I think the best way to deal with the confusing poll question is a simple two step process, which I followed to great success:
Step 1. Figure out who you want to win.
Step 2. Vote for Satori.
Problem solved.

Ah, thank you for clarifying.
Crap, I screwed up step 2.
Все кругом враги! Я хочу голосовать за осьминога вместо всего этого!
Step 1. Figure out who you want to win.
Step 2. Vote for Satori.
I did exactly that. Now I feel that world became a tiny bit less hospitable.
Votes for Satori are votes for him to proceed. Votes for Tashigi are votes for her not to proceed. Balls balls balls.
It's like some sorta Zen riddle; to win, you must lose.
I took a chance and voted Tashigi. Whatever happens, happens.
As far as I'm concerned this is the best post in this thread. You know me too well.
Sa-Sa-Saaatoriii
Vote for him or else you may get visited by
!
Who should notnotnot be eliminated this opposite day?
So… Who should not... not... not... opposite
not 1 - don't eliminate
not 2 - eliminate
not 3 - don't eliminate
opposite - eliminate
Reads: Who should be eliminated this day?
...screw you guys. I'm not voting.
Too confused to vote…

I agree. Its a set up it doesn't matter who we vote for, they will forward who they want regardless.
That is wording is so fu#$ed up … so much for voting for who we like...it doesn't count although it did in every other match. and in the round one, when people said they liked Shakky so vote for her... NO ONE said voting for her mean she would NOT go forward...
Seriously, if popularity isn't really counted, why do we bother voting anyway?

Seriously. You've been told many times that this is all just a joke. Taking it this seriously is the reason it is still going.
We're going in circles. Every couple of pages someone starts do decipher poll question, then goes on about opposite day, then someone else is mad, then other people say "It's just a joke let's all be fun", and then balls.
Circles!
This is an
ordeal of circles

Circles? I think you mean balls.
No one circles the balls like Satori.
circles are two-dimensional balls
this ordeal goes beyond
Wow… Nice poster :D Amazing!! ahahaha
But what with the opposite and the not not not opposite @.@
.............
Too much for my brain.
Anyway.... Go Tashigi!!!
Balls are just circles in 3D. Ordeal of Circles 3D. In IMAX near you.:ninja:
I intended to not join in the forums again and just planned to silently watch the tournament…but I like to complain about things I don't like. :V
While I don't particularly care for Satori, Shakky, or Tashigi, I highly dislike watching what I consider to be moderators' somewhat unjust actions. You say the tournament is supposed to be about having fun. What fun is it for the people whose favorites are eliminated because a few people decided to play a joke? Sure, it's pretty much just a game, but some people are trying their best to have their favorites advance while the moderators are just stepping all over their efforts.
And I don't care if anyone thinks I'm taking this too seriously. I take people's feelings seriously all the time.
4 dimensional ball.

My feelings were hurt when Satori seemingly lost. Now he's got a second chance, and I have another chance at happiness. Stop trying to burst my bubble.

And now it became educational! Yay!
Easy vote for Tashigi, I hate Satori so much

It is fun to pop bubbles though.
Everyone likes balls!
Together we can achieve a higher state of satori
If you want Tashigi to win then you have to vote satori because it's who should be eliminated like last time lol.

ohh!! Myehmyeh! I haven't seen you eternities. I kind of missed seeing you around.
I just voted for balls, man. Baaaalls.

It's all a lie! Don't listen!

This can be a lie too! Everything is a lie! except cake No really, it's a world of chaos, trust no one.
at this rate satori is going to win the torny
Satori should win every tourny.
I'd be content if every tournament for the next few years was just 6 months of people posting solely Satori campaigns.
I clicked on the thread and read the poll question and my face just went

I don't really know who to vote for. I get the whole not not not thing, but the opposite day thing has lost me. Which of the nots are supposed to be opposite?! WHAT DO I DO!!!!
The only way to beat the true villains* in this round is to either not vote at all (too late for that) or deliberately vote for tie (which is heavily frowned on). We can't win either way.
*Dem damn mods
And to those saying 'oh, it's just fun!'
What's so fun about having your votes and campaigns not count at all? No fun. I pity any campaigners in rounds where the mods decide to play funny buggers. Yes, even the Satori ones, because they have no way of knowing whether the opposite counts for them or against. In other words, this might as well be an anonymous vote match - which would be more fun than this anyway, because at least you don't have to agonise over whether your vote or campaigns count at all.
Even if one character gets more than the other at the end, the mods can just say 'oh, no, we meant this not wasn't counted' or 'oh, it's really opposite for all the nots' and put through whoever they want. How would we know? (At least the last Satori match, which was a dick move, could at least be countered if anyone had pointed out or paid attention to the question. That one falls on the voters, I'm afraid.)
But what if this opposite day is already over when the poll ends? :ninja:
DON'T DO THIS!!!
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Okay, so Satori is already behind in votes. Whatever that means, I don't know. So, if the poll question means what I think it means, voting Satori should mean I'm voting Tashigi, which is what I want. Especially after reading Mugen's long speech where she defends Hancock after someone bashed her. It made me regret voting Usopp. But anyway, whether voting for Satori really means voting Tashigi or not, it shouldn't affect the outcome very much. I'll withhold my vote for now, but I'm thinking I'll vote Satori (for Tashigi) before the poll closes. Watcha think?
Dunno what voting Tashigi has to do with voting for either Usopp or Hancock. And yes, that was me who 'bashed' Hancock, though it was more a 'this is why I don't like her and why I didn't vote for her' than 'bashing'. (ie: bitchy, complete 180 of character once she fell in lurve, fangirlism) :insert eyeroll here:
That said, the Satorites have certainly perked up when it comes to campaigns. All power to them (even though I'd vote for Tashigi passing the round if I were going to vote).

Unfortunately, we all know there are people who just come in, vote, and get out. (At least I think so). So whether someone warns everyone else about the poll question or not, there will be tons of people who will never know, cuz they aren't reading posts.
Sadly, that is true. People! Y U NO READ QUESTION?!
Oh god I voted Tashigi without reading the opening question. Mods are abusing their power.

I'm getting a sense of tension from you. I don't know why. I pretty clearly stated what the Hancock/Usopp match has to do with this vote, for me at least. I don't want to get this into some sort of argument, so I'll make it clear that I had nothing against your opinion about Hancock, I just simply did not agree and I appreciated how devoted Mugen was to one of her favourite characters. The fact that you re-listed your thoughts about Hancock in those brackets obviously shows a very negative view of her character. I didn't mind, but I do feel that they were unnecessary words for these threads. I don't know if you're trying to rile me up or not, but I'm not a big Hancock fan, I was just making a point. I obviously said something that you didn't like, and I apologize. I hope we can get back on track.
EDIT: Hm, looking back at my original post, I wasn't THAT clear in saying what the Hancock/Usopp match has to do with this match. The reason I want to vote Tashigi is just to show my support to Mugen's devotion to her favourite characters.
