Well, that is actually funny that you mention that, I just ordered the first 12 volume of monster in dutch a week ago. I am expecting it any day now.
I have enough reading material. Some books I still gonna have to read too. College stuff, so irritating. You get a summer holiday to relax? Yeah right. Having to read Marx and Nietzsche's works is NOT relaxing in the least.
Anyway, I found out Marx's "Das Kapital" has been published in Manga-format so I'm going to try that first.

I for one welcome this month off. Oda will take the rest he needs and he'll come back stronger than ever.
As for the anime, I doubt Toei will create "One Piece Z" because there's already far too many episodes.
Dragon Ball had 153 episodes before turning into DBZ.
Naruto had 220 episodes before turning into Naruto: Shippuden (though, that was due to the massive Filler Hell the series went through).
One Piece currently has 463 and isn't even close to the current point in the manga. A "sequel" will seem pointless. -

Because some of these characters have been out of the series for years and the target audience were simply little kids back then, like first, second, third graders, making a refresher necessary.
