it would be called : chasu , menma, negi , and any other toppings on a ramen
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Don't worry, once Sanji eats fire devil fruit and awakens his hidden Germa powers, he's gonna kick some ass. Not even Sharingan Zoro will be able to stop him. He should be able to fight equally even with Gear 5th; Monkey God Awakening Luffy after this.
by the time Sanji ate his devil fruit , zoro would already be admiral-tier and Luffy would already become a pirate king 5 years ago.

If she has control of the homies it's different. Hence why she doesn't get shocked or burned when she wields Zeus and Prometheus in her hands -
Stupid question but how did Don Krieg even get INTO the Grand Line? There's no way his flagship would have fit in the canal to go over Reverse Mountain.

If they were chased out by Mihawk, which I think was the case but I could be wrong, how did Mihawk's little raft not get shredded by the trip?

My question pertains to Big Mum's homies, in particular the chess soldiers. I understand how homies in general are made, essentially taking souls from other people and putting them into animals and inanimate objects, to create these homies. But, with the chess soldiers, not only are they, well chess pieces, but also somewhat human in appearance? I'm curious how these were created and she manages to create so many? They seem to be quite a lot in numbers and it's kinda bugged me as to how they were made. Unless I've some how skipped over this in the manga?
If anyone knows I'd personally love to know.
-
Maybe chess pieces at Big Mom size that were given life to. She is pretty big so they would have to be custom.

What would happen if big mom injected a soul into one of sugar's toys? I mean they technically seem to have a soul but they are toys none the less
We need to make a list of interesting df collaborations

Boruto brother, Boruto brother, Boruto and Sanji would be referred to as Boruto brother.

I am going to say it wouldn't work becasue you can't put 2 souls in one object and the toys already have one. But I'm really not sure.
But I wonder if you can shove a soul into chopper since you can put them in animals.

Can an animal's sentience (in Chopper's unique case, having human-level intellect) enable them to reject the intruder soul or something, that is a good question. If the animal isn't totally self-aware then it might not have the wherewithal to know it was being overtaken by another soul and becoming possessed.

Well, there are animal homies, like Randolph and the Noble Croc.
-

Well, there are animal homies, like Randolph and the Noble Croc.
But were they anywhere near as sentient as something like Chopper? I mean, I know animals in OP are varied in that kind of thing, like the South Bird, the Hiking Bears and the Lapans. But how self-aware would they have to be to prevent a soul possession? I wonder if that's a reason why Brook has never attempted/succeeded in possessing another person temporarily rather than just animating his own skeleton with his soul. I want to see him possess someone's body and make them act the fool while he's in the driver's seat.
-
Some sort of sentience is displayed because Chopper can speak to animals. I mean Zunisha is a prime example as well.
I liked the idea of Big Mom putting another soul in Chopper's to awaken his haki, jajaja.

I'd settle for an awakening of his Devil Fruit so he can recover from injuries faster. Maybe even shorten the time it takes for him to get out of his exhaustion state after using Monster Point.
I dunno, him and Franky being kind of the middle-of-the-road brawlers makes it seem like Haki isn't really a necessity. Even among the weaklings, Usopp is the perfect one to pick to get Observation Haki. Unless we're going to get a steady one-at-a-time progression of anyone not in the monster class picking up Haki, Usopp's probably the last one who'll awaken it. The others don't seem like they need or, or that they would have already learned it and not used it yet (Robin would be my guess about who would fit the latter description.)
Really wondering what's going to become of all the Homies if Big Mom gets completely knocked off her feet by the cake's deliciousness. If she goes into a food coma or something, will her ability's effects weaken and the souls disperse and return to their original owners? If something like that happens, will the people who've been giving up their life energy decide to finally leave? She'll have very little soul power left to draw from if most of her citizens up and leave, and her family is so fractured and hurt that they will have little if any to spare.
It's just been a little bothersome how there are DFs that require one's constant conscious attention to maintain the effects and others don't. Or a little of both (like Law's, once he's done surgically attaching one thing to another even after he closes his Operating Room).

I wouldn't be surprised.
Though there are remarkably few video game references compared to film and literature in OP.

Is Tamago based off of Eggman?
Tamago very well could take some design inspiration from Eggman. Dr Hogback too.
The clearest Eggman reference showed up at Dressrosa. That right hand guy to King Elezabelo? Can't think of his name but that was Dr Eggman all the way.
-
how did Luffy beat Shiki? (a person that is supposed to be yonkou-tier)
-
Shiki was washed out, old, and lost the use of his legs.
Luffy punched him again and again until Shiki stayed down, once with thunder and lighting, and brought down his country with him.

