so that whale forest doesn't seem that far away lol but could take few chapters to get to or more if the SHs face more problems along the way.
I am liking this arc so far, seems very interesting and fun.
I don't think it will be nearly as short of an arc as everyone think of it to be because there is a lot to learn about minkmen and for SHs to shine as their saviours

While I was reading I was sayin to myself ' It's a frigging drawing ' then Zoro and Law say the same thing well according to MangaPana, hoping for some more bonding with these two especially since there both swordsmen. Otherwise good chapter looking forward to more minkmen/women. Is Luffy with the crew ? Or did he wander off somewhere on his own…

Funny chapter, seeing them cheering for the dragon, while Zoro and Law are all "move on" then they are attacked by a mink and we see a mink girl wearing Nami's clothes, so many questions popping in my head now D:
Is becoming half animal a sickness? or they injecting something into them? do they born this way?i WANNA KNOW!!!

I just hope that this arc is not very short one, it would be great to get at least 2 volumes of Zou before going to Wano or some other place next..
It has atmosphere that I really really enjoy.. Fresh air after all of Dressrosa.
Now only thing that I wait for is Sanji shining as much as Luffy and Zoro did during last arc.
I think that Capone Bege is reason of havoc on Zou, he said he will take Cesar for himself to his underlings when he was on Big Mom ship after Strawhats escaped its wrath.

I wonder who destroyed the gate. Bariete was apparently its guard and he was falling the moment Luffy's group was climbing, so it seems like he was thrown by whoever stormed through the gates. However Carrot's reaction to the presence of the SH doesn't make it look like some other invader has just passed through there.

Regarding the Auctionshouse-Pricelist, Minkpeople arent that rare and expensive. But they only live, most likely, on this Elephant. It seems to be pretty easy to find and climb this elephant. Maybe he got a goal? Another Island?
Btw. Is this the longest Chaptertitle in 804 Chapters or one of the longest?

Carrot and the deer(?)-girl-in-Nami's-clothes look different from Bepo, Pekoms and unnamed Cat-man (Hawkins Pirates) look like. The gals are more anthromorphic (more human-like face & form) then the males.
Maybe its like Merfolk where (most) females are pretty and attractive while males looks more bizarre/beastly. -

Firstly, why is Kanjuro shocked ? It seems like he recognized Raizou, though, of course, it could just simply be him reacting to a monkey falling down from above.
Then, they tell the Straw Hats (and Law…) to keep going on, that they'll catch up with them later. My thoughts on this is that they know Raizou, and need to talk with him about, I don't know, "important stuff". Like, would there be any other reason for them to be separated from Luffy and the others ? They're not really in a hurry anyways.
Another argument : he [the monkey] forbids Luffy and the others to enter the country but didn't seem to say anything to Kinemon nor Kanjuro. Plus, I have the feeling that he spoke to the two samurai already (which would be a natural reaction when you fall on someone, right ?) but Oda didn't show it.Now some people think that this monkey could be mimicking Raizou, or literally be his apprentice. 'Could be.

All this "Go Ryuunosuke !! You can do it !!" and Ryuu dying (disappearing) at the end was one of the funniest gags since quite a long time. Plus, it's a satire of tragic movies / series / mangas so it's all good.

I love the design of the kingdom (?) of Zou. It looks a bit like Skypiea (has the same "adventurous" side, which is the best thing ever).
We now have the explicit confirmation that Sanji and the others are on Zou (well, we did have explicit clues before) since the trees look alike. Now, on which part of the island were they ? I would say on the other side, near the elephant's head, so behind the city that we've seen. -
I love the Minkmen (at least for now, haha) ; Carotte and "The other one" are soooo~cute. :wub: And they seem strong too (just look at how Carotte pwned Zoro lol). Could this "Floating" move that the minkman did be some kind of variant of the Geppou technique ? An ability that only minkmen use ? A devil fruit ? Wonder what's with that electric glove (is it a glove though?) ? Could it be linked to Rai Zou (thunder elephant) ?

Cliffhanger on the mink(wo)man wearing Nami's clothes. Did she steal them ? Did Nami give them to her (maybe minks are usually naked, and Sanji had terrible nosebleeds so she had to give them clothes… :ninja:) ? Maybe the Monkey asked Nami her clothes in exchange of the permission of entering the island ... And Sanji didn't kick his ass because Nami got there before him :ninja: ? Many, many possibilities.

Not only is it in a form of question, かすかに would NOT be used if he was saying there aren't any, as it is used when affirming the faint existence.
If Franky was saying "not even a faint smell of", the correct word used would be 少しも or まったくI don't care if a hundred translators disagree, I will tell all of them to go study Japanese again.

I love that first part more than I should. The cheering made it feel like a little adventure. Plus all the drama when the Dragon disappeared. Best part of the chapter by far for me. Even Zoro was smiling.
Seems like Zoro and Law are going to be the badass duo. Meh…
I wonder what happened at Zou. I doubt the crew would create so much destruction on their path. Since that girl have Nami clothes, I expect them to have meet with Bepo and sympathize with the native. The clothes being simply a gift or an exchange.
That's quite some gloomy comparison Robin have for a monkey. I guess that monkey met with Raizou but I wonder if he is crazy. He just jumped of a giant elephant without the ability to fly.

That's the clash of King Haki. Unless Carrot and Zoro have King Haki, that couldn't be what was happening. She more likely has electric claw-gauntlets, as you said. They don't appear to be part of her body. They are visibly worn by her.
