Shouldn't it be the other way around cuz the anime has voice acting, animation, musiq, etc. Why are there fillers in the anime but not the manga? I don't get that lol! I just got done purchasing the first 2 volumes of funimation's One Piece and one of the 3rd season 2nd voyage. So I have a total of 3 anime parts to the show. I gotta get way more to catch up lol! Haha, the horror! But I've said it before, all the stuff with kid Goku is infinitely better than the Z shit. Back then it was an imaginative and fun series.
The second half of TB, SA as a whole, and Drum. The rest were unremarkable. Especially EL… There was far too much recycling and padding.
Okay, I'm going to answer this NOT because I don't think the initial question was a little insipid, but I feel a lot of people go a little overboard or how the judge Naruto and Bleach. I mean people do have a right to their opinions but sometimes it seems whenever you ask an One Piece fan their opinion on Naruto you always get responses that polarizes its worse traits and diminishes its good ones.
To me, Naruto is a very good series. The manga art goes through an astonishing evolution from sophomoric sketchy cartoony designs to a more realistic and grounded style by the time the Shippuden time skip starts up. The problem with Naruto is that the writing sometimes undermines the characters and works against their development for the sake of pushing the story (Naruto's will to save Sasuke, Sakura in general). But it is still a decently paced manga, with a story that starts out about a boy ninja gradually finding acceptance among his peer and evolves into a morality tale about the nature of war in the ninja world in general. Another flaw is the manga operates in "peaks and valleys" type writing. When it's at it's peak I do feel Naruto is toe to toe with One Piece in epic execution (the end of the Valley of Mist, and Sasuke vs. Naruto are some good examples). But then the manga seems to lose steam and have some portions that are a little tedious to read. Still, it has not completely dropped the ball and always gets exciting again when necessary. The anime version has the positive of having a fairly high budget and several unique animation styles. Problem is that towards the end of the first series it had a ridiculous amount of filler that no other anime series had done before. The other issue is the second series suffers through really bad pacing issues that make One Piece's Skypiea, Enies Lobby, and Marineford look like walks in the park. It gets better as the series goes on but a lot of general fans of the show either get turned off by the "filler hell" or the slooow canon for the first Shippuden arc.
Bleach is a series that starts out with a unique premise (Not too original as it is eerily similar to another Shonen Jump series, Yu Yu Hakusho) and the story builds to a larger arc after the first few volumes. For most people, the second arc tends to have a love/hate reputation. On one hand it introduces a slew of epic plot points, and unique characters. OTOH, this is where the series falls into Shonen Jump syndrome and you have characters having fights with each other, each battle trying to outdo the one that came before it. Still the second arc has decent pacing and a shit tone of revelations that affect the series. The problems start when we hit the third arc, while it too, starts out with a unique premise it quickly descends into another "rescue arc" and unlike the second arc this one drag out for years. Ultimately killing any redeemable value the series once had. While the arc just recently finished in Japan, and we get a minor time skip the way the previous arc dragged out left me so detached from the characters that I barely prefer to read the manga on a regular basis.
Dragonball may have similar pacing issues like the above two but overall DB/DBZ is just a classic. It was the basis for why series like One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach exist and compared to all three of them its story is much shorter. But what makes Dragonball is the characters, and all of them have a charm that keeps me into the series. It's not about the storytelling, or the pacing, DB loves comes down simply to seeing the characters evolve, grow, and change throughout the course of the series.
Now the reason why One Piece is better than all of the above is it takes the best elements of the above three and puts them into a single series and never stops outdoing itself. It also balances out the large cast very well and knows when to focus and bring certain characters to the forefront. There isn't one character in One Piece that is just filter or underdeveloped, and the story never gets bogged down by the large cast.
So there you go, that's where I stand on everything.

Why the hell would your register for an online forum dedicated solely to a fictional series and then ask the other people who take their time to register and post here if they like the series (more or less)?
It's a matter of personal opinion really. No one can tell you weather or not it is good because we all have our different opinions. In the end you are going to have to find out on your own and deduce that for yourself. No number of reviews are always accurate. When I first encountered One Piece I always heard it was a crappy show, then I just watched it for myself and now I'm in love with it. No one can tell you what is a good show and what is a bad show. It's up to you.
Just below Dragonball manga-wise.

My favorite so far as animation goes is probably Ennies Lobby arc, and Manford arc. I'll have to inspect this further though now that I am thinking about it now.

As others have said, because it is the work of the original author, Eiichiro Oda. Yes, the anime has all that stuff and sometimes that actually can make scenes better (fight scenes especially). But Odas original work just has a kind of energy that the anime often lacks. It´s hard to explain if you havent read it yourself. Let´s just say, Oda does his work with a Don!

Bleach was incredibly boring when I tried watching it. I liked one episode and that was about a kid who got turned into a cockatoo. I can't say it's bad based on that but it certainly is boring.
Naruto was average when it started out. It's just embarrassing now. The terrible chapter 486 comes to mind. Kishimoto doesn't know what to do with this series. He's obviously not even sure who the main character is anymore or why he created all those other ones and made them have flashbacks.
Dragonball is awesome. Dragonball Z, not so much. It's not bad persay, just don't go into expecting much of a story. GT can go fuck itself though.
I also don't think there should be any hostility toward him to watch the show guys. He's got valuable time and wants to make sure he invests in it well. That being said, One Piece is definately worth the time. It's the best series of anything I've ever watched and read.

Well if we are talking about the manga, than Naruto is ok but the anime right now is crap. Bleach is getting more intresting in both manga and anime series, Dragon Ball Z I never really read sadly

In Japan, One Piece is given the credit it deserves for being obviously better than Naruto and Bleach.
The problem arises when you realize that:
1. Bleach and Naruto didn't get a terrible 4kids English Dub when it was broadcast over here. Funimation has One Piece now, and their dub is awesome, but the damage was done! I'd be happy to provide you with a list of things that was wrong with the 4kids dub. Since it's the one that was broadcast on T.V first it's going to be what the viewers think of most when they think of One Piece. Naruto and Bleach were dubbed faithfully and it kept in all the blood, story arcs, didn't change character's names, didn't replace cigarettes with lolipops, didn't replace guns with super soakers, etc.
2. A lot of people I know in America are stupid.
