Shichibukai representing sins? Yonkou representing the four horsemen? Hm…maybe you people are thinking too much into this...I mean...One Piece really doesn't seem like the type of story that has representations like that...at least, not to me.

All the pirates are their little babies. They will lead the new age and the widow and the ghost of Whitebeard shall be proud. nods solemnly
Why the hell do people think they're supposed to represent something? These things always come to me as being like grasping at straws. The four horsemen thing sounds ridiculous to me, and the other one stopped being viable IMO after learning about Big Mam, since unless she has another epithet, it isn't really happening.
4 horseman is a bit much but it shouldn't be surprising if Big Mam and Kaidou have green and blue hair.
about drugs.. luffy was shown eating musrooms that made him feel weird… like laughing and crying.. also onepiece encurages alcohol alot

I see a tree in her jolly roger…. she is a GREEN THUMB....GREEN...GREEEN HAIR! :ninja:
maybe she is wearing green lipstick
(no, i'm not serious)
maybe she ate a plant DF and is completely green
No her lips are green from all the green lollypops she eats. That's the main output of the factory after all…
I could see the candy factory really being a bomb factory. Or a seastone weapon factory. Since fishfolk cant have devil fruit power.
Does anyone know whats taking 611 so long? IM DIEING HERE

Same here… D: dunno, but i need them
actually, fishmen and mermans can eat DF. But it would be quite stupid for them to do that :V
It's only Tuesday you absolute babbies.
Correct me if I am wrong, but last week's chapter, I believe, was this week's chapter (which we got early). If memory serves me right, One Piece was getting a hiatus a week longer than Bleach and Naruto.
@Aka:

Uhm…it only matters if he eats a mushroom that makes him want to do Hancock.

And now due to the rules of the internet, someone will be drawing this

One piece was the first one up out of jump last week i don't think we will be getting one piece first again so we will have to wait longer than last weeks

Mangastream was wrong last week because their was a chapter that is where you got that from.
another one this week.

Hmm. Interesting ideas for what teh candy factory could be. Someone else said the thing about the weapons–another Pluton maybe, but the seastone weapons idea is different.
But about the other thing--not to put too fine a point on it, but it's really against the rules to talk about that outside the proper thread.
Why would they cause great damage to the body? I don't think the user would get damage, unless he gets hurt badly and continues to fight… Like a berserker.
@Dan:
Well we know one thing for sure. Shirley's prediction can't be taken at face value. In it she sees Luffy in an antagonistic light, destroying FI with what must be villainous motives. We know, whether or not FI really does get destroyed, it wouldn't happen that way. So her prediction is already on shaky ground.
Personally i imagine it was something like a vision of what would happen if Luffy failed in his ultimate goal this arc, whatever it might be, and the result was the destruction of FI. She would have mistaken Luffy as the culprit because of his proximity to the incident, or because he was responsible in a sense due to his failure to prevent it. Basically the worst case scenario. Now it's up to Luffy and the SHs to prevent that.
16 characters of this. Luffy wouldn't intentionally destroys FI, its Cami's hometown and "Jimbe's Island". His character wouldn't allow that. The silhouet in the prophecy is obviously Luffy.
Or he will blow up everything by mistake.
I think the whole blowing up deal is Franky's department, but then again Luffy did recruit him so it could very well lead to it being Luffy's fault…
Maybe it's something completely different to that, maybe because his crew brought Caribou with them, and the guy is a certified nutter, maybe he will destroy FI, and it's Luffy's fault for starting a whole chain of events that leads to Caribou destroying FI...
Or maybe Surume, after being left by it's new master will try to find them, destroying FI by accident, and it'll be Luffy's fault for taming the Krakken
Maybe Luffy angers some big shot who has the power to destroy the island….

Ah, then I happily stand corrected.
More on topic, I have an instant liking for the Merman Samurai. I expect good things from him. As for Big Mama, I could see her and the Strawhats not having any conflict, but that would only leave Kaidou of the original four Yonkou who would likely clash with them. Guess we will see.
Jojo's case is different. It depicted drug cartel as the prime antagonist.
If WSJ was to depict drug use/trade or prostitution as even remotely acceptable form, they would be in deep trouble.So no, your example doesn't really compare to what this fella is proposing.
There were totally loads of prostitutes walking around Jaya.
@JERK:

But that was left ambiguous.

Merman Samurai? Don't tell me you're talking about Ch 611 :getlost:

Wtf, he's talking about Hyouzou, the octopus merman who uses a sword. How the hell is he talking about 611??
And here's where the fun starts, Possibly No Chapter this week.
Mangastream: Jump releases are (obviously) delayed this week. We don't have an ETA right now, we'll update as soon as we know more."
one piece cant take to much longer most or all of the raw is already online, just needs translating ands its practically good to go.

The chapter is already out however mangastream just has not got the copy of jump they paid for which is the one they use.
which is also the reason mangatream goes all crazy on people using their scans because they had to pay for it.
It will be out thursday/friday on mangastream go read the spoilers if you don't want to wait we also already have the raw pitures in the spoiler section.

How the hell is Hyouzou a samurai?
I was just thinking he might be talking about the spoilers of 611. Would have made me mad :happy:

Can someone ban you already?
You're the whiniest little vagina ever to post here.
@Rafa:
I demand apologies, Hikaruyami. Javimgol and the spanish forums didn't intend to insult the Maid Caffes in Japan (We are no stupids)
I refuse, and maintain that the theory is 100% imbecilic.
How the hell is Hyouzou a samurai?
I was just thinking he might be talking about the spoilers of 611. Would have made me mad :happy:
How the hell is Hyouzou NOT a samurai? Don't start stuffing Japanese ideals and social structures into this; the way he carries himself and wields a sword is samurai-like, so he's a samurai to us.
I'm with Jerk Disease on the ban =.="

Oh yes, troll me more, you fucktard.

You jumped in just in order to say that crap?
You call that a samurai, ok, but don't expect me to make that same shitty confusion, ok?
And if I didn't understand what he meant, that sure isn't a reason for trolling like that.

Nono, I was indeed talking about Hyouzou; I just could not remember his name off the top of my head. I would not be so disrespectful as to spoil a chapter for anyone, as I, myself, would hate to be in that situation.
But yes, it was Hyouzou. I suppose his type is not the first that comes to mind when a person thinks "Merman". "Samurai-esque" would have been more appropriate, but the term Samurai works well enough for the general archtype of a swordsman with his style in a Shonen manga, or atleast enough to get my thought across.

Terrible chapter, no Moria, only a Van der Decken wanted poster that looks like some Moria wannabee.
Would you stop being a Moria fanboy for once? It really gets annoying and it's just not funny anymore. So I'm guessing you hated every chapter without a minor, useless character in it who only appeared in three arcs? Ugh…
On to the chapter...
Vander Decken is a good villain. Got the classic villain feel to him (Moustache, etc.) and seeing Shirley get mad was funny. The chapters after were pretty good also. I hate having to wait a week for another chapter, though!
Also, is it just me or does it seem like this arc is just breezing by (were 12 chapters into it...Already!)
I wonder how Luffy will "destroy" the island, if it even happens. I'm guessing he'll try and stop it but Vander and Hodi might end up destroying most of the district and the S hats are blamed but leave, and the Neptune army sends a bounty hunter after them. However, this probably won't happen considering Neptune seemed sort of friendly with them in the last chapter.

Youre an idiot and you annoy me, ugh….. Ahh and pls don
t bump anymore older threads for such senseless rant.
You do see the hypocrisy in that statement, right?
