About Jack identity, there are a lot of theories that see him as being Morgan…after this chapter i'm starting to believe so as well

I just can't see Morgan being threatening enough to be such a big villain. He wasn't even defeated by Luffy, but by Zoro. In one single strike.

The characters seem pretty similar and we saw that Jack has iron on his face similar to what Morgan had, so I don't want to rule it out. But I can hardly imagine a Marine like Morgan having gone on to eat a devil fruit, enter the New World and serve under Kaido.

That's true, his power level was incredibly low and even considering the 2 years time skip it's not enough time to develop the necessary strength to be one of the "3 calamities" of Kaidou pirates…it could be hard to explain and justify this, but Oda never ceases to surprise us...

I think it could be possible for someone to climb to a high strength in a certain amount of time. In this series, will and motivation are what allows those to come far, as we've seen with many characters. Not on board with Morgan being Jack, but I think even a villain from the beginning could become a force to be reckoned with if they suddenly had a leap in motivation and will to shoot for the stars.

Why haki appears to be "black" and why it allows to bypass DF abilities? What is Sanji's Diable Jamble? Did Zoro and Sanji really learn haki already before timeskip?

Let me give out a single clue I have in my mind, which to me serves as an answer which connects those dots.
In terms of color in real life black appears black because it neither reflect nor emit a light, which is why it don't make much sense that CoA haki appears black in the manga, when it should symbolize compression of energy and hence emit more light instead. Neither I see how it would make sense that compressing more energy would allow someone to bypass DF powers.
The key is - CoA appears to be black because the core of the technique is not exactly compressing energy itself, but slightly different concept from that. Remember that Rayleigh described CoA as invisible armor and he interpreted it as defensive power, not as plain compression of raw power. So my guess is this - the core of CoA is creating an "armor", or in simpler term to understand, it's a "barrier". If my guess is right then CoA in essence is a barrier/shield/armor/or whatever you wanna call it, whose core property is to block flow of energy, rather it beign compressed energy itself. As result it shields against DF powers and allows to touch logias against whose plain physical attacks would be just bypassed.

So why it appears to be black after timeskip? I assume that Oda draws it black not just to make it just comprehensive whenever someone uses CoA, but to actually represent how haki actually is visible to actual CoO users. If I assume that CoA is a way to block off energy then it explains why it appears black to someone using CoO. In other words, if someone uses CoA then it's not just some increase of power what CoO user can read, but it instead it actually blocks off their energy, which would imply that CoA can counter CoO rather than other way around.

So next question, what is Sanji's DJ? I think that instead of CoA that it's a massive and uncontrolled burst of energy coming from Sanji, no armor(CoA) applied to it. That's the conventional way of using energy like in DBZ, except normal characters would probably run out of energy if they let it flow out like that. In other words, Sanji's DJ is opposite to CoA, although it's still undeniably life energy flowing out from him, not a friction like Oda made us think from SBS.

As for Zoro and Sanji learning haki before timeskip, I believe that they were just in process of learning how to use their energy as fighters whose don't have DF abilities. It's different with Luffy, because in case of Luffy he always focused on working on his DF power pre-timeskip, however Zoro and Sanji don't have DF abilities and they had to take alternative ways of improving. To me it wouldn't be suprising at all if they at least got some ball rolling in departament of reading and using energy, whenever consciously or unconsciously. However I think that CoA and CoO are terms used to describe a certain level of mastery over the power known as haki, so in my opinion Zoro and Sanji defnietly made progress, but just not to point where one of them awakened actual mastery of any of those forms of haki.

I was having a little think about the whole issue of the Straw Hats' dreams and when they will all be fulfilled. A few will be fulfilled upon reaching Raftel (Luffy's, Franky's, Robin's), or soon after (Brook's), or a few that are debatable (Zoro's, Chopper's, Sanji's), or which we may not even see within the story, perhaps in some epilogue (Nami's). For some reason I always imagined Zoro's dream to be fulfilled somewhere during the New World. But a while ago I wondered: wouldn't it be much more logical if everyone's dreams followed that of Luffy's - or, in the case of Franky and Robin, at the same time as him. I would find it awkward if one or two people had already fulfilled their dream while they are still sailing over the New World. So now I imagine Zoro to fulfil his dream somewhere in the final war. Not sure what other people's thoughts on this are?

