No, I didn't, thanks for letting me know dude. If you seriously think what he said is going to show up in the manga, with no evidence to support it, you are just as dumb as he is.

where is your evidence that it wont happen baka?

He's got a point, it's completely impossible and he seems to be joking about it hence the smiley face, so it should go in the dumb predictions thread, just because were not Oda doesn't mean we can't know when something will definitely not happen
UGH !!!

I mean i dont like the idea either and it doesnt seem to serious but you never no. No one expected luffy to pull off an "idiot mode" when fighting enru

I'm sorry but the idea that anything can happen because your not the author is very very disliked in this fourms, it basically means there's no point in even discussing whether things can or can't happen basically bringing no meaning to the forums because we could never say that won't happen
basically it would just amount to people putting ridiculous ideas out there and no one could argue them because it is possible…. it just ruins the whole point of forums, if you have a theory you should have evidence that supports it or else people will argue it

oh right 4got the point of forums. Like if people said naruto will kill everyone because the author said so then there would be no way to disprove. yadada.
Well i think luffy will turn smart because he already creatred a way 2 become "dumber" and gear2/3 must have been perfected or near perfection and should remain his only offensive gears if anymore are to come. He also needs a more intelligent/defensive means of battling

I'm not arguing against you here, that argument is a remarkably silly one, but I don't think forums would be pointless. Surely you can discuss things other than predictions. We have interpretations, opinions, observations, there are all sorts of things people can discuss.
I mean i dont like the idea either and it doesnt seem to serious but you never no. No one expected luffy to pull off an "idiot mode" when fighting enru
No, it is a dumb idea and belongs in the dumb predictions thread, the person who stated that something like that could happen should take it to the appropriate thread.
In some cases, a lot of what people are calling "Theories" aren't theories at all, just bull shit guesses. A theory requires repeated observation and testing and uses facts, laws, predictions, and tested hypotheses that are widely accepted.
Good example of a theory "Theory of Bartholomew Kuma" http://apforums.net/showthread.php?t=29304
Bad example of a theory " Luffy will make rubber copies of himself"
Seriously some things people write makes me wonder if we read the same manga.
Prediction: FI will be deserted. And by deserted, I mean most of the inhabitants have already been sold into slavery. With Whitebeard's protection gone, 2 years of pirates pillaging the place, and Jinbei's defection, I would be surprised if history didn't repeat itself in this regard.
As for the arc itself, I can see Marijoa being the actual location where most time will be spent action-wise. I don't believe that Oda mapped FI directly below Marijoa coincidentally, and will thus play a major role in the story, which has already been heavily forshadowed as a slavery-based confrontation with the world nobles, and perhaps even the main profiter of the slavery, Don Flamingo. Though Don Flamingo has already kinda stated he doesn't care about slavery anymore, so Oda may be planning to use him later in the NW. I don't believe the SH will backtrack to Marijoa one day either, so this confrontation with the world nobles is more likely to occur now.
Something I'm not so sure on, and would like the community's thoughts on, is the allusion made by Cock-sama's sisters that she would never sail so close to Marijoa as she is currently. This leads me to believe that she (and her crew?) will be captured again, enslaved, and be one of the main driving forces for Luffy's actions during this arc. I predict the "top boss" will be Kizaru, as he is the admiral who Luffy could take on the easiest, along with other reasons, and this imaginary storyline requires at least one admiral to show up.
Furthermore, I believe Marijoa will be decimated by the time they leave, not due to the strength of Luffy's crew, but due to the saturation of powerful slaves currently residing up there. Roswa-something alluded to having a captain-collection. This coupled with the potential for a ton of fishmen, the Kuja, and the likely HUGE number of miscellaneous pirates/slaves, makes for a pretty gnarly force pissed at the nobles and indebted to Luffy (if he frees them).
Of course, none of this speculation includes how the SH's will actual GET to Marijoa, though. We know there is another path up, requiring the abondonment of one's ship. In order to conform with my idea, this imples that the Sunny would be left at FI…which would be convenient for the post-victory FI party, but inconvenient due to needing to find an alternate ship or path to get back to the surface and then to Marijoa (Kraken?). I don't think they will pass through FI first and attack Marijoa from "behind," due to the Marine HQ being on that side, needing to backtrack for the FI party, and potentially losing the coating.
Either way, as one may be able to tell, I am pretty excited for this arc.. Give me your thoughts.
I liked the beggining. But you lost me at "rescue Hanconck" and "Luffy beats an admiral" (which leads to think, what makes you think Kizaru is weaker than the other two?).
Sanjuan Wolf is a giant that ate the giant giant fruit making him the biggest giant in the world
This is a theory that does not have much backing, but hey is sounds fun any way.
I have been wondering about who might Robin's father be, and I believe he was a member of the revolutionary army. How far up and who is to speculative for me right now, but it gives the RA a better to want to help her besides being the only one able to deciper the the ancient text.
I think it was pretty clear that he died when Saul's ship attacked theirs and that Olivia was the only survivor of it.
Sanjuan Wolf is a giant that ate the giant giant fruit making him the biggest giant in the world
that must be a pretty unique DF since he can swim…
Rokushiki is a fighting form that partially utilizes the powers of the Color of Arnaments/Haki in general - but only for a brief moment. By training Rokushiki techniques, a person with a weaker will - but good endurance and power to sit through the training - can archieve a momentary burst of their powers which works like CoA/general Haki.
Shigan is focusing CoA into your fingers.
Tekkai is obv. focusing CoA on your body far a very short amount of time.
Kamie is a mixture of CoO and CoA focusing on the evadeing aspect of CoO while strenghtening your body with CoA.
Rankyaku is basically CoA focused on a single kick attack.
Soru is a enchanced jump due to CoA.
Geppou is kind of the same as Kamie.
Rokuougan is a concentrated burst of CoA Haki directed at a specific body part of the opponent, thus very effective.
What do you think?
Coby can use Soru even though he doesn't have CoA.
I think Rokushiki is just a fighting technique with no relation to Haki.

