My prediction is that Lisana will still be alive and Mirajane will be the one who died, and that Gerard (as Gerard, not Mystogan) is in Fairy Tail while Erza is off being evil somewhere (In Earthland she's all about Justice, so the Bizarro-Erza must be all about Injustice). Also, Ivan will be the guild leader (but a good guy) and Gildarts will be the villain, and the leader of a guild called Bandicoot Tail (Sorry, bad joke).
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

mmm I mentioned the theory of Lisana being alive a few pages back. I don't see Mira being dead, but more of her badass self. I think that in this world Mira, Elfman, and Lisana will be like their childhood versions in the real world.
But if Lisana is alive, anyone think Natsu will try to convince her to go to his world with him?
Btw I have the feeling that Gazille was taken to Edoris but remained unaffected due to his DS abilities. So he could be wandering around trying to figure out what is going on, and more importantly looking for his cat!
I hope Mashi really explains what his definition of magic is during this arc.

Hm, differences… Let's see, yeah, Bizarro Mirajane would probably either be like her old self, or the same as before, since she wasn't mild-mannered to begin with in ''Earth-Land''. Since Erza was making people shit their pants when she was first introduced, I bet Bizarro Erza would be one of those withdrawn, shy girls that everyone fawns over. And I hope that Natsu runs into his bizarro self at least once. What would he be like, highly rational and highly lazy?
Be curious to see if the bizarro people have bizarro powers too. Like how Bizarro Lucy looks like someone who would just physically beat the shit out of people as opposed to having others do the same for her.

Erza is kinda the good guy and FT are the baddies in a sense, so really nothing about erza is different at this point.

Ugh, slow down. I'm all for a brisk storytelling pace, but I think the pacing was way too fast this week, especially after dumping us into a parallel world.
Anyway, looks like some traits of Bizarro Fairy Tail are reversed, but not others. Let's see, Levy's short-tempered, Mirajane is the same (which makes sense for the reasons I mentioned before), Lisana's alive, Wendy's grown up, and there does indeed seem to be a Bizarro Natsu out there, that's cool.
I'm calling it now, Sugarboy (ugh…) is Bizarro Ichiya, just wait. Unlike the Earth Land version, this guy's tall, not a gonk, and actually appears to be partnered up with Bizarro Erza (Ichiya was constantly trying to get her attention, to no avail, if you recall).
Well, let's see where this leads...(apart from the inevitable Erza vs. Bizarro Erza mirror match fight)
Oh, and I have to admit that Bizarro Gray trying to look menacing gets a laugh out of me since he looks like a snowball with all of those layers on.

Chapter 170 is out by Mangastream. Friday releases. Remember when it was questionable whether or not we'd get the chapter on Tuesday? I have to say, I do like the feel of this.
CHAPTER 170: FAIRY HUNTER
- The cover comparison of the Land-Earth Lucy and Edoras-Lucy was nice. I hope we get some of these for the other characters, too. Maybe some we don't have the opportunity to see during this arc.
- So it's not all just polar opposites. Thank goodness, because the complications of that would be a little too wonky when polar opposition conflicts.
- Edoras-Lucy doesn't really feel like a polar opposite to me. She still dresses like a slut, although a little more gothic and she seems a little more like Natsu.
- Lisiana is still alive. Nice call.
- Mirajane is still exactly the same. I'm guessing that means she started out as a good girl, (Opposed to naughty one) and never had the dramatic change because Lisanna never died.
- Wendy was de-lolified. I approve.
- Warren is a gentleman in a suit that doesn't look like ass. I also approve.
- The Guild situation in this world is really interesting. I expected Fairy Tail might be a Dark Guild, but it appears all guilds, period, are this world's equivilent of Dark Guilds. Fairy Tail is the only one left, nonetheless.

- On that note: YES. ABSOLUTELY YES. Sugarboy looks pretty cool, but enemy Erza is absolutely awesome. She'd better not have a change of heart, because I want Natsu vs. Erza as bad as the rest of us.
This arc has not let up yet. It''s still building up to be really awesome. I'm retaining my faith. I can't wait to see more. Awesome chapter. Awesome potential.

I'm with corsair king, mashima can really come back from the nirvana arc(just noticed nirvana looks alot like din tower from rave). The shorter the arc the less chance for mashima to slip up.

Haha, nailed it with Lisanna still being alive. Adult Wendy threw me off, though. And I LOLed at Bizzaro-Ichiya (I'm 100% convinced that is Ichiya in Edoras). Also nailed it with Erza being one of the bad guys.
So, where's the Guildmaster? From the impression I got, Lucy or Levy is the Guildmaster. Or maybe it's Adult Wendy; being that Wendy is the newest member in Earth-Land, perhaps she's the oldest member (and thus, the founder) in Edoras. That would be a fair switch.
The King is probably either Zeref or Gildarts (only this Gildarts is evil).
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

Hmm, good chapter. Really looking forward to further chapters; this arc may just turn out to be the best arc ever unless Mashima screws it somewhere. The parallel dimensions concept is very, very interesting.

So far, this is the best arc I've seen in a while. The opposite personalities are quite interesting, and the fact that Erza has been thrown into the enemy territory is also going to have her fighting Natsu.
Oh and the identity of Mystogan has finally been truly revealed, for those who can't read in between the lines. He is obviously the "other" Gerard from this world that is running from something and took residence in the real world for safety. That's how he would know what was going to happen before it actually happened.
Imagine everything reversed in the OP World.