I have left out one crew member so far: Usopp. He seems a little problematic in here. Unless the Straw Hats will first sail over the New World and then later come back to it to go to Elbaf, Usopp will have visited Elbaf before we reach Raftel. So how would he fit in here, if it is logical for everyone to only follow shortly (or in Nami's case perhaps not so shortly) after Luffy's dream is complete? What I am thinking is this. I feel like a lot of people have come to see Elbaf as the point where Usopp's dream will be fulfilled. He will have seen the land he always wanted to see and he will consider himself a great man of the sea. But Elbaf was never concretely specified to be the point at which he would think that. His dream is probably the most vague of all. I imagine that Elbaf will be a landmark on his quest, but not the goal. I can really envision a scene at the end of or right after Elbaf where Luffy and Usopp are talking and Usopp says something along the lines of "I may have been to Elbaf now, but I won't consider myself a great man of the sea until I have accompanied you all the way to the end of the Grand Line". I imagine that would be a strong moment.

With this view, Usopp would also have finished his dream along with Luffy, Franky and Robin, and then everybody else will fulfil their dreams shortly afterwards. Except for Nami.

Lately with Oda showing DF superiority and similar powers its even more likely that he will reveal even more "similar" DF powers later on.

Vergo certainly is not dead and if Jack managed to sink 2 ships out of 4 that made convoy for Doffy then it means at least part of crew gotten free(I guess).
Maybe we will see some Doflamingo pirates remnants during incomming arcs- Dellinger certainly gotten a lot of build up and in time he could become
really strong Pirate if at age of 16 he is such beast.

It would be really cool to see older, adult, stronger Dellinger later on in the story.

It's pretty obvious that Kaidou will go down after this arc (=Zou + Wa No Kuni). So which enemies will be left? If you look for the most important ones, there are only 3 left: Big Mom, Sakazuki and Teach.

I like the theory that Big Mom is just Lola's mom. After all the preperation and teasing for a fight against Big Mom (on FI and the Swirlyhats' encounter) it would be so 'Oda' if Big Mom would become an ally out of nowhere after Nami reveals her friendship to Lola and Big Mom's Vivre Card. Ruffy still needs more strong allies for the epic last final fight. Luffy's current 5600-armada is pretty impressive hands down, but come on, we are talking about the biggest fight of OP-history, so Ruffy needs definitely more epic comrades for that fight against f*cking Marshall D Teach!

So. The two remaining opponents are Teach and Sakazuki. Both have to go down in the very last arc, anything else would be just anticlimatic.

The most important islands that need a visit are…or is Elbaf? Which could be the first island for the final arc just like Zou is now the prologue-island for the Kaidou arc.

What about the Revolutioneries? I am pretty sure Blackbeard will destroy them, he has to win the clash against them, since he is the main antagonist of One Piece. After the Kaidou arc, world news spreading that the Revolutionary Army with Dragon and Sabo are no more would be a perfect kickstart for the last final arc, giving Luffy a damn good reason more to finally finally finally kick Blackbeard's ass.

Stuff like Vegapunk, Lost Century, origins of Devil Fruits and so on could be handled within the final arc maybe.

All of that doesn't sound thaaaaaaat bullshit, huh? 2 more years for Kaidou arc, and 2-3 more years for the very last arc? It would also sort of fit into Oda saying in 2010 (?) that OP reached half of it's story. And when you look at the first chapters of Zou or at Dressrosa in total, it really feels like Oda is not rushing at all, as if he know that there is no real need to rush anymore since they are only 2 arcs left.

It's really not that cut and dried.

Kaido is already tied into the KHA Alliance, Drake, broker and Wano storylines.

Add to that probable exposition of his and Moriah's pasts.

Add that to his growing vendetta with the SHs and Law.

We also have the ancient weapons, specifically Poseidon to be added shortly, once Caribou tries to save his own skin by providing valuable information.

That then brings in Fishman Island, the prophecy that Luffy will destroy it, Big Mom's role as protector and her beef with Luffy…

That's just off the top of my head.

You can't just say Kaido will obviously go down by the end of the Wano arc.

There's a lot of stuff to be addressed before that will even get close to happening.

It would be very Oda for Big Mom to become an ally, yeah, maybe after a post-defeat reveal.

It would not be very Oda, however, to build a feud for a number of years for it to then be resolved in such anticlimactic fashion.

Have you seen Blackbeard's record?

He wasn't even given carte blanche to beat a prison warden on his first try, I would not be so certain that his status as main antagonist guarantees victory in this regard.

Especially when there's still so much to explore when it comes to the revolutionaries.

