONG!! YEAAAAAAH!!!:wub:
I always knew you were the queen of music!! and yes, I totally did just un-lurk/interrupt my hiatus just to say this. God I'm practically in tears. Made my fucking day. Seriously.
-
Had a customer ask me this:
"Excuse me, do you work here?"
Well, let's analyze the situation. I'm wearing a shirt that says "BIG LOTS" on it. I'm wearing a nametag that says "BIG LOTS" on it. I'm currently stocking shelves at Big Lots. No, sir, I don't work here, I'm just a HUGE fan of the store.
-
He just tried to be polite. It's an opening phrase so your continous conversation will be more fluently.
-
Sonic_Youth's right, people ask me that all the time. It's up there in the top three along with "Could you please help me?" and just blurting out whatever it is they want.
-
Waiting to take an open book exam. Nervous as crap.
I have high expectations that he's going to either make the test have like 100 short answer questions, or take our usual three hour class time and give us only one hour for the test.
EDIT: Forty dozen seats available in class room. Guy sits right next to me, taking my elbow room up while I'm using my laptop.
Look, unless you want to do something with me after the test, buzz off. -
@Sonic:

Makes sense now that I think about it. One thing I need is more courtesy towards others.
Anyway, I have an idea for a cyberpunk/futuristic/anti-oppression story. Think Final Fantasy 13 with a few elements of Fallout 3 and No More Heroes. Might write the first chapter later tonight if I can get the computer for a while…

that reminds me of my story that has been stuck on the first chapter for 3 years… i hate my procrastination. so much.
-
@MDL: I know what you are feeling. I was writing two books, and because of my constant laziness, I only managed to finish the second book now.
My day?
My first day without anyone … was kind of weird.
