It doesn't bother me really; I was just rereading the old chapters recently and then when I seen the design had changed in the new one I was wondering when it happened. I guess I just never noticed before
Can Kuma transfer his own fatigue to someone else ?
Does using Ursus Shock cause him fatigue, does it use lot of his energy (like Franky with Coup de Vent, …) ? Hopefully he can't just blow Ursus Schocks everywhere, anytime, he must need some time, focus, ... ?
Just based on the times we've seen him use it, i don't think it causes fatigue. Infact, I personally don't think Kuma can or will suffer from fatigue. Not only is he a powerhouse as it is, but being a cyborg as advanced as he is I don't think he has the means to get tired anymore.
Recall what he said in Thriller Bark, he's a much different cyborg than Franky. Franky is a simple modified human, so he has faults. Kuma however was completely rebuilt by Vegapunk, and mixed with his devil fruit ability he has the best of both worlds. I may sound like an exaggerated fanboy, but until I can see a real fault with Kuma or his abilities I don't see how he can be beat.
I'm not even convinced Whitebeard can do it… though I agree he has a better chance than anyone else we've seen thus far.