Why the grill disappears- Perhaps same reason as other zoans or logias clothing disaapear when they fully transform,
I've always saw it was they see it as part of their human appearance= things like clothing and accessories (or even backpacks on logias) just 'go away' when they fully transform and return as the person turns to normal form.
That is as long as the forms are quite different from normal form, like Kaku's human form and fully giraffe form. The transitional forms don't count as they are 'part-human'.
Why does Chopper's clothes stays with him not matter his form, unlike other zoans? Because he's not like other zoans who are human that turns into animals but their 'normal mode' is human, Chopper's an animal and the DF made his transitional (part-human, part-animal) form his 'normal mode'.

So maybe the grill isn't a replacement for Jack's jaw but an accessory. and that's why it disappears.

About the 'Weevil hair'. It's braids, its not unique. Its actually looks like a Viking or barbarian style to me. Sort of fitting as when I saw the Pleasures, I was reminded of Berserkers of Viking lore. (Not due to hair style but clothing and weapons waving about and eager to fight)

But's that's incorrect; Oda has always had the clothing stretch to fit when the zoan users transform to any mode, no matter how different from humans they are (look at Kaku when he first tried out his fruit (chapter 401), what we've seen of Drake (509), the only time Lucci was full leopard (422) or Dalton when he first showed his (135), which are all the full-animal form) or he has them remove clothing before transforming (like throwing their shirt off). Chopper is not an exception to the rule, he's part of it. Otherwise it's a drawing mistake on his part.

With logias, he has their clothing act like a natural part of their body and transform with them (Akainu's pants don't burn off when he becomes lava and Croc's hook becomes sand like the rest of him).

Even with what little we saw of Jack's human form in chapter 809, you can see the spiked fur coat (it's not hair and horns) we saw on the back of his mammoth form (and I feel like no reason adding this than just because, it also should noted he doesn't have pants or a shirt on either, so yeah, Jack is mostly naked). I don't know why he doesn't have the jaw thing as a mammoth as well, but again, that's not how Oda does things. Either it's a mistake on his part, or we're misreading what it is, and when he fully reveals it, it might make sense.

could sanji have actually left Zoa on behalf of Gin Rummy( she used his stupid weakness to get the upperhand, from their respective crews since we saw sanji take out arguably their top dog in absence of Jack) in similar fashion to Dressorosa's Viola, but this time Gin did not immitate viola in the end result, but somehow got out of his sticky reason, im hoping that his way out has absolutely anything to do with cross dressing and transvesite idiocy, sanji then could be in major trouble with some high rankers from the beast pirates, mabe introduce the two other calamities and manage to do enough damge( not to the calamities)while escaping and o. his journey back to his crew ended up running or flying into and defending himself and indirectly his captain from Weevil and his mom.

Just think about it, the dude is a Yonkou's right hand man, at least on par with an Admiral, and wherever he goes he causes destruction. Just look at what he did to the mountain bandits in the very first chapter. Sure, they were weaklings compared to what we see today, but you can't say that it wasn't a clue.

I had a dream about One Piece last night, and I had a theory that I found interesting enough to create an account to post. Hopefully I am not repeating someone else's theory.

I think that Jacks body was not found because he went down under water and ended up on fish man island. Now he is there crucifying Mermen, maybe Shirihoshi and her family. Sanji might have went there to save them, and took Caesar with him in case there were gas weapons. This leads to Luffy going back and destroying the island.

you have not a clear idea of how onepiece world geography is..we are miles away from the red line at the moment,and fishman island is located exactly below that
also,he is a devil fruit user..he would have drowned before reaching the island

Well the marines were sailing away from Dressrosa toward Impel Down or the Gates of Justice. Dressrosa is fairly close to Punk Hazard, like a days travel. Punk hazard was right beside the red line. I am fairly sure we could see both the island and the red line when the straw hats rose.

Also we do not know the capabilities of Jacks ship. He could have been picked up underwater. He had to have been picked up somewhere if he survived, and obviously it was not in sight of the marines.

Possibly he could have even been hit by a gravity technique and shot underwater.

It wasn't 'right beside the red line', remember that the crew got caught in the Whitestrom and it took them far off. They weren't near the first three islands that the new log pose was pointing at.

The Whitestrom is an underwater whirlpool that if a ship gets caught up in it, it will 'take them far away', as Robin said in ch. 654

It was near Punk Hazard where we knew it doesn't have magnetic field but they were so far off track that none of the needles were usable. From there We can assume Law had a eternal log pose to Dressrosa so to find it, then they has the verve card to one of Law's crew to find Zou.

That's cool but also way too useful. The other Wano swordsman have fruits that are kindas rubbish in how they're used so I'm guessing Raizou has something like an onomatapeia fruit. Something animal based would suit the arc theme though.
