Quite impressed about Kaido. He's called the beast and is the strongest creature of the world. Does that mean that he is the strongest living thing overall (creature means living thing -> includes human beeings, animals, cyborgs etc.). So it sounds like he is a beast animal and at the same time the strongest living thing. Impressive.

I wonder what Green bit is. Maybe a Spring themed island which is under Kaidos reign?

I think he might stick to doing buisness with Kaidou, after all so far he's been shown as an underground buisnessman, and resign from the Shichibukai. I really hope that in future we'll witness a war between Kaidou and the Navy, during which Luffy and Law will take advantage of the turmoil and bring Kaidou down.

counting that we know that the marines didn't really take any step further in the new world besides changing the position of marineford,i think that an emperor is a bigger threat.
Jinbe is in the same position as an ex shichibukai,but managed to do fairly well

More awesomeness. It's great seeing the Straw Hats from this angle; no longer a small band of happy go lucky adventurers, but a dangerous threat on the world stage.

It's been a stroke of genius portraying Doflamingo as almost the underdog so far. His previous, smiling killer persona has to be re-evaluated in the light of how dear his crew seem to him and the loyalty running both ways. Baby & Buffalo aren't scared of their boss, they're upset they let him down!
I was unsure what the panel with Buffalo on page6 meant. "Niisoo"? Can anyone explain for me?

More body-horror from law with his severed head trick. Truly interested in their history and why Law's rejected him so strongly. Suspect there's a flashback story coming I'm going to love outright. At the moment his devious politics have the Straw Hats on the offensive with the plan rathwr than the reactionarys they have been.

And Caribou. Caribou, Caribou, Caribou. No idea what's going to happen with him and his new Granny but loving it. Will he get pressed into service with Kaido? Will he run into the strawhats again? Could it still be possible he'll join, because at this point I'm totally down with that.

Is there like a Den-Den Mushi accesories shop? I understand them mimicking there users features (actually that's a lie i don't), but is there a bristling business for Den-Den Mushi customization. If so i gotta, and i seriously mean gotta, the Franky den den mushi does he get into a tiny Franky Shogun if i ever see this my bucket list gets shorter.

On first glance i had a feel that the smoke timer thing Law used broke up the clouds and halted the sky road thing thats why Doflamingo had to stop, but i lack confidence so someone more interesting steal that idea please. Next chapter Law is officially on the Sunny that's gonna be great!

So… ahhhh... crap! This chapter is so unexpected. After this, I can't imagine what the fuck is Law's next step, nor can I know what's Doflamingo gonna do. This is a very interesting turn of events. Kaidou is the frickin target yet it is not that obvious how dethroning DD can get to him. But yeah.. he already said that kidnapping Ceasar is just to cause confusion on the New World. Hell, I am also confused.

I think Kaido is some sort of Lion-man, be it via Zoan fruit or being a Minkman. Oda's making me really excited to see Kaido with the amount of hype he's been giving him in the last few chapters. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets a reveal in the next few chapters (at least I hope he does).

So this is the last chapter of Punk Hazard. What a great arc it was, not a perfect arc but definitely a massive improvement over Fishman Island. Looking forward to the next arc!

No one knew what Croc was doing in Alabasta. That's why he lost his status after his operations were revealed. Same with Kuma. No one knew that Kuma had helped Luffy. No one in the marines know Dofla is working the underground. That's the whole point of him using the alias Joker

As for the rest, their "out in the open" bad deeds don't even compare to what Luffy has done. You think Akainu would allow Luffy to be a warlord under his marine regime?

They had no idea Croc was doing that.
Jinbei's position was one of symbolic coexistance.
Boa's is a standing arrangement. (Also they forgive her because she's beautiful)
I don't think they knew what Moria was doing.
They definitely don't know what Dofla's up to.
After being completely "faithful" to them for years–no cause for suspicion until that one bad week.
This is interesting because we still don't know why they made him into one. It seems like maybe pure determination.

The point being, they enlisted fearsome pirates, but ones that weren't directly opposing the World Government. Let us not forget that Luffy flat out declared war against them back in Enies Lobby. Add that to everything at the war, and yes, you have a fearsome pirate that most others would fear, but at the same time you've got a man who, now that he is active again, is probably one of the most wanted men in the world, even if his bounty doesn't reflect it.
(This is one of the reasons I'm hoping that we get an around the world chapter soon--we haven't really gotten to see the higher ups reaction to the Straw Hats return.)

Plus, I'm pretty sure Akainu would try to kill him on sight.

I´m glad that this part has basically been translated the same this time. I think there will be a lot of predictions and theories about Kaidou so having similar translations is a good thing.

That being said, "creature" for me doesn´t sound cyborg-like (plus we already have Pacifistas and Franky) but rather animal-like (with the smile zoans and all). I´ve posted it in the last chapter discussion (yesterday), but a mythical zoan "Chimera" would fit as a "creature".

If I remember correctly, we´ve had at least 3 of those in PH:
1. "Centaurs",
2. Satyrs and
3. a Harpy.

Looking at the list, the only other creature that strikes me as widely known (and wasn´t used yet) is Chimera. Would make an appropriate mythical zoan in the future, for Kaido even, unless he´s just that…a lion.

Hope to see some sort of "what next?" chat between SH/Law/Smoker tomorrow and goodbyes, unless certain 1-2 characters crash the party.

Hmm? I don't know what you're talking about with the Japanese underworld (not to say you're wrong- I'm just ignorant). The kanji that Doflamingo uses is literally "Road of the Sky" (空の道 = Sora no Michi). Not Ten no Michi (天の道). The thing about the underworld- which kanji does that use? Do you have a link to something with an explanation of it as a mafia term? Because from what you're saying, it seems like that might be the case. Like… it had nothing to do with him flying, but it was just him remarking to himself about Law + SHs managing to screw up his business.

EDIT: Actually, I'm nearly convinced you're right, although I'd still like a source before editing my script. It fits with the tone and wording of the dialogue. And that would be a ridiculous coincidence for his magical flying power to run out exactly where the life raft was.

Have no worries, mate, all shall be well. We've seen in the past few chapters that try as he might, Law can't hijack the series, Luffy's gonna keep on being himself doing things at his own pace, and when the time comes to finish of Kaido (probably in about 2 years mind you) it won't be a joint effort, it'll be decidedly Luffy that beats him.

I mean, Law is the first "official" ally of the many Luffy will have by the time the series reaches the final arc–the war that will make Marineford look tiny--he has to be thoroughly developed, and he has to be proven. This is Law earning his.

Think of it like how each of the individual Straw Hats dominated a certain arc. That's all that's going on with Law.

I think that we got answear (not clear but still kinda an answear) how was Donflamingo able to 'fly'. I'm just curious how it works exacly. What happens when someone destroys it? He falls? Doesn't seem to be a case and it would be far too dangerous since Donfla is DF user so he could fall and drawn…. Must be some kind of fail-safe so that doesnt happen xD.
