We may have gotten some information on the DD family executives, but then that's pretty much all we got. Aside from the Law/DD fight, the multi-front recap really didn't achieve much - I'd have prefered a focus on one front and no recap. That's a bit disappointing after the intense flashback chapters…

The two best things bout this chapter were the lesser Execs fighting the Gladiators and Diamante's new move; I was wondering if he could do that just yesterday in fact. Otherwise, nothing particularly good or particularly bad.
I wish we could finally be done with setting up fights and just see one out to it's end.
At least Dofla fight progressed a little.

Looks like Robin won't be having that fight with Gladius (no surprise) because Cavendish is going to finish him off. The other Donquixote members are making the tournament fighters look like fodder even Chinjao (I was hoping he would prove to be a challenge to them). Senor Pink remains as hard-boiled as ever saving a cat. Can he be the next Straw Hat or would there be too many perverts part of the crew if he joined? I just want to know how Oda will involve Luffy in this final showdown with Doflamingo because he's being kept out on purpose to give Law the spotlight.

I've appreciated how the layout and the pacing for the flashbacks was made of many still moments, even in the action scenes.
Now we're back into the action and boom! it's like taking the pause button off. It moved fast just showing us fleeting glances of the action and full on kinetic fighting between Dofla & Law.
Law doesn't seem to have run out of stamina yet and it actually looks like he wasn't totally outclassed like before.
Interesting to see him using full-on CoA hands, and that it block Dofla's haki strings.
So Derringer confirmed as Fighting-fish fish man. And thanks to FranzLom for explaining 'chiouken'. Remains to be seen if there's a fruit in play as well.
Love Pink saving the kitty. It looks like he may beat Franky by sheer dehydration from the blubbing!

Chapter was pretty much just a recap. A needed one, since before the flashback everything was a mess, so it's good to be reminded of who is where.
And great to finally find out what was behind Dellinger fin and horns. That enough was worth the chapter for me. But seeing him and Lao G owning a bit more adds a lot too. And Senor Pink protecting the cat with his body was gold.
EDIT: I don't get (or don't remember) why Kinemon and Kanjurou are just there, doing nothing.
So, Sanji is still enslaved, cooking pastry for Big Mom ?

I do agree with you that Luffy's armament was bypassed and he was tied up in the blink of an eye, but all this happened so Luffy can get preoccupied and not because Luffy was being "outclassed" by Dofla, Oda always does this sort of things.