I said that Rokushiki is a way to utilize Haki only for a brief moment, so even users without Haki can archieve that if they train hard enough. Which is also related to your willpower I guess…but anyway, the thing is that Rokushiki isn't really well integrated in the power/ability concept of One Piece and I hope that Oda could fix that problem by explaining it like this.
Also, Coby does have Haki now. Only CoO atm, but maybe Marines use the Rokushiki training to "awake" higher ranked Marines?
Sanjuan Wolf is a giant that ate the giant giant fruit making him the biggest giant in the world
Ohhh So he was a DF user afterall !!!
I knew it, that explains why can swims

I think you're trying too hard. One or two of them may utilize elements of haki (tekkai), but this is overboard. Luffy told us straight up that soru was simply the process of kicking the ground 10+ times in an instant. Applying haki to it after the fact is not only superfluous, but it also doesn't even make any sense.

You posted this in the dumb predictions thread, so why would you post it here?

Get a hold of Yourself, are you saying that the CP9 were learning Haki at a young age (Chapter 0).
and For exemple about Tekkai, didn't Blueno Said "We've trained our bodies such that we can turn them into "Iron Carapaces" if we so choose…"
If the tekkai was using busoshoku then luffy's punch should've been repelled like in the fight against Sentoumaru and Marigold.
So no.

That's way different than normal tekkai, it's a counter attack Lucci explained it himself, and if i remember right Luffy was using a rifle here, hence the arm being tortuous.
Here a busoshoku defense
[hide][/hide]
Edit : Another one to compare with the next
[hide][/hide]
And here tekkai being used
[hide][/hide]
Here's one with a single hit attack
[hide][/hide]
As you can see, tekkai just make people harder, it doesn't repel the attack or annihilate the DF power, because if it was the case, Luffy's attack will just bounce back like it was nothing.
Again your example was a very special case, it's safe to call normal tekkai a "passive tekkai" where lucci/blueno only takes the attack head on, and the one with Zoan lucci an "activve tekkai" where there's an attack in the defense.

This is adequate proof that CoA and tekkai aren't simply the same thing, which is something that the OP may have hinted at, but isn't the same as my argument. All I'm claiming is that there is adequate reason to think that a link between the two techniques may exist. Perhaps tekkai uses some premature form of CoA, perhaps that specific technique Lucci used is some fusion of tekkai and CoA, or perhaps they simply appear similar and nothing more.
Anyway, I don't believe there is any measure of proof that tekkai and CoA are linked. I do, however, believe there is sufficient evidence for it to be a viable theory that shouldn't be simply brushed off.

Well looks like i misundertood the point of your argument.
But then again just here's what i'm thinking about tekkai, busoshoku and lucci's technique.
-Tekkai is physical, it makes the body harder.
-Busoshoku is "spiritual" (didn't find a better word), when used in defense the user doesn't even touch the attacker (Rayleigh said an invisible shield right ?)
-Tekkai utsugi : That's just speculation but i believe it has something to do with Seimei Kikan since the volume of the the chest increases a bit, though the defence is still physical.
So i believe they just appear similar, thus the teory is really viable.
And while we're at it, this flying shigan
[hide][/hide]
Seems pretty weird, don't know if this one can be related to busoshoku or just air pressure like the Rankyaku.

Exactly what I wanted to say. I'm also not too sure myself, that's why I posted it in this thread. I hope Oda answers more about haki in future SBS.
Was thinking of when the Strawhats fight Blackbeard and crew and I was thinking that Sanji's battle would be with none other than…Catarina Devon, the reasoning, she is a hideous woman, one that is nearly okama like and he could fight her w/out even realizing she is in fact a woman

There i fixed it for you.

I wonder if Catarina's hideous face would overshadow her voluptuous body. If ever that fight will occur…if ever...I am going to be looking forward to Sanji tricking his mind to thinking Catarina is actually an Okama.

That's not really that outrageous seeing as how Monster point is probably the same size as he is now, but the Doc Q fight would be more traditional.
I also would like it if Nami and Lafitte fight seeing as how they're both navigators of their respective crews but eh…...

I feel like Monster Chopper is most likely the same size as he was when we first saw him, otherwise Tanuki Chopper would have grown also
San Juan Wolf vs. Robo Franky….SUPAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!
We never really saw a good look at then, but doesn't Pizarro have transforming drill/gatling gun arms? Might be good against Franky.
I feel like Monster Chopper is most likely the same size as he was when we first saw him, otherwise Tanuki Chopper would have grown also
I don't know I'll wait until heavy point is reveled, seeing as how walk point is his supposed default state.

Huh can you get a picture of that i guess ive never noticed.

Yush, I agree, but so far it is pointing towards his forms don't age just his original state (walk point)
Lafitte vs. Robin…ah that would be like a Pell deja vu...I hope. XD

Pretty much, I hope if there is a change its obvious because the prospective on Heavy Point Chopper is always weird, by that I mean he's always taller than everyone else including Brook who's like 8"8 , so we'll see.

Forgive me for saying this but Zoro is the perfect height BAHHAHAHA
anyway yeah that is what I am talking about! I always figured they would need a logia (just cause) and a gigantic being (to fight wolf)

What chapter is that panel from?
Edit: Or at least tell me what arc lol
Huh can you get a picture of that i guess ive never noticed.
When you first see him, he has these really huge arm with spirals, but when he was helping putting on the sheet, his arm looked a lot smaller.
That, and the area around his fake horns make him seem cyborgish.
