Blackbeard was by far the best villain in the whole OP. He had a fancy way of thinking and he had one cool devilfruit power. He even destroyed Ace in one of the best duels in the entire series. He even set free some prisoners in Impel Down and made them fight each other to their deaths. One heck of a villain, if you ask me.
But then he got too hax. He acquired Gura Gura no mi and became almost unstoppable. Way too "broken" powers. And thus, as too strong character is never a particularly good character, I have to vote Pwngoat.
Not to mention that I hate cherry pie.. :ninja:

I decided to buy the one piece books after reading volumes 24 and 25. I really liked this manga, but that is after the speech on dreams and noticing that the one who delivered it was one of the villains of this manga that i began thinking that One Piece is a masterpiece.
The speech BB gave was what summarize the best One Piece spirit, the fact that Oda chose BB to deliver it show really well how he loved this character. The other villain and characters are great, but few are as original as BB really is.
BB is really the proof that Oda is a great author. Without him, IMO One Piece wouldn't be the great manga it is nowadays. Pwngoat is funny, but you have to admit the manga wouldn't lack anything if it wasn't there.

Don't get me wrong: I love Blackbeard. Teach is probably one of the best and most interesting villains in the series and I can't wait to see him kick so much in the New World. He is epic-ness to the supreme.
