I think that the silhouette figure is MONKEY D Dragon. Well, I wonder what purpose does Kuzan have on Punk Hazard. (Remember the silhouette figure saying, " which was was Punk Hazard again". Since we are clear on the person's destination, now we all need to find the motive: Why go to PH?
Well, my theory is based the fact that Dragon may want ensure that Luffy and Robin are safe.Since , Robin was with the revolutionaries, Dragon could have taken the responsibility to ensure her if she is safe in the new world. Well, this is just a half-baked theory that I came up with and it could well be proven wrong!

its a possiblity since we just saw a shadow, but dragon is the most wanted man, i doubt he sleeps somewhere in the middle of the new world, he is always in hiding and if he really wanted to ensure luffy's safety everytime, he shouldve come to the marineford war and layeth the smacketh down on everyone's candy asses.

it doesnt matter where they are since most people think dragon is the wind-man.

I know this is unlikely, but I want Kaido to be a dwarf… What we've seen from his silhouettes he looks like human. He could be around Luffy's heigh, but with weird proportions, huge head, small legs and have a hammer as a weapon. Also dwarves are known for their high intellect, so he could me making cyborgs too. Imagine an army of zoan df-users, cyborgs and dwarves. And he would have lion zoan df (Kaido of the hundred beasts)

But I want him to be some animal type that is often overlooked by people but is really tough in the natrual world.

Well, these past two chapters were just amazing..!
I took a break and re-read from Skypiea onward (took a little over a week of almost constant reading) and it just made this whole arc even better.

I've been waiting for the party/end of arc chapters and they really did exceed my expectations. The crew interaction with the Marines, and to top if off…that first panel of the heads on the raft felt like it was right out of a horror movie..Baby-5's facial expression almost gave me a heart attack..

I'm not entirely sure that's an important detail. I kinda want it to be though, because then Kuma might show up and be like "BACK DEMON BACK! THE POWER OF ENEL COMPELS YOU".

why did i suddenly got this feeling that the brokers (except kidd and killer and tamago and pekoms) are kaidou's division commanders? and all of them will play a role in the upcoming war against our protagonists???

because all of them must have been shown for a reason or relevance to the next arc (or in this saga)

just imagine a war between these guys:

1. kaidou and doflamingo + crew (and brokers) VS strawhats/heart pirates/kinemon (kidd, apoo, hawkins, drake alliance.)

or

2. kaidou + brokers VS doflamingo + crew VS strawhats/law alliance.

i have this feeling that ALL of the guys shown in punk hazard will appear right at the climax of the saga.
maybe even the mystery guy and smoker.

Who's to say that the impending war will only involve one Yonkou? Luffy's pissed off both Kaidou and Big Mom enough to the point where both of them might be more than willing to pursue him, eventually colliding with one-another.

it would be so epic if it became an all-out 3 sided war. and luffy got all of the supernovas in his side. plus the story moves forward quickly all of a sudden.

this saga is called "the supernova saga" right?

EDIT: in fact, this saga might turn out to be the longest one ever, and would tie all the questions of the new world, except shanks, blackbeard, dragon, void history, ancient weapons and one piece.

but this might basically answer almost everything. if my assumption that all supernovas will be involved in this.

–- the true motives and personalities behind gorousei. (since its possible and speculated that they got connection with flamingo and bonney)
--- drake X and what he saw in the marines.
--- big mom, kaidou which are the targets of most supernovas.
--- vegapunk, kizaru, sentomarou (science division---connected to ceasar clown) akainu and aokiji's involvement.

If so I can't wait for the interaction between the SH and the hostage Caesar Clown. It will be even more interesting if CC remains a hostage as the SH explore another island. Last time we had Caribou as a hostage and they completely neglected him and he escaped. I'm sure Law will be keeping a tight leash on CC throughout the next arc.

I hope he won't be a lion minkman … we already saw Pekoms. But lions may be the 'top predator' (more on that later) like sharks are in the fishmen/mermen...look how many we've seen of those, except the squid fishman & ocotpus merman, rest of the NFP officers were sharks of some sort, heck strongest prince merman was a shark.

Lions are often pictured as the top land predators, rivaled by only bears in used as strong aggressive animal images of hearaldry for rulers. going a bit off tanget here but not far its still about llions. Funny thing is that male lions are not the main hunters, the females are.
IF (and I doubt it) Kaido was a lion minkman, Its a good thing its the lion used for rulers for if Oda decided to use the cat species that is the best hunter then the Lion is out as it has a limited prey base. Even cheetahs have a larger prey base though not by much. Think both are less than 10 species they prey on.
It would be hilarious if Kaido was the cat species that has the biggest prey base….

He already received a 100 million bounty raise after the war, and is one pacifista enough to warrant a raise? I don't think so, but we'll see.

That depends on how much Smoker is going to reveal about the PH incidents involving the Mugiwara crew. After all he was the only honest marine there- not counting Vergo for obvious reasons- and I don't know what he would accuse Luffy and co of. Maybe for kidnapping the children (as Usopp mentioned "taking the blame for it as usual")? Or for capturing Caesar?

I think we can be fairly confident that the government really did see the broadcast.
They have some men in the New World obviously, and they should have a TV screen as well.
I doubt only pirates saw the whole thing.

So if we can say that they probably saw it, then what did they see that could cause a bounty rise?
Well, they saw the island nearly getting destroyed by a gigantic poison monster who exploded into gas, which the Straw Hats all managed to survive.
I'm not sure what the world saw but I'm fairly positive they saw Luffy take out Ceasar. I dont think Zoro vs Monet was broadcasted so I dont think they have much of a reason to raise his bounty, unless they find that out in a different way.
Uuuhhh aside from that I really wouldnt know who would deserve a raise and what for. Cant be arsed to check right now.
Just wanted to say that i would expect the gov. to have seen it.