LOL, oh yeah, I forgot all about that guy,
-

Didn't happen in the manga so doesn't count. Also didn't he get beat up all the time until he managed to land one hit powered-up by lightning(exterior force)?
-

Answered your own question.
-
Shiki was washed out, old, and lost the use of his legs.
Luffy punched him again and again until Shiki stayed down, once with thunder and lighting, and brought down his country with him.
Do you seriously believe that it's not only because it wasn't canon ?
I mean, chapter zero is canon. But Oda just fucked up Shiki's character in the movie.
-
Shiki was a collection of damage that would have rendered any nonfloating person incapable of fighting, the swords, the wheel, and the fact that he went from fighting Roger to hide in an island for 20 years.
I expect Luffy to be able to beat every inactive silver medalist at this point in the story, and Shiki was a collection of weak points, no matter how strong he was supposed to be.
-
But it's still a shonen manga. You just don't go from fighting the world's strongest guy (and losing, but at least he was a top tier back then) to being defeated by a mere pirate that can't even use haki. And btw, Shiki himself couldn't even use haki which doesn't make much sense. Unless you can lose haki somehow, which we know nothing about.
Him not having his legs doesn't weaken him because he can fly. It's like Aokiji and Perospero, they're not really weaker now that they've lost a leg and an arm.
As for the wheel on his head, it's just for chara-design and goofy purposes. And concerning the fact that he didn't really fight for the past 20years, it'd be a valid point for a real life person, but I don't think it works for shonen manga characters.
Anyway, it's really a problem that he couldn't use hakiAlso, didn't Oda once said he was disappointed about what he had done with Shiki's character ?
-

You can go to that point if you don't fight for 20 years. The same thing happened to Moriah.

But we don't know how strong was Kaido back then. And we pretty much know nothing about their relation btw.
On the other hand, it's been established that Roger was at the top, and Shiki was a top tier (like very top)I mean, ffs, Rayleigh is still Rayleigh despite being retired right ?
-
I mean, ffs, Rayleigh is still Rayleigh despite being retired right ?
No, Rayleigh himself said that he has weakened and it was taking all he had to keep Kizaru at bay; and imo Kizaru wasn't being particularly serious or forceful.

He is obviously old. But that's not the point
Rayleigh is still hella strong and can stall an admiral. He doesn't get trashed by Luffy's "gatling gun" or what.Same goes for Whitebeard. Even though he was heavily sick, to the brink of death, he was still able to beat the crap out the admirals and pee on Marineford
-

yeah rayleigh is still admiral-level . So it's confusing how someone like Shiki could be defeated except if Oda wanted to imply that Luffy pre timeskip is already admiral level

Ray, Garp and Whitebeard mentioned age affecting their strength. Shiki was also weaker than Roger & got beat when Luffy recieved a weird boost from lighting. Prior to this he was dominating.
And again not in the manga so not canon. Same way Luffy fighting a ex-admiral with his best efforts but not using gear 4. The movies are not canon.

pretty sure the strong world & z movie is directed/supervised by Oda
-
pretty sure the strong world & z movie is directed/supervised by Oda
When people talk about "canon" in OP they do not mean "Oda-approved" material but "in-continuity with the manga" that is fitting with what we have and capable of affecting future events. Z doesn't fit anywhere in the manga and while SW has a good spot to be included in (between TB and SA), this inclusion will always be a little sloppy (creating some minor plot holes). Also, from what I know, neither of the movies was ever referenced in any other place, and the last thing I expect happening is SHs discussing their last meeting with Kuzan next time or Shiki returning as anything else than cameo in a flashback.
-

Considering Haki is literally connected to being determined and having no doubt, as by Rayleigh´s words, pretty sure being shaken up mentally will make you unable to use Haki.
We will probably get an answer when Moria and Crocodile reappear in the story, both guys who once fought in the New World but then got beaten so hard they chose to stay in Paradise and come up with plans that did not require them to fight anymore to achieve their goals but now both are back in the NW.–- Update From New Post Merge ---

Actually Oda has expressed how the Strawhats, specifically in Movie Z, do not really resemble the characters in the manga in some aspects.

The only difference between him and Crocodile and Moriah, is that he never left the NewWorld.
But just like the two above, Chinjao sought vengeance and even man-babied at Garp's grandson lol."Moriah and Crocodile lost their haki because they lost their will" is a good theory. But since Don Chinjao was and is still able to use it, I'm not quite sure it has to do with will after all

I always wondered if Sengoku knew that Garp had taken in Ace back when Ace was a baby or only became aware of Ace's existence once he set sail, got a bounty and Sengoku researched him because he had a D in his name.
Do you think Sengoku would have ordered Ace's execution as a child?

He found out about him after he set sail. It's in the manga.

In this arc, though, he will be responsible for defeating the main antagonistic, it just won't be via a direct fight.
-
Sanji has never consistently gotten a 1v1 across the board:
He fought but didn't defeat Pearl on Baratie
He beat Kuroobi
He didn't fight any Baroque Works agents before Alabasta. He slept through Whiskey Peak, turned into Mr. Prince in Little Garden, and was taken out of the game protecting Luffy and Nami from lapahns on Drum Island
He beat Mr. 2
Teamed up with Luffy and Usopp to beat Satori on Skypiea, then proceeded to get shocked by Enel twice
He beat Jabra
He beat Absalom, although Nami got the last blow in, then helped fight Oars with the rest of the crew
He and Jinbe beat Wadatsumi
He fought Vergo but didn't defeat him
He lost to Doflamingo before leaving Dressrosa 30 chapters into the arc
He and Brook beat SheepsheadSo yeah. More often than not, Sanji has gotten 1v1s in arcs where most if not all the crew gets one.
