Being a big fan of Spider-Man 2099, I was immensely disappointed to find out that there would be no PC version of Spider-Man: Edge of Time (and they did so damn well with Shattered Dimensions on that front; what happened?). Given that the Wii version looks downright awful compared to the 360/PS3 versions, and my owning 360 like I want is little more than a pipe dream at this point, I thought I was out of luck.
Then I discovered that the 3DS version of the game looks pretty damn good:
http://nintendo3dsblog.com/lots-of-footage-of-spider-man-the-edge-of-time-on-the-3dIt looks SO good, that it almost seems as though they developed it for the 3DS in the first place, then did a half-assed port over to the Wii. It's not a side-scroller or anything like the DS version and past DS spidey games, and even has bonus unlockable costumes and everything. So I may not be as boned as I thought I was.
Wow, that looks amazing. Much better than the first Spider Man game for the DS (SpiderMan 2).
