lol Karma is such a dick. I love him. Kinda lame that they named a bunch of characters at the beginning and didn't actually use them in the chapter though. Hoping this manga doesn't just focus on a few students throughout.

I've had takoyaki once. It took all my willpower to eat it. Octopi/Squiddy things freak me out so much lol. Tasted good but the texture was horrific for me.
I was actually a bit weirded out by the teacher eating it like that and it being nailed to the desk. shudders

I started to like Karma after he went out of his way to give a scare to the guys who were talking trash about Nagisa. Downright crazy characters are tons of fun, but it's nice when there's more to them than meets the eye.
And that one line about the previous teacher dying made me wonder if the gender was ambiguous in Japanese like it happened with Dadan in One Piece (a lot of scanlators referred to Dadan as a male). That would explain why that dying woman in Koro's flashback asked him to become the new teacher of that class.

That's about where I am. It's only six chapters in and introducing the concept and the classmates. Matsui's created a very linear plot compared to what he did with Neuro, so you've got to imagine that he has a good plan, especially since he's demonstrated his ability to make really weird and clever stories many times before.

I don't find it boring, but it's true that it hasn't deviated much from the cliche GTO style classroom drama… yet.
It's got a wacky premise, and only six chapters in. It can go places after the development stage, and knowing the artist, I'm expecting surprises. -
