I've watched the first half,pretty boring half,its mostly recaps of the other 3,but I guess the anime will start slowing down due to the long time spans of the manga.

It's 12 episodes. Probably will end sometime after they leave Saya's parents house. 2nd season depends on how well the first season does.

well didn't watch yet, but i heard some say they more or less tied recaps into the episode like some director way of having the character think of how their life is ruined and all is gone now

but yea hopefully it stays true to manga and leaves with a chance for 2nd season that is also manga content and not just random made up stuff

Ok… not really into the horror genre too much, but I keep hearing about this now that the anime's out. So would it be good despite my not caring for horror genre stuff? Basically is it interesting beyond the creation of "thrills" and "horror"?

If you like Fan-service and Zombies then yes.

The art isn't the best thing around, but the art of the weapons are given special attention.

And there are a couple of good characters.

This not one of those really good mangas that everybody must read but its ok for what it is.

Just give it a shot.

well episode 6 just think of barbie for that episode. there is like no censoring, but absent nipples. i'm assuming they add them for bluray/dvd, but in this one its just funny

yea ep 6 is pointless though, i swear nothign happens. Girls run basically do what guy "stupidly believe" girls do when at slumber parties, while the guys open a locker and find a crap load of guns and talk about how illegal they are.

Its been 1 chapter to 1 episode mostly. But the chapters are usually big (about 50 pages).

I've been wanting to check this series out ever since I found out the Manga author(s?) are friends with Hellsing's Manga author, and put him into the series.

I've seen screenshots, and he is, in fact, in there and looks just like him.

Is the Anime good? I'd rather watch that if it is.

the consensus seems to be that the anime is better than the manga, though its only what like 6 episodes so far

so watch the 6 episodes, then continue on from ch. 7 in manga
