It's sad. The more I wait on Perona (seriously. 1 and a half weeks for EMS is ridiculous) the more I realize that I really don't want her. So I think I might just cut my losses and sell her for whatever I can. if she IS in customs it means I'll have paid about £100 for her which is probably the same amount I paid for Neo Robin, Nami and Chopper a few years back. here is my point, firstly, we all know japanese version is more

expensive than hk version.

secondly, play aisa is always very strict on labelling the version of

the product, for example, pvc figures, games.

you won't label a xbox japanese game that is japanese version as PAL

version, agree??

thirdly, every figures i purchased from PA in the past, are always

japanese version, never hk version, not a single chance. That's why you

got a good reputation...people buy from you are because you can get

japanese version.

comes from Japan. They are the Japanese version. In fact, the sticker can

Yeah it was weird. But my Shiki came with Golden Sticker. Because I got him and Shanks the other day and checked the sticker on Shanks. Was Silver. Later checked Shiki and his was gold.

all the figures are made in china, factories are in china.
i have no problem with that.

when they produce the products, in this case, WCF,
if the item is selling in japan, they put gold sticker with japanese text and ship to japan. We call this japanese version, they are more valuable.
if the item is going to sell in hk, tw…or whatever the asia country is, they put the silver sticker with english text, and ship to the asia country.
They are still authentic, licensed by toei, distributed in asia country. We call it hk version, tw version...or whatever it is.

my point is, you cannot sell a figure that is hk version, but advertised as japanese version, that is a lie.
Do you get what I mean?? if your 2nd batch is hk version, you need to change your description at least.
so when the customer place the order, they know the item is hk version.

Japanese verision is definately gold sticker. I've never seen a Japanese version wcf with a silver sticker. I've seen Vol.0 selling on yahoo auction with silver sticker and green print with English writing and the seller says they are shipped from Taiwan. They rarely sell even when the price is a bit lower than Japanese domestic auction. Maybe it's the ¥1500 ems shipping that turns people off, maybe because Japanese consider the gold sticker version to be of superior quality.

Thats why I have always been VERY reluctant about buying from play-asia…I have heard SO many bad things form them...and the fact that I know where their office is and how they operate does not help also.

They operate 3 different companies from the same warehouse...most likely..you were screwed by shipping..

Got my bootleg DX Ace this week. Actually it's not technically a bootleg I think. The quality is very good and it looks like the factory has just pumped out a few extras from the mold and painted them a bit crappily. The box is what gave it away the most. Excellent printing and cardboard quality but there is a re-scan pattern on the box art plus the TOEI sticker reads in Japanese TOEI animeshyoso instead of animesnyon. They messed up one of the katakana. Easy enough to do, I've done it myself tons of times. SO and N look very similar.

It's the left one. I got one from PA just like that and asked to return it. They fought me on it but finally agreed. I even had to pay my own shipping back. Luckily, I already had the authentic one. I just liked Ace Dx so much that I wanted another just in case he fell over and broke. It turned out be be a bad idea.

i had the exact same issue with an ebay seller for my nami cb, i ask him ufront is it hk or jp, and he said jp and when i opened the item it has hk i mean why would you do that. It looks the same but they assure me it was something and they delivered another.

And i was naive enough not to ask for a refund but reading about this in here i believe i should have ask to switch items.

I don't think they are lying, I think they are just not aware of the difference.
I hate the fact that the price of the Japanese sticker is higher. It's like nationalism among merchandise.
If I had different versiosn of POPs or WFC for sale I'd never take more money for the golden ones. Like I said, it's stupid. There's no difference. All people who add up to that should be ashamed.

Just explain the difference to P-A. There's no need to be angry at all.
If you go on about sickers I'll start the show on "?????????????????".
