… how on earth is Sanji using haki on that page?
Do you see Nami somewhere in it and still he sensed her heart screaming
-
Do you see Nami somewhere in it and still he sensed her heart screaming
That's because he's a pervert.
-
I said it last week and I'll say it again. I think Punk Hazard used to be Elbaf.
Dorry and Broggy talked about Elbaf as if that island is still in good condition, and Kashi and Oimo were last seen leaving Water 7 and going back there, so it can't be.
-
@The:
That's because he's a pervert.
Yeah he even wants to make love with Caribou. But whatever
-
It's probably just a gag.
-
Do you see Nami somewhere in it and still he sensed her heart screaming
I think that was more for comedic effect, the entirety of the monster trio have shown haki before. It's not a new thing.
-
It's probably just a gag.
But if Zoro would do it, it would be dead serious. But yeah probably a gag like the Caribou sensing
-
… how on earth is Sanji using haki on that page?
I guess cause he said that he noticed "Nami's heart scream out" but it could just be an improved pervert skill he has developed
-
Do you see Nami somewhere in it and still he sensed her heart screaming
I figured that was just his cheesy reply to her screaming on the page before. Iunno. shrugs
-
Tashigi seemed to took it better.
Then again, I'd totally do the same as the G-5 crooks:D
I think since Smoker and Tashigi have dealt with the Strawhats before…nothing really fazes them anymore when it concerns them...
And was it just me or did Smoker just turn into a woman in that one panel for a split second?
-
Awesome chapter… Law is bad-ass and so is Smoker!
Last page is epic!
BTW
Sanji confirmed haki user now or people still doubt it?Oh god
You are so silly -
Calling it: the 100 hearts that Law sent to the marines HQ were the hearts of the frozen prisoners' corpses.
-
WTF, Law, WTF.
Now this is getting interesting.Haha I wished Law had used his middle finger instead, but his new upgrade in powers is epic. Does "tact" mean anything really? And lol at Smoker telling Law he will be disassembled. Either way looks like Law was doing a big no no on the island and doesn't want the marines to know. If Smoker gets away Law might lose his shibukai position fairly quickly.
Actually, I think he was talking about his non-logia subordinates. They should get back so they don't get disasembled.

What a chaotic chapter.
-
Just annoyed that there is never any kind of conversation, just simply oh no marines run like hell…
jesus christ tell them, these kids were taken here, do you know anything about it smoker?!
-
do you know anything about it smoker?!
Smoker is the black sheep of the Marines, no one tells him nothin'.
-
I never realised Chopper's Kung Fu Point was this… big.
Also, Law seems really overpowered now if he can change the laws of physics (pun intended) in his "Room"... We'll see where this goes.
@Kishi; dude, that's Sanji's typical boob-obsession turned to comic relief as it's done A LOT... I don't really care whether or not he has Haki at this point but nothing, nothing is CONFIRMED yet, just several indications. This isn't one of'em.
-
Glad to see Brook still hasn't given up on his violin. I was worried that he would be going all Guitar Hero ever since the end of the timeskip.
-
My prediction so far:
- Punk Hazard was a Mystical Animal island that was subject to poison by Vegapunk's experiments.
- The level 6 convicts escaped to Punk Hazard at some point, Ao Kiji and Akainu pursued, Ao Kiji froze the convicts and then proceeded to butt heads with Akainu.
- For whatever reason Trafalgar Law has joined the Shichibukai, its definitely not pro Marines whatsoever.
- The masked Satyrs are either not in league with Trafalgar Law, or the gas-figure we've seen in previous chapters is working with Law while keeping secrets from him. (For instance the capturing of part of the Straw Hat pirate crew.)
- I highly doubt that the 99 hearts Law captured were from the frozen bodies.
- The kids are from Elbaf in some way or another. As to why Elbafian kids and Samurai boys are being abducted, I have no idea.
-
I can't express the awesomeness of this chapter in words. Oooh, hooo, hooo it was so cool! ;_; Though honestly, all that might've been missing at FI is made up for. And it's so beautiful… a tear rolls down kage's left cheek and roses started to bloom
-
Why do you think so? Just curious, because at the moment, I see nothing that suggests so.
Evidence is thin right now, but I'm basing it on a few things:
1. http://www.mangahere.com/manga/one_piece/v59/c655/14.html The skull looks a lot like the mark of the Giant Warrior Pirate crew minus the crossed swords. (I can't remember the chapter the mark appeared in, it's on the wiki I believe.)
2. Giant skull seen upon entering.
3. (I don't really like to base an assumption on this, but) "Elbaf" reversed is "fablE". We've seen giant remains, dragons, centaurs, a harpy, giant children, and satyrs up to this point.
4. The Boss shadow is a giant with a horned Elbaf-giant style helmet
5. The frozen bodies in this chapter are huge and the braids of the one giants suggest the same Elbaf-style.
6. The giants of Elbaf we've met or seen so far have been long removed from Elbaf. Dorry and Brogy by 52 years. Kashi and Oimo by 10 years. We've also had no confirmation of Elbaf's current existance (or destruction to be fair).
7. Kashi and Oimo were seen departing for Elbaf, but we haven't seen them arrive. They didn't get a cover story. Coincidence? What do you think?

