I dunno if Bellamy is supposed to have any sort of major role considering how out of focus he has been during this arc (10-11 chapters where he was featured. 16 chapters since he disappeared).
Heck, The "I'm on boat" team has gotten about as much screentime as him and they didn't even get to step in Dressrosa.

a chameleon zoan type devil fruit is fitting for Kaido. the special effect about it is that wherever he is, he can use that type of element. For example if he was near a fire he can shoot out fire or if he was near rocks he can create walls or trap people and may be he can withstand the sea so he can actually summon waves of water at people.

I guess that would depend on how much information the public outside Dressrosa knows. If the revolutionaries were to leak information and evidence, then the WG might be forced to punish Doflamingo to save face. Especially if all his underworld links have been exposed. If no one knows, they might be able to cover up the incident by blaming it on the revolutionaries / pirates.

I guees that makes sense, the question is whether the world nobles have more power over the military than vice versa in the end of the day. If it would somehow leak, I think the world nobles would vouche for Dofla, but the marines ( If I know Akainu right ) would probably want revenge. Could be an interesting, civil war sideplot between the nobles and the military ( sort of like the french revolution and/or Egypt today ). Hopefully Doflamingo will just bite the dust and all of his flamboyant swinery will be exposed to the rest of the world. If I know Oda right, that is probably what is going to happen.

I'm still touting Kidd's devil fruit as the strongest and most "broken op" in the entire series. Dude could theoretically stop the electromagnetism that keeps all matter intact. Oda just hasn't realized its full potential yet.

Well since Kidd's DF hasn't been named and it's limits haven't been explained you're jumping the gun a bit in calling it lazy. For all you know maybe his ability is just the ability to control metal and it stops there.

It's not the laws of physics that annoy me, it's the fact that his travelling speed would be so much higher than the speed at which the electric impulses in his neurons travel that he could never stop right where he wanted to if he travelled at the speed of light. Not to mention the fact that speed of light is so fast that, if you ever got kicked at that speed, you, well, wouldn't be very alive afterwards.
Now, I'd have absolutely no problems with him being able to travel as fast as a human body would allow him to or to traverse the distance between him and a reflecting object at the speed of light, but since Oda didn't bother to even give us a panel to make that clear I'm calling it bad. And deservedly so. :P
And then there's Law, of course, but Law is already happening during the "bad One Piece" phase so his hax doesn't even need explaining. It's just bad.

it's not that i don't want oda to explain better something but seriously, if the guy had to know everything about all the things he put in op he would probably be working for nasa by now and not be a mangaka.

If Doflamingo had some arbitrary restriction thrown onto him, we as readers wouldn't come to expect something as crazy as the doppleganger or Bird Cage. Not knowing a Devil Fruit user's limit is what makes One Piece villains so scary.
I think some people are overthinking a children's manga with magical super powers.
Characters reacting and moving at light speed or greater happens fairly often in Shonen (i.e. Cars reacting to a laser beam at close range in JoJo)

Oda isn't a lazy Mangaka, if you honestly think that then what are you smoking?
I'd say One Piece is definitely not in a bad phase. Is it amazing right now? Nah. Does it have the potential to be amazing again? Definitely, especially if Oda would exercise more focus. Is it good with moments of greatness sprinkled in and getting better? As of this very chapter, yes.
All I'll say though is I won't accept a half-hearted, blitzed resolution to Dressrosa. You can do it, Oda.

I think devil fruits can only have one purpose. and that it belongs inside of the person. We have never seen anyone who can manipulate things outside their boundary. Kid's fruit allowed things to attract to him and repel away from him, this because he ate the devil fruit. It's not like he can make someone's body malfunction from just thinking it. Kuzan is a prime example, he had to touch things to freeze or shoot out ice to freeze things from his body. We have never seen kuzan just "think" and something just freezes. The only thing I can see kid do is pull people and push people like pain in naruto.
Bad One Piece is a reaction of a fan that realized the quality dropped on a manga where we thought it would never drop. Is a reaction to being disapointed when you never expected to be disapointed. So we should be able to understand it instead of jumping at his throat.
I'd point out that most long running manga get worse with time; not only terrible ones like Naruto or Bleach, but also classics like Dragon Ball or Fist of the North Star. But One Piece did seem like a special case where the author never gets tired of his own creation, and in fact, interviews do point to that: what with Oda himself admiting that he has so many ideas, plot points and thing he wants to experiment with that if he were to put them all to use, One Piece would never, ever end. So I take it that Oda enormously enjoys drawing One Piece and that he has ideas to spare, so it's weird the quality would drop after all. . .
. . .now, to me, current One Piece is not "Bad". . .but it is definitely "Worse", comparatively speaking, than the past, better days.
And it's a bit of a shame, cause Dressrosa is overall a good arc. . .but it should be excellent, not good. Right now it's plagued with too much stuff that ranges from mediocre to "is that really you, Oda?". Like the lack of focus, off-paneling everywhere, the crew being more side characters than active characters, and uncomprehensible writing decisions. And again, it's a shame, cause it does have moments that are great, 120% Oda stuff, like blocks B and C, which are so good.
Since the Usopp Cataclysm that made people want to burn Oda at the stake, accelerated pace issues aside the chapters have been good, with this week's being specially awesome and giving us plenty of promise, and it's hard not to get excited over future developments drawing near, like Yonkou arcs and whatnot. But right now, my biggest wish is that Oda blows all his load on Dressrosa's finale and leaves us all completely satisfied. If every chapter from now till the end is at the level of 747, then we're set.

One would think that Oda had learned from the past two decades of story writting, right? And he has! Off-paneling stuff that doesn't have to be seen is one of the best things that happened to the series after the time-skip. It was needed to compress arcs that would take multiples years to finish otherwise. Sometimes the crew can not be more than support characters with massive plots and factions with their own amount of characters appearing as right now. So many participants demand panel time, some fall short or are held back a bit, while still furthering the plot somehow. The author is learning from his past mistakes and problems, maybe it's you complaining about stuff, because it just doesn't run as you want it to?

I too think Oda wants to have as many characters have panel time as he can, but sometimes, it's just too much. I enjoy the character designs, and I enjoy the quirks characters got. But sometimes, they are there for just a few moments, just a few panels, and then, we're introduced to a whole bunch of new guys.
This chapter was amazing and packed with so much of good stuff and whatnot, but maybe it was too much. I guess the next chapter will be somewhat more… focused, I think that's a good word for it.
