Disc 1 #1-12 and D2 #1, #32-33 are from the 2013 New World Collection release. D1 #29-33 are from Zou
Disc 2 #2-17 are from 3D2Y special. #18-22 is Foxy special and #23-31 seems to be from the Heart of Gold special
So only Disc 1 #13-28 are the actual Dressrosa tracks -
I think One Piece's soundtrack is spectacular. One of the only things Toei does right when it comes to their Anime in general is their musical score.

Preview ~We Go! ver.~So the first disc has music from the TV anime, the second all the stuff from the specials. As the Heart of Gold special obviously hasn't aired yet I can only guess at some of the context, but it seems like the "Heart of Gold" might be literal, since the titles suggest some "Jonah and the Whale" type shenanigans occurring. Anyway, even discounting the previously-released tracks, that's a lot of new music!

Looks like we can't download Film Gold OST yet but the intro song (over 10 minutes long) is available to purchase now: https://itunes.apple.com/jp/album/gold-jive-silver-ocean-from/id1131166139 So for the first time ever we have a soundtrack with nothing from Tanaka Kohei? (3D: Straw Hat Chase doesn't count.) I was disappointed at first but it really sounds like a great soundtrack, one track in particular sounds a lot like the Blade theme (29). Contains a lot of variation, a lot more atmospheric, many tracks with both jazzy brass and many with electronic beats and chimes. Also note that Film Gold is on the Virgin/Universal label, Film Z was on Sony. Most soundtracks previous were on Avex which is the main reason why Film Gold/Z OST won't be heard in the television series.

It looks like the new release covered everything on your list! Only the Gramophone, Diamante, and Kanjuro pieces weren't included; I think these were just stock music that Toei had in the studio. Tracks 2 and 3 of 3D2Y on your list are actually the same piece, as are track 4 and Femme Fatale. Interestingly, Femme Fatale/4 are an instrumental arrangement of Nami's character song from the Rookies Log Collection CD. Anyway, thanks so much for documenting all these tracks for so long!

Thanks a ton for sharing. I think this set is the best single OST addition we've had. I pretty much like every single track in some way, and I think my favorite has to be "Luffy Victorious", which starts out really strong but then became amazing once I recognized Luffy's venerable leitmotif in there. It's quite funny how much more grand and symphonic the music style's gotten since the timeskip - just compare "Gear Fourth" to something like, I dunno, the second part of "Gum Gum Bazooka!" and it's hard to believe that they were composed for the same show.
I haven't listened to any of the Gold previews yet, but holy cow, there's almost sixty tracks on there! That's the single largest movie OST we've gotten, bumping Movie 5, which had over forty, down to second place. I think that's as much as all four of the old Music Collections combined.

Just listened to the entire Film Gold soundtrack and I gotta say that IMO it is the best One Piece movie soundtrack I've heard. Can't wait to see what happens during each track in the movie.

It was an interesting choice to bring in a composer completely new to One Piece for this movie. It was a gamble (heh) that definitely paid off because this was a really fun OST, even if I did find the more industrial/video gamey stuff in the final third a bit jarring since it was so different from what Tanaka and Hamaguchi usually compose for the show. A little disappointed that there wasn't more singing though, and that the "Fake Celestial Dragons" track wasn't just the "Celestial Dragons" track played on like a kazoo or something, heh.

If anyone is interested, I converted the previously released Sabaody Log Collection CD into MP3 and added onto that to make a collection of all the commonly used tracks in the series as well as the 15 new released tracks. I also pulled themes such as Franky's and Usopp's that were originally a part of another track and split them into their own to make them easier to find. I did this with all the Straw Hats' several themes, Buggy's, and a few other tracks blended together a bit messily in the first few soundtracks. I moved Law's song into my conversions of the Rookie CD.