Hmm, Smoker is pretty strong, I'd say Sanji and the others have good reason to run away. I'm sure this is going to be brought up considering it's still, you know, Smoker, one of the few reasonable marines.
-
Chopper can bust the door open, is he stronger than Sanji now?!
(just to post stupidity so no one else will. I hope NO ONE on here takes this seriously and we can bury the Franky/Sanji/Door argument forever.)
-

might… but if you consider that aokiji was the one to froze the place, it is unlikely... though possible (and the only explanation so far)...
-
Huh, Law seemed to get more pissed off as the chapter went on.
Poor guy, nobody tells him anything. -
So, wait, was Law the doctor trying to cure these kids?
-
I think since Smoker and Tashigi have dealt with the Strawhats before…nothing really fazes them anymore when it concerns them...
I guess you're right.
I still find those marines hilarious though. They just can't handle the craziness.
[hide]Next chapter's title will be "Uncle Lacroix comes to Punk Hazard in search of Marine HQ Admiral John Giant's son".[/hide]

Never noticed the bolded part. It's so obvious that it's stupid and ingenious at the same time!

To be honest, I can't really prove you wrong, but I still think it's not Elbaf.
The boss doesn't seem that big to me. Half the size of a giant maybe, and isn't he supposed to be a centaur?
The frozen guys have all kinds of sizes. There are giants there, but not all of them. They also look like prisoners–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Oh god what yes please
Just wait and see!
-
Amazing chapter. I am still laughing of Law "I am alone here mob storms in and vanishes just after … dafuq was that?"
And I just thought of something, alghouth I don't know if it fits but... what if Master is actually Aokiji in a frozen air form? I don't think their personalities fit, though, and if Aokiji had some speech patern it probably doesn't as well, but... but... well, nothing, forget it.
-
My time for wildly unbased theory…The Gas guy is Law's old teacher and Law is there to find out what his wily old master is up to. Then when he finds that his master is crazier than he thought will team upwith the Strawhats to take him down along with the help of the Samurai and the Centaur people...
-
One Piece keeps blowing my mind each week. I'm a little sad that we didn't see any Luffy in this chapter though.
-
About the facility … In the last chapter, it seems like it belongs to the Gas Master. And now that facility leads Nami group to Law (@ the door). With Law saying that nobody else is around, I think he is trying to hide something or is involved with the Gas Master.
-
Flying Elephants!
One Piece is still amazing and weird. Law is still a poser and a show off. Chopper is still a tanuki.
But Franky is a tank now, so everything is irrelevant.
-
Found Lola's mom lol.
Poor Lola…

they should be yeah. one of the main reasons, samurai was cut up by law but was stored in the same place as SH prisoners
-
Oh god, what was this chapter? It was so awesome, yet… What? ;n;
I read it twice, even…
Law Vs. Smoker. Fight of the year, all years!@ King Cannon: It's not Lola's mom.
It's Dadan! -
So who can explain to me what's up with Law's powers?
-

The frozen guys have all kinds of sizes. There are giants there, but not all of them. They also look like prisonersUh-huh, good points. The boss doesn't seem to be a centaur based on his size. Starting from the first centaur yelling to him, I'd think "centaur", but seeing the silhouette points to "giant" for me. About the sizes of the frozen bodies, I want to agree with you. Being prisoners seems very likely, but Oda is also inconsistent when in comes to sizes. He could have taken some artistic liberties to show the creepy frozen faces.
It might not be Elbaf the island, but I think there's at least a connection to it and its inhabitants.

^
^He creates a room. Inside that room, logic is his bitch.Btw, this chapter show that he can create a room away from his body. So far I always though his own body would be the center of the room.
-
So who can explain to me what's up with Law's powers?
I can try… All I'm guessing is that in these 'rooms' there is an area of non-physics, such as the levitation and cutting things up. Or something…
-
Calling it: the 100 hearts that Law sent to the marines HQ were the hearts of the frozen prisoners' corpses.
I thought the same. Law probably captured 100 ID' prisoners and sent their hearts to the WG to prove it and so to obtain the shichibukai title. Well, it doesn't need to be exactly 100 ID' prisoners, but capturing some of them would help.
It seems like Law and Master are sharing the same place, but I still don't think they are working togheter for the same goal. Maybe Law doesn't even know about this Master person and the PH' staff is just helping him to not be killed.
Anyway, I just want to see the part where everyone shows up animated. It can be glorious in the anime. -

he's in the room when he makes it.
-
Law's fruit is the Heya-Heya no mi, everything within the room becomes a "Toy" that law can manipulate at will.
That's why he can "shamble" it, flip it up, switch them etc… Within the room he manipulates all objects, can disassemble and reassemble like Lego. -
lolzzzzz
The expression of 'shock' that Law gave us was just priceless… haha!
All of he's efforts to keep marines off the place shattered utterly in one-go!Law's fruit is the Heya-Heya no mi, everything within the room becomes a "Toy" that law can manipulate at will.
huh? where did you get that?
source plz -
So who can explain to me what's up with Law's powers?
from what we have seen, he can create "Room" and then he can Replace stuff.. like when he switched bepo with jean bart and marine heads with barrels and such.. that`s what we know.. but he still have his sword which was strong enough to cut the samurai :o
-
they should be yeah. one of the main reasons, samurai was cut up by law but was stored in the same place as SH prisoners
Definitely, thanks for the info … i didnt think of that.

's what I thought and said before, so the laws of physics don't apply anymore - hope Oda manages this ability well in a serious fight since it is extremely hax… I was alright with him swapping whatever part is in it, which already was extreme. Now being able to change gravity upside down and who-know-what-else... not sure how I feel about that yet. I'll wait until it's used more to form an opinion.

But we've seen him levitate stuff in the room this chapter. If it was only "switch/replacing" things, I'd be fine with it. Oh well, waiting for a proper explanation.
