I'm not surprised Baltigo is now destroyed, Dragon and Luffy have to meet eventually, and him still being there and guiding the global liberation from there all the time was a hinderance to said meeting. I'm also quite sure this is how the Straw Hats will come into contact with CP0 once more.
I also think the Gorosei can't be too pleased with the Marines, as they've likely been hunting Dragon for years, and Blackbeard finds him in a week. :P

Shirahoshi looks like she was afraid to go to the Reverie and I have a bad feeling about her being there due to the fact she was an 'Ancient Weapon' and if anyone outside Fishmen Island discover her ability to summon Seakings, that would cause some huge trouble. However, I can understand why her Fukaboshi needs her to be there at the Reverie was because to fulfill their late mother's hope, also, it would be nice to see Shirahoshi being befriended by Rebecca and also, Vivi too at the Reverie.

There's no way Dragon suffered a defeat, he's been hyped for over a decade and it'd be stupid to make him lose off-panel in his first documented fight. I wouldn't mind him retreating because he didn't wanna lose his men, but I'd be super salty if he was forced to retreat because he was weaker than Blackbeard.

I strongly doubt Baltigo was destroyed along with the revs. I think they abandoned the base and it was destroyed to not leave evidence. And Black ears going after them was the perfect opportunity to become even more covert.

I strongly doubt Baltigo was destroyed along with the revs. I honestly think they abandoned the base and destroyed it. I doubt Oda would give us such a buzzkill..
The whole Jack thing could be counted as a buzzkill (even though I liked it), I would say the stronger members were unharmed, but they suffered great loss.

But rest of text is in English so they should use the English-translations of the names. They did do that at one point, writing Bibi then Vivi then go back to Bibi.

the nepeltari though it's just plain wrong though
korean has no V and no F letter so nefertari is pronounced nepeltari, on the other hand, they translated Baltigo as Vartigo… very inconsistent and bad translation indeed

I hadn't said it before but … that cover answers how Usopp got off Boin Archipelago. I've been wondering ever since the time-skip ended. Many weren't sure if the giant beetles could fly long enough to cover open ocean, so Usopp & Heracles-un used boats or not.
This confirms it, the beetles can fly long distances over the ocean. -

The Revolutionaries probably just wanted to destroy their base once they mobilized and abandoned it. I can't see them being defeated that early. The headline would have mentioned their defeat specifically if that had happened.

Probably salvaged what they could and left. BB supposedly came for weapons, so I doubt he'd pummel the base with quakes before ransacking it first. Or maybe Revos destroyed the weapons supply so BB can't get them.

So much exciting stuff happening, its crazy. I'm so excited for the Reverie ...maybe it'll coincide with the aftermath of the war with Kaido - given tis prolly gonna taken a few weeks for them to get to Mariejoa...
Andf of course King Nefatari wanting to know about the poneglyphs and what his clan did all those centuries ago.....something interesting surely to come out of that...

Where did you even get this theory from?
We don't know who Caribou is working for.They are going straight up from Fishman Island to Mariejoa - its not along distance journey for them.
it begs the question that if Baltigo has been hidden for 1000s of years, what made it so elusive to begin with? How did Dragon find such an Island?

I think the clock beard is Sanji's dad… But this would mean he is not only an evil army leader but also a noble... could explain why he was able to get Sanji an only alive status
More curious is the guy with the Sanji like hair... Someone said it is Stelly. But I doubt it... I kid design of doesn't matter... But why should they show him not showing the face in his major panels and later in such small "meaningless" one?
And next big question i hope will be answered is Baltigo... A secret island for 1000 years... What is it? And how Dragon has discovered it?
