I'm not for the idea of BB getting another DF ability, but I'm all for the idea of akainu being the jobber to showcase BB's new found duality.

Especially if some of the other Blackbeard pirates are going to take out other top marines to showcase their power.
Um, feed him Kizaru, have Akainu try to stand up, but Sengoku tells him that the condition he is in, Blackbeard might kill him, and to withdraw?

This is what happened to him(according to wikipedia

I understand what you mean by the marines not looking weak, but losing to BB at this point shouldn't be considered a major downfall on the marines. they've already battled WB and his group, and the higher ups are still there. Unless they're willing to let BB waltz off the island… something has to happen to either have a stalemate or the marines need a reason to let the pirates go. I'm betting on BB having the upperhand. Regardless of what you think, one emperor should be overwhelming for the marines, and not that BB is an emperor, but he's also got those unknown level sixers with him, and he has the ability to nullify DF abilities as well as destroy the earth. I'm putting my money on BB being directly or indirectly responsible for the pirates' escape

Kizaru isn't overpowered, why do you think this? Because he beat up some rookies. Rayleigh showed us that Kizaru is quite containable.

Ya know im finding it funny how people are even calling BB hax.
In terms of Kizaru, as mentioned above…Rayleigh showed us he can be handled and I think it is quite obvious that Oda wants us to see that there is a MAJOR power gap between Luffy and well known early characters (i.e. Buggy and Croc) and the current threats being revealed.
As for Blackbeard, although he has become MORE powerful, I am not going to say TOO powerful because Oda makes it a point to show Blackbeards weaknesses. He didn't completely own Ace when he fought him and Whitebeard cracked him good while pointing out his mistakes and ignorance...this could be from a lack of experience or the fact that Blackbeard isn't THAT smart of a character.
Oda has yet to make Blackbeard invincible, just powerful and a bit fearsome.

Same here. Right now Akainu strikes me as the best choice to be the leader of the Marines when Luffy is that strong to take on the Fleet Admiral. Mainly because of the point that it would make for a nice scenario that Luffy is facing the Marine leader AND Ace's killer in one person. But if Akainu is turned into a jobber against Blackbeard then I'm affraid there's not much chances of this happening anymore. I'd rather see a more fit character getting beaten up instead.

I'd laugh out loud if we find that this is Luffy's last adventure as a 17-year old boy because, after the war, he completes 18. It would be fun if the Strawhats return exactly in his birthday and we learn it has been an year since he left his village.

I'm hoping Akainu won't be dying anytime soon. He's the most badass of the marines right now. Heck, he's making them look good. Actually, he's my vote for Fleet Admiral after all this is over if we don't see Sengoku do anything awe worthy. Feed BB Kizaru…can't stand him anyway. As long as Aokiji makes it out of this, I'm happy.

Yeah, this one would be the best choice. Everything that's left of the old world seem to be Sengoku and Garp anyways. And even before that development Sengoku has fucked up big time in this war. The climax would be to be defeated by the hands of that guy he probably allowed to prove himself to be worthy of the Warlord position to begin with. I think it could work.
